を備えてなり、該外刃はカートリツジに取り付け
られて該カートリツジが本体へ固締され、前記カ
ートリツジ内には径方向へ向けて調整ボルトが螺
合されており、該調整ボルトを回転させることに
より、カートリツジと本体間の間隙を調節してカ
ートリツジに取り付けられた外刃の本体外形側へ
の突出量を調整することを特徴とするスローアウ
