Claims (4)
- 装置であって、
前記装置は、流体を取り出し方向及び前記取り出し方向と逆の戻し方向に沿って選択的に流通させるためのカニューレ装置であり、
前記装置は、アウターシースと、イントロデューサと、インナチューブとを備え、
前記アウターシースは、アウターシース管腔を限定する縦方向アウターシース本体によって隔てられたアウターシース近位端及びアウターシース遠位端を有し、少なくとも一つの流体取出口孔が前記アウターシース遠位端に隣接して前記アウターシース本体を完全に通過して延在することによって、前記アウターシース管腔が環境空間と流体連通し、前記アウターシースは、前記アウターシース本体を完全に通過して延在する側入口孔を含み、
前記イントロデューサは、縦方向イントロデューサ本体によって隔てられたイントロデューサ近位端及びイントロデューサ遠位端を有し、前記イントロデューサ本体は、前記イントロデューサ本体の側方最外表面から前記イントロデューサ本体内に部分的に延在するガイドワイヤ溝を含み、前記イントロデューサが少なくとも部分的に前記アウターシース管腔内に位置する場合、前記ガイドワイヤ溝は、ガイドワイヤ通路を少なくとも部分的に限定し、前記イントロデューサは、選択的に少なくとも部分的に前記アウターシース管腔に挿入されるように構成され、前記ガイドワイヤ通路は、前記側入口孔と流体連通し、
前記インナチューブは、インナチューブ管腔を限定する縦方向インナチューブ本体によって隔てられたインナチューブ近位端及びインナチューブ遠位端を有し、少なくとも一つの流体戻し口孔が前記インナチューブ遠位端に位置し及び/又はそれに隣接することによって、前記インナチューブ管腔が環境空間と流体連通し、前記インナチューブは、前記イントロデューサが前記アウターシース管腔に位置しない場合に前記アウターシース管腔に選択的に挿入されるように構成され、前記インナチューブ本体が前記側入口孔を完全に通過して延在することによって、前記インナチューブ遠位端を前記アウターシースの外部の環境空間に配置する、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記アウターシース遠位端は、中実の無開口孔の最遠末端を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記イントロデューサが少なくとも部分的に前記アウターシース管腔内に位置する場合、前記アウターシース本体の最内壁は、前記イントロデューサ本体の前記ガイドワイヤ溝と協働して前記ガイドワイヤ通路を少なくとも部分的に限定する、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記インナチューブは、少なくとも一つの流体戻し口孔を含み、前記少なくとも一つの流体戻し口孔は、前記インナチューブの遠位端に隣接して位置決めされる、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
