記大径部に遊嵌する鍔部と該鍔部を縦割するスリ
ツトを設け、上記ハンドルの内部に設けたスピン
ドル挿入孔の内面に上記スピンドルに設けた係合
部に係合する係合突起を設けたことを特徴とする
