Claims (17)
- 剛体フレームと、
前記フレームに固定された柔軟なゴム材料の上部層シートと、
開口部を有する有孔の柔軟なゴム材料の下部層シートと、
前記上部及び下部層シートの間に定められた第1のプレナム領域内に配置された空気透過性の流通媒体材料の中間層シートと、を備え、
前記フレームは、前記上部層シートの周縁部のみに固定されている、プライ搬送及び圧縮装置。 - 前記フレームに結合した移動装置
をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のプライ搬送及び圧縮装置。 - 前記移動装置は、トリミング場所において複合材料プライへと前記フレーム及びシートを下降させ、前記第1のプレナム領域に真空がもたらされて前記下部層シートの前記開口部によって吸引力が生み出されるときに、吸引力によって前記複合材料プライを持ち上げるように構成されている、請求項2に記載のプライ搬送及び圧縮装置。
- 前記移動装置は、前記トリミング場所から持ち上げられた前記複合材料プライを形成場所へと搬送するように構成されている、請求項3に記載のプライ搬送及び圧縮装置。

- 前記真空バッグ構造内の真空を解放するステップと、
前記所望の形状を有する前記形成された複合材料構造を取り出すステップと、
をさらに含む、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。 - 複合材料プライをトリミング場所において持ち上げ、形成場所に配置し、次いで前記形成場所において真空圧着することを可能にするためのシステムであって、
請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のプライ搬送及び圧縮装置と、
(i)感知されたプライ位置情報に基づいて前記複合材料プライの持ち上げを制御し、(ii)感知されたプライ位置情報に基づいて前記複合材料プライの配置を制御し、(iii)前記第1のプレナム領域を含む第2のプレナム領域の感知された真空圧力情報に基づいて前記複合材料プライの真空圧着を制御するように構成されたコントローラと、
を備えるシステム。 - 前記上部層シートと前記下部層シートとの間に定められた前記第1のプレナム領域に結合した真空発生源をさらに備える、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記複合材料プライが前記形成場所において配置される形成ツールをさらに備える、請求項14又は15に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2のプレナム領域は、前記第1のプレナム領域よりも大きく、前記第1のプレナム領域を含む、請求項14~16のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
