消毒液容器４は、手動ポンプ式のスプレーボトルとなっている。図２（ｂ）に示すように、側方から見ると消毒液容器４を載せる台５は先端部を除いて側面部９で隠れており、消毒液容器４も部分的に側面部９で隠れている。消毒液容器４を台５の奥の方におけば、ノズルの部分を除く消毒液容器４の大部分を側面部９で隠すこともできる。
図１に示すように、前面部３の上下方向の中間部及び下部は、下方に向かうにつれて後方にへこむように傾斜した下向き傾斜面３ｂとなっている。

本体部１は、下部が下方に向かうにつれて後方にへこむように傾斜していることで、蹴込みスペースができるため、利用者が消毒液容器４に近づきやすいので、使い勝手が良い。
さらに本発明の消毒液スタンドは、本体部１上に起立部２が立設して配置され、起立部２には体温を測定するセンサー（赤外線サーモグラフィカメラ）６と、測定した体温を表示するモニター（液晶画面）７が前方に向けて設けてあるので、手の消毒と同時に体温を測定して把握することができ、便利である。
