Description

The present invention relates to a support assembly cart, a support installation device, and a support installation method.

A widely used method for rehabilitating existing pipes, such as aging sewer pipes, is to create a rehabilitating pipe made of synthetic resin, such as rigid polyvinyl chloride, inside the existing pipe, and then inject and harden backfill material into the gap between the existing pipe and the rehabilitating pipe. When injecting the backfill material, the load and injection pressure of the backfill material can cause the rehabilitating pipe to buckle and deform, and the buoyancy of the rehabilitating pipe can cause it to shift from its specified position relative to the existing pipe. For this reason, before the backfill material is injected, supports are installed inside the rehabilitating pipe at approximately equal intervals in the axial direction of the pipe (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

When installing the supports, the corner members and side members that form the polygonal frame of the support are each brought into the rehabilitated pipe, assembled, and the frame is erected and fixed to the rehabilitated pipe.

特開2013-256854号JP 2013-256854 A

Because each part of the polygonal frame alone is quite heavy, the support is transported into the rehabilitated pipe using a cart, and each part is assembled and installed. Therefore, a great deal of labor was required for transporting and assembling the support, and for measuring the installation position of the support. In addition, when the polygonal frame is erected, it is prone to wobbling due to its size and load, resulting in a very unstable installation. When installing the support, three or more workers were required per unit to hold the polygonal frame upright and secure it to the rehabilitated pipe. Even if three or more workers were secured, a great deal of labor was required because holding the very large and heavy support required considerable attention.
Furthermore, when polygonal frame parts or the parts themselves are transported using a conventional cart, the load and dimensions are large, so that even removing the parts from the cart requires a great deal of effort and care.
Therefore, the present invention provides a support assembly cart, a support installation device, and a support installation method that make it easy and very efficient to transport, assemble, and install the components of the support.

(6) The method of installing supports of the present invention includes a transporting step of transporting the constituent members of the support into the rehabilitated pipe, a belly-raising material installation step of installing belly-raising materials on the inner wall surface of the rehabilitated pipe, a frame assembly step of assembling a deformation prevention frame that constitutes the support on a support assembly cart described in any one of claims 1 to 4, a moving step of placing a part of the deformation prevention frame or the assembled deformation prevention frame on the support assembly cart and moving it above the belly-raising material, a deformation prevention frame attachment step of fixing the deformation prevention frame to the belly-raising material, and a cart removal step of pulling the support assembly cart out of the deformation prevention frame.
With this configuration, the supports can be efficiently assembled while still on the cart.
(7) The support installation method of the present invention may further include a pitch gauge placement step of engaging a pitch gauge, which defines the distance between an existing deformation prevention frame and a next deformation prevention frame to be installed, with the existing deformation prevention frame.
According to this configuration, the installation of the supports can be quickly proceeded with without the need to measure the dimensions between the deformation prevention frames.

The support assembly cart, support installation device, and support installation method of the present invention have the effect of making it easy and very efficient to transport, assemble, and install the components of the support.

Below, with reference to the drawings, an embodiment of the support assembly cart, support installation device, and support installation method of the present invention will be described. Note that the dimensions of each part in the drawings used in the following description are not necessarily the same as the actual dimensions, and can be changed as appropriate.

First, the support to which the present invention is applied will be described.
As shown in Figure 1, the support 1 mainly comprises a polygonal ring-shaped (octagonal in this embodiment) deformation prevention frame 2, a plurality of walnut members 3 fixed to the inner wall surface of the rehabilitation pipe X, and a support member 5 braced between the deformation prevention frame 2 and the walnut members 3.
The deformation prevention frame 2 is a member assembled by assembling a hollow, thin, plate-like (box-shaped) frame member 6 and a corner member 7 so as to surround the axis L of the rehabilitating pipe X.

When the deformation prevention frame 2 is viewed in the direction of the axis L, the frame members 6 extend horizontally (width) and vertically (height). As shown in FIG. 4(a), multiple frame members 6 may be connected together using fasteners such as bolts and nuts and used as a single frame member 6.

