し被測定磁界の磁束密度の計測を行うようにした

るパルス幅変調信号の低域通過フイルタへの通過
を図るように構成した回路例を示す図、第5図は
コイルの中空部中央付近における磁界の方向を検
出しようとする磁気センサ回路の具体的な構成図

として構成した場合の一実施例を示す平面図、同
図bはその正面図、同図cはx方向及びy方向の
地磁気ベクトルAx及びAyとその合成ベクトル
