- ホツパタンク内を減圧する事によりホツパタン
ク上部よりフラツクスを回収し、同時に連続的に
下部より重力により排出するフラツクス供給回収
装置において、電動式モーターで回転する羽根を
ホツパタンク内に装備した事を特徴とするフラツ
クス供給回収装置。
