Claims (1)
もつて形成された帯状の膜状抵抗体と、該抵抗体
の両端及び曲率中心に同様の方法で形成された膜
状導電体とを配置し、該抵抗体と曲率中心部の導
電体とに対し同時に曲げ板状の刷子を接触摺動さ
せることで該曲率中心の導電体と該抵抗体両端の
導電体との間に任意の抵抗値が設定可能なように
なした可変抵抗器において、該膜状抵抗体及び膜
状導電体の表面に、グラフアイト、銀等の斑点状
固体潤滑膜を該刷子が常に接触するようなパター
ンの固体潤滑膜群として離散的に形成したことを
