Claims (1)
- 基板型搬送物をコンベア上で搬送する際の方向
判別機構において、基板型搬送物を停止させるス
トツパーロツドに合わせて前端面に切り欠き部を
設けた基板型搬送物と、基板型搬送物の前後端を
検出する２個のセンサとを組合せ構成したことを
特徴とした基板型搬送物の方向判別機構。
