Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 透光部を有する前面基板と背面基板とを所
定間隔で対向させて気密外囲器を形成すると共に
、複数の陰極と陽極とをスペーサを介して対向さ
せ、更に、上記スペーサの上記陰極と陽極との対
向部分に透孔を設けて放電セルを形成し、これを
上記気密外囲器内に放電ガスと共に封入したガス
放電表示パネルに於いて、異なる寸法の透孔を有
する複数の絶縁性薄板を、上記透孔寸法の大きさ
の順に積層してスペーサを形成し、上記透孔寸法
の大きい方が前面基板側となる様に上記スペーサ
を配置したことを特徴とするガス放電表示パネル
。 (2) スペーサ透孔の断面形状が階段状であるこ
とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に
記載のガス放電表示パネル。 (3) スペーサ透孔の形状がテーパ状であること
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記
載のガス放電表示パネル。
