Description
Claims (9)
- 複数個が繰り返し配置されるバッテリーセル;
前記バッテリーセルの一側部に熱伝逹可能に連結され、前記バッテリーセルを冷却させるか、必要時に昇温させるセル冷却部;及び
前記バッテリーセルで発生する熱を吸収するように各前記バッテリーセルの間にそれぞれ配置され、前記バッテリーセルの温度勾配パターンに対応する形状に分割された複数個の分割領域にそれぞれ配置される互いに異なる種類の相変化物質(PCM)で形成されたハイブリッドPCM部;を含むバッテリーセルの熱管理構造。 - 前記ハイブリッドPCM部は、前記バッテリーセルの温度勾配パターンによって複数個の分割領域に区画され、
各前記分割領域に配置された各前記相変化物質は、互いに異なる熱伝導度で提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセルの熱管理構造。 - 各前記分割領域には、
各前記分割領域に対応する前記バッテリーセルの温度が高くなるにつれて、各前記相変化物質のうち相対的に熱伝導度が高い相変化物質が配置され、
各前記分割領域に対応する前記バッテリーセルの温度が低くなるにつれて、各前記相変化物質のうち相対的に熱伝導度が低い相変化物質が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーセルの熱管理構造。 - 前記ハイブリッドPCM部は、
純粋な相変化物質でのみ形成された基準相変化物質;及び
前記基準相変化物質より熱伝導度が高い熱伝逹物質を前記基準相変化物質と合成させる方式で前記基準相変化物質より熱伝導度がさらに高く形成された合成相変化物質;で提供される、請求項3に記載のバッテリーセルの熱管理構造。 - 前記合成相変化物質は、
前記基準相変化物質に合成される前記熱伝逹物質の含量を調節し、熱伝導度を変更することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーセルの熱管理構造。 - 前記熱伝逹物質は、
前記基準相変化物質より熱伝導度がさらに高い材質の発泡金属、炭素ベース物質、金属フィン及びナノ物質のうち少なくとも一つを含む、請求項5に記載のバッテリーセルの熱管理構造。 - 前記ハイブリッドPCM部の一面に熱伝逹可能に接触し、前記セル冷却部に一側部が連結され、前記ハイブリッドPCM部と前記セル冷却部との間の熱伝逹通路としての役割をする金属材質のフィン部材;をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセルの熱管理構造。
- 前記ハイブリッドPCM部と接触する前記フィン部材の一面に付着し、前記フィン部材の熱伝逹性能を高めるように前記フィン部材より熱伝導度が高い材質で形成された熱伝逹シート;をさらに含む、請求項7に記載のバッテリーセルの熱管理構造。
- 前記熱伝逹シートは、グラファイト材質で形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバッテリーセルの熱管理構造。
