記オイルフイルタとに螺着され、前記アウトレツ
トポートと前記オイルフイルタの２次側とを連通
する連結パイプとを備えたオイルフイルタ付オイ
ルクーラにおいて、前記オイルクーラの上端部に
前記冷却水の流出入部と、前記オイルクーラで冷
却されたオイルが前記オイルフイルタに流入する
連通路とを隔成する略楕円状の隔壁を設けるとと
もに、前記連結パイプの外周に前記インレツトポ
ートから流入するオイルのバイパス通路を形成し
