は以外と面倒であるといつた取扱い上の問題があ
り、また、開閉扉が完全に閉じられない段階で
は、傾動した保持板と機体との間の隙間を通して
プレス部内に手や棒切れ等を挿入できるため、機
体内をいたずらされたり怪我をする危険性があ
る。加えて、開閉扉を閉方向に押す力はそのまま
保持板に作用し、空き罐の落下速度を高めること
になる。空き罐がプレス部内へ向かつて急激に落
下すると、空き罐がプレス部内で立ち上がつたり
する不具合を生じてその後空き罐投入に影響を与
えることになる。したがつて、上記開閉扉は空き
罐投入の操作性を悪くするばかりであつて、安全
対策上の効果は余り期待できない。

入できる投入口を設けた機体を連設し、この機体
に上記投入口を開閉する上蓋と該上蓋の下方に位
置して空き罐を一時保持する下蓋を設け、上蓋と
下蓋をそれぞれバネ作用下に置いて回動自在に支
持すると共に、この両蓋には互いに接合自在であ
る支持カムをそれぞれ固定して、常時は開状態に
保持されている上蓋に対し上記両支持カムの接合
によつて下蓋を常時は閉状態に保持し、一方、上
記プレス部内を往復動作するプレス板には該プレ
ス板の前進動作時に上記下蓋を押圧する押圧子を
設けると共に、下蓋の回動通路上には該下蓋が開
かれたときにオン動作して上記プレス板を始動で
きる電気スイツチを配置して構成した空き罐プレ
ス機の投入口装置により達成される。

を設けてある。上蓋3と下蓋4には互いに接合自
在である支持カム5,6をそれぞれ固定してあ
り、これら支持カム5,6の支軸7,8によつて
上蓋3と下蓋4は機体1に枢止されている。下蓋
4には上方へ向かつて傾斜した背面板4aを連設
してあり、この背面板4a上に一方の支持カム6
を固定してある。支持カム5,6の一端面は円弧
面状のカム面部5a,6aに形成され、このカム
面部5a,6aによつて双方の支持カム5,6は
接合自在である。上蓋3と下蓋4はコイルスプリ
ング9,11によるバネ作用下に置かれて機体1
にそれぞれ回動自在に支持され、上蓋3はコイル
スプリング9によつて常時は開状態に保持されて
いる。一方、下蓋4もコイルスプリング11によ
つて開方向へ付勢されているが、第1図に示す如
く上蓋3に固定した支持カム5のカム面部5aを
下蓋4の背面板4aに固定した支持カム6の側面
部に当接させることで下蓋4の回動は阻止され、
上蓋3が開かれている非操作時には下蓋4を閉状
態に保持する。 機体1はプレス装置体12のプレス部13上に
連設されており、プレス装置体12は固定状態に
支持されている受け板14と支持板15及び上記
受け板14に対し前進後退できるようにセツトさ
れたプレス板16を備え、プレス板16は作動シ
リンダー17のピストンロツド18により作動さ
れる。プレス部13は受け板14とプレス板16
との間に形成され、投入口2より落下した空き罐
Kを横倒しの状態で一個収容できる大きさであつ
て、このプレス部13内には支持板14に突設し
た保持棒19がプレス板16を貫通して突出し、
この保持棒19によつてプレス部13内に落下し
た空き罐Kを一時保持する仕組になつている。 また、プレス板16上には該プレス板16が前
進動作するときに下蓋4を閉じ方向に押圧する押
圧子21をビス22止め等の手段を用いて固定し
てあり、この押圧子21の上端部21aは、第4
図に示す如く該押圧子21が前進位置にあるとき
は閉動作を完了した下蓋4の下面に当接し、下蓋
4の開動作を阻止する。しかして、下蓋4の回動
通路上には電気スイツチ(例えばマイクロスイツ
チ)23の作動棒23aを設けてあり、この電気
スイツチ23は機体1の外側部に設けた固定枠2
4に取付けてあり、第2図に示す如く開動作する
下蓋4により作動棒23aが押圧されてオン動作
し、前述した作動シリンダー17の動力源である
