実施形態に係る機械部品の表面における静的負荷容量を評価するため、サンプル1からサンプル6が準備された。サンプル1からサンプル6の形状は、直径85mm×厚さ5mmの平板状である。サンプル1からサンプル6は、JIS規格に定められているSUJ2により形成されている。表1には、サンプル1からサンプル6に対する熱処理の詳細が示されている。
以下に、内輪10以外の実施形態に係る機械部品の例を説明する。
図5は、転がり軸受100の断面図である。図5に示されるように、転がり軸受100は、内輪10と、外輪30と、複数の転動体40と、保持器50とを有している。
Claims (7)
- 表面を有し、かつ焼入れ及び焼戻しが行われた鋼製の機械部品であって、
前記表面に形成されている浸窒層を備え、
前記鋼は、0.95質量パーセント以上1.10質量パーセント以下の炭素と、0.30質量パーセント未満の珪素と、0.50質量パーセント未満のマンガンと、0.0080質量パーセント未満の硫黄と、1.3質量パーセント以上1.6質量パーセント以下のクロムとを含有し、かつ残部が鉄及び不可避不純物からなり、
前記表面におけるマルテンサイトの転位密度は、1.1×10 15 m -2 以上であり、
前記表面におけるオーステナイトの転位密度は、2.5×10 14 m -2 以上である、機械部品。 - 前記表面における残留オーステナイト量、前記表面における平均窒素濃度及び前記表面におけるオーステナイトの転位密度をそれぞれA(単位:体積パーセント)、B(単位:質量パーセント)及びC(単位:m-2)とした際、4.332+0.005×A-0.580×B-0.295×LogC≦0との関係が満たされている、請求項1に記載の機械部品。
- 前記表面における残留オーステナイト量、前記表面における平均窒素濃度及び前記表面におけるマルテンサイトの転位密度をそれぞれA(単位:体積パーセント)、B(単位:質量パーセント)及びD(単位:m-2)とした際に、-47.73-0.025×A-2.141×B+3.155×LogD≧0との関係が満たされている、請求項1に記載の機械部品。
- 前記表面に4.5GPaの最大接触面圧が加わった際に前記表面に形成される圧痕の深さは、0.2μm以下である、請求項1に記載の機械部品。
- 前記表面における静的負荷容量は、6.0GPa以上である、請求項1に記載の機械部品。
- 内輪と、外輪と、転動体とを備え、
前記内輪、前記外輪及び前記転動体の少なくともいずれかは、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の前記機械部品である、転がり軸受。 - ねじ軸と、ボールナットと、ボールとを備え、
