挿通させながら冷却する装置であつて、コロナ放
電を生じさせる対をなす電極間に空気を挿通させ
るとともに該電極の表面に流水膜を形成した電気
集塵機と、空気を冷却コイルに接触させながら挿
通させる冷却機とを空気輸送用の連絡管を介して
連結状態に設けてなる放射性廃液固化セル内の冷
