Claims (1)
- ソレノイドとリターンスプリングとによつて弁
体をポジシヨン切り替え作動する電磁駆動自己復
帰型バルブにおいて、弁体のポジシヨン切り替え
作動方向に沿う方向の縦振動を発生する圧電素子
を含む振動子と、この振動子の縦振動をリターン
スプリングに抗する作用力に変換して弁体に伝達
するレバーとを備えたことを特徴とする電磁駆動
自己復帰型バルブ。
