たふとん干し具に関するものである。 鋼管その他の管材を用いて構成したふとん干し具は例え
ば登録意匠第360639号にみられる如く公知であ
る。 この発明は折畳み式ふとん干し具において、その耐久性
を向上させるとともに、折畳みあるいは開拡の操作を円
滑、軽快に行えるようにし、併せて管材の内部に雨水な
どが侵入するのを防止することを目的とするものであ
る。 以下、本発明を図示の実施例によって説明する。図中1
は主柱で2本の管材1a,1bを連結金具2によって少
くとも上下2個所で連結して構成されている。3は連結
金具2上に上又は下へ向けて突設した円管状の心金であ
る。 図中mは上側連結金具の上面から下側連結金具の下面に
至る距離を表わし、nは心金3が連結金具2から突出し
ている長さを示す。 4は鋼管にクロムメッキを施した表面平滑な管材からな
る枠体であり、全体として略C形をなす。即ち、枠体4
は上側水平部5,下側水平部6を有し、それらの一端を
柱状部7によって連結するとともに、他端をそれぞれ下
方及び上方へ屈曲して端部10,10を設け、それらを
対向させて端部10,10間に開口部8が形成してあ
る。 Lは開口部8の長さであり、前記金具寸法mよりやゝ小
さく、望ましくは200mm位小さくするのがよい。実
施例はこのような管材製枠体を4個用意し、その端部1
0,10を前記上下各4個の心金3の外面に嵌合させ枢
支したものである。 なお、管材製枠体4は必ずしも4個でなくとも3個以上
あればよい。また、必ずしも一本の材料で構成する必要
はなく、複数本の素管を連結して全体として略C形に形
成すればよい。更に、連結金具2は上下2個の他に図中
2aで示すように更に1個所又は数個所で連結すること
も可能である。また、管材製枠体4の端部10と心金3
との嵌合は第2図に示すように、上下共心金3の外径に
比し端部10の内径を大径に構成する場合の他、第3図
に示すように下側心金3を大径として、その内側に下側
端部10の外径を嵌合するようにしてもよく、この場合
枠体4を構成する管内への浸水が一層よく防止できる。

2の下面に至る距離mより狭小に構成してなり、管材製
枠体4は前記心金3を軸として回転することができ、第
1図に図示したような扇形その他に開拡し、自立させた
状態で上側水平部5にふとんをかけて使用し、あるいは
折畳んで小型にし収納を容易に行い得るものである。 枠体4の開口部8は主柱1の連結金具2,2間距離mよ
り小さい目に形成されており、組立てた状態では各枠体
4の端部10と連結金具2,2との間に大きな隙間を生
じないので外観がよい上に、とくに下側端部10の部分
から管内への浸水が少ない。 また、枠体4の端部10の長さは心金3の突出長さnよ
り長いので、端部10はその端面が連結金具2,2で支
承される。また、心金が水平部5,6と端部10との間
の屈曲部に干渉することがないので、枠体4の回動に際
して開閉操作が円滑、軽快に行い得る。 なお、実施例のように枠体4の数に比し、主柱1の管材
