さらに、観客席等会場を見られる場所にカメラ、マイク、発声器、ディスプレイ、送受信器を設け、前記通信する装置は、観客がカメラの上下左右方向や広角望遠ズーム等遠隔操作し得、前記観客が欲する会場の場面を見ながら声援を発すると、前記観客席等会場を見られる場所の発声器から発声し、観客の顔も前記ディスプレイ器で見得る事を特徴とする有観客様無観客装置またはその方法である。
また、観戦切符を販売又は配布し、観客席に設置した座席装置の受信番号又はSIMカード又はキーをコントロールエレメントとし、観客切符購入者に与える事を特徴とする有観客様無観客の切符等観客料徴収と席決めの方法である。
また、既設の電光掲示板やディスプレイや拡声装置を活用して、アナウンサ等場内担当者が会場内の競技者や競技の状況を見て、前記既設の電光掲示板や拡声装置を活用し、選手を激励する電光表示板表示や歓声・激励音声を拡声装置から発する事を特徴とする無観客方法である。

IOCバッハ会長は有観客を希望しているが、菅総理は無観客という政治的トラブルも解消出来る。
この様にする事で無観客であたかも観客がいるかのオリンピック、パラリンピック、その他のイベントを行う事が出来る大きな効果がある。
本発明装置を座席に設置する場合、観客が座れるように設置すると、観客が座れるので無観客でも有観客でもどちらでも会場を使用出来る効果がある。
