Claims (13)
- 人工心臓弁により人間が知覚する振動を低減するためのシステムであって、
前記人間の胴体の周りに着用可能なベストと、
前記ベストに取り付けられた複数のセンサーであって、前記人工心臓弁によって生成された振動を検出する、前記複数のセンサーと、
前記ベストに取り付けられた複数の振動発生アクチュエータと、
前記複数のセンサーから前記検出された振動の信号を受信するように動作可能なコントローラであって、前記検出された振動を低減する防振信号を生成するように動作可能である、前記コントローラと、を備え、
前記複数のセンサーのうちの第1のセンサーは、前記複数の振動発生アクチュエータのうちの第1の振動発生アクチュエータの最も近くに位置決めされ、センサー/アクチュエータセットを形成し、
前記センサー/アクチュエータセットにおいて、前記第1の振動発生アクチュエータのために前記コントローラによって発生される前記防振信号は、前記第1のセンサーによって検出された振動に対応し、
前記コントローラは、前記複数のセンサーからの前記検出された振動に応答して前記人工心臓弁からの将来の振動を予測するアルゴリズムを有し、
前記コントローラは、前記予測に基づいて、前記複数の振動発生アクチュエータのための前記防振信号を生成する、システム。 - 前記複数のセンサーは継続的に前記振動を検出し、
前記コントローラは、前記複数のセンサーによって検出された前記振動に基づいて前記アルゴリズムを監視し、適応的に調整する、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記アルゴリズムは、較正段階に従って最初に設定されるパラメータを含み、
前記パラメータには、心拍数、血圧、または患者の身体構造の測定値が含まれる、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記患者の身体構造は、脂肪率、骨構造、及び骨密度を含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。
