Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent soiling of discharge electrodes with dusts from occurring, by providing the discharge electrodes with a large number of thorns with their tips being directed outward, providing spouting apertures around these thorns, and forming air channels in these discharge electrodes. CONSTITUTION:Discharge electrodes 1 are provided with thorns 20, in predetermined arrangement, on the surfaces of the pipes or core wires of the discharge electrodes, with the tips of said thorns being directed outward. Around the thorns are provided one of plural spouting apertures 21. These spouting apertures 21 are connected with air channels 22 of the discharge electrodes 1. Further, a discharge electrode frame 3 fixing the top and bottom ends of the discharge electrodes 1 also has an air channel, with which one end or both ends of the air channel 22 of each discharge electrode 1 are connected. Owing to this construction, air is fed to the apparatus through the air channel of the discharge electrode frame 3, the air channels 22 of the discharge electrodes 1, and the spouting apertures, in this order. Therefore, surfaces of thorns are covered with air flows, thereby preventing electrical or physical adhesion of dusts and enabling efficient dust collection.

As mentioned above, since the discharge electrode 1 of the conventional electrostatic precipitator 50 becomes heavily contaminated with time, a method is used in which the dust attached to the discharge electrode is removed by hammering or the like at appropriate time intervals. In this case, there is a limit to the hammering force due to the strength of the material of the discharge electrode 1, and in particular, cleaning dust with the discharge electrode far away from the hammering position cannot be brushed off. This tendency becomes stronger as the size of the battery becomes larger, as in recent years, and the state of poor charging becomes more noticeable and becomes more of a problem with the passage of time.

〔問題点を解決丁°るための手段〕[Means for resolving problems]

It is equipped with a large number of thorns arranged in a predetermined arrangement with the tips facing outside, one or more spout ports arranged near each of the thorns, and an air passage communicating with the spout ports. Provide a cylindrical discharge electrode, and a discharge electrode frame having both ends of the discharge electrode fixed and an air passage communicating with the air passage at one or both ends. Air is sent sequentially through the air passage of the polar frame, the air passage of the discharge pole, and the jet port,
By spraying from the spout at a predetermined flow rate, the thorn surface is covered with a film of airflow, preventing electrical and physical adhesion of dust. Therefore, the spines of the discharge electrode are always kept clean.

このようにして常に効率のよい集じんが可能となる。In this way, efficient dust collection is always possible.

In an electric industrial dust device 50 as shown in FIG. 1, which is disposed in the middle of a flue, a large number of discharge electrodes 1 arranged vertically are connected to a discharge electrode frame 3 consisting of a rectangular and hollow frame. Attached at the top and bottom ends. A plurality of equal number electrode frames 3 and dust collection electrodes (not shown) are arranged alternately in parallel to the axis of the casing 5, and the equal number electrode frames 3 are attached to the casing 5 at the upper part via an insulator 2. Furthermore, the same number of electrode frames 3 are connected to the air outlet of the blower 7 by a line 10. The discharge electrode 1 is connected to the surface of the pipe 240 or the core wire 25 as shown in FIG.
Thorns 20 are arranged on the 0 surface in a predetermined arrangement with their tips facing the outside, and one or more spouts 21 are provided near them. These are hollow pipes (can be cylindrical or square)
It may also be made by punching and bending the barbs 20 at right angles to the pipe surface. The jet nozzle 21 communicates with an air passage 22 of the discharge electrode 1. Further, the discharge electrode frame 3 that fixes the upper and lower ends of the discharge electrode 1 also has an air passage (not shown), and the air passage 22 at one end or both ends of the discharge electrode 1 is communicated with it. In the figure, 4 indicates an inlet flue 8 and an outlet flue, and 6 indicates a rectifying perforated plate.

In the above configuration, while the electrical industrial dust equipment is in operation, air is ejected from the blower 7 through the blow line 10 and the discharge electrode frame 3 from the outlet 21 of the discharge electrode 1 at a predetermined flow rate, so that the thorn 20 surface is It is covered with a film of air flow 23 to prevent electrical and physical adhesion of dust. In this way, the thorns 20 of the discharge electrode 1 can be easily kept clean at all times, allowing efficient operation. It is clear that steam or clean gas from the outlet of the electric industrial dust equipment may be used for blowing air.
