プリングA13,A13を弾支させ、作動子A10に形成
した掛合切欠A14内には別に支片A15に回動可能
に挿支されかつノツブA16をケースA外に突出さ
せた操作軸A17の偏心カムA18を位置させ、偏心
カムA18にスプリング(図示せず)を付設すると
ともに前記伝動子A8の回動軸A9には別に原動機
を介し駆動されるワイヤー軸のごとき駆動軸A20

られ、また押しボタンスイツチ14が第3図のご

端に設けた孔にフロントケース1に設けられた固
定リブ35を嵌合させ他端の取付金具38をフロ
ントケース1に設けられたボス37にネジ39で
締付けられる。風向変更グリル3を回転させるロ
ーラ7は、第2図に示すように回動用モータ20
のシヤフト43に取付けられ、ローラ7は第9
図、第10図に示すように硬質部53の外周にゴ
ム等の緩衝材55で構成し、また硬質部53には
スリツプ防止穴54を有し緩衝材55の回動を防
止している。緩衝材55はモータ20の振動防止
および風向変更グリル3の周側10との摩擦抵抗
を増幅する役目をする。回動用モータ20は取付
板21にネジ40で取付けられ、これをフロント
ケース1に設けられたボス52にピースA18を
介して取付けられ支点部44を中心にし、スプリ
ング22で取付板21を風向変更グリル3側に移
動させ周側19に一定の荷重をかけて接触してい
る。スイツチパネル12にはタイムスイツチ13
が取付けられている。このスイツチパネル12は
第4図に示すようにフロントケース1とバツクケ
ース2のそれぞれの案内溝46,47にスイツチ
パネル12のリブ45を摺動して、スイツチパネ
ル12はフロントケース1とバツクケース2によ
り挾持されている。羽根8はモータ17にスピン
ナー9により取付けられ、ガード10はバツクケ
ース2の取付穴48に固定リブ11を嵌合して取
付けられる。グリル3には軸受の役目をするメタ
ル15が組込まれ、フロントケース1の摺動部1
6にはこのメタル部15が嵌合され、グリルノツ
ブ4には第5図に示すように板スプリング23が
ネジでグリルノツブ4に取付けられている。この
板スプリングには回動防止穴25が設けられスト
ツパー26にて回動防止されている。風向変更グ
リル3はグリルノツブ4の板スプリング23とフ
ロントケース1に組込まれる。フロントケース1
とバツクケース2は第6図に示すようにスタンド
5の案内部33でフロントケース1とバツクケー
ス2の支持部34,49で補強される。スタンド
5の穴32にフロントケース1とバツクケース2
の固定足部50,51が挿入され、スタンド5と
フロントケース1およびバツクケース2が固定さ
れる。スタンド5には凸部31が対称に2箇所設
けられ、ここにピース6の凹部28が組込まれ