As shown in FIG. 1, the frame members 6, 6 installed in the horizontal and vertical directions are connected to each other using corner members 7. The connection is performed using fasteners such as bolts and nuts.

As shown in Figures 2(a) and (b), the deformation prevention frame 2 illustrated in this embodiment uses a hollow, roughly plate-like frame member 6, and is formed into a cylindrical shape that is relatively self-supporting because the depth dimension is 10 to 20 times the thickness dimension.

The frame member 6 has an insertion hole h for inserting a jack bolt (support member 5) used to press the wale-raising material 3 in the thickness direction.
Further, handles T are provided on the side walls extending in the longitudinal direction of the frame member 6 near both ends in the longitudinal direction.

The flared member 3 shown in FIG. 1 is generally a rod-shaped rectangular steel member, and is a member that is fixed to the bottom surface, top surface, left and right surfaces, and corner portions of the inner wall of the rehabilitating pipe X along the axial direction of the rehabilitating pipe X.
The support member 5 is equipped with a jack bolt 14 or the like and a dish member 14a fixed to the tip of the bolt to which the wale-raising material 3 is fitted, and is a member that braces the deformation prevention frame 2 against the wale-raising material 3.

Although not required, the deformation prevention frame 2 may be provided with a reinforcing member (not shown) that is fixed to the inside of the deformation prevention frame 2 across the horizontal frame members 6, 6. Note that some deformation prevention frames 2 do not have a reinforcing member, or may have a reinforcing member across the vertical frame members 6, 6 or both between the horizontal frames 6, 6 and between the vertical frames 6, 6.

As shown in Figures 3(a) and (b), one embodiment of a support assembly cart 20 (hereinafter referred to as "cart 20") has a pair of first mounting frames 21, 21 facing each other in parallel, a second mounting frame 22 that crosses the pair of first mounting frames 21, 21 (orthogonal in this embodiment) to connect the pair of first mounting frames 21, 21, and casters 23.

The first mounting frame 21 is a long, highly rigid rod-shaped member having at least a flat surface on the upper surface, such as a flat rectangular steel pipe, etc. Here, the term rod-shaped is used to include rectangular steel pipes and plate-shaped members as long as they extend long (the same applies hereinafter in this specification).
The pair of first mounting frames 21 , 21 may be connected by two or more second mounting frames 22 , and in this embodiment, they are connected to two second mounting frames 22 .

The second mounting frames 22 are formed of long, highly rigid rod-shaped members having a flat surface at least on the lower surface, such as flat square steel pipes. One of the second mounting frames 22 is fixed to one end or near one end in the longitudinal direction of the first mounting frame 21, and the other is fixed to approximately the center in the longitudinal direction of the first mounting frame 21. The second mounting frame 22 is fixed in a state of being placed on the upper surface of the first mounting frame 21.
The first mounting frame 21 and the second mounting frame 22 constitute a mounting table P on which the deformation prevention frame 2 is placed.

In the first mounting frames 21, 21, the portions other than between the second mounting frames 22, 22 constitute a mounting portion Y on which the deformation prevention frame 2 is placed.
With this configuration, the mounting unit Y supports the deformation prevention frame 2 at two locations spaced apart in the longitudinal direction only by the first mounting frames 21, 21, and is in a clear state not covered by other parts of the cart 20 including the second deformation prevention frames 22, 22. In other words, the lower part of the mounting unit Y is in a state where the areas where work needs to be done from below the deformation prevention frame 2 are exposed, so that work is not hindered.

Casters 23 are attached to the underside of the first mounting frame 21 at both ends in the longitudinal direction and at the center separating the ends at substantially equal intervals.
The casters 23 are attached so that the height from the installation surface (i.e., the inner bottom surface of the rehabilitating pipe X) to the underside of the first mounting frame 21 is greater than the height dimension of the wale-raising material 3 from the rehabilitating pipe X.
At both longitudinal ends of the first mounting frame 21, there are formed hooks 24 for passing through string-like members such as a rope or wire that stably hold the deformation prevention frame 2 placed on the mounting table P and fastening the frame 2. The hooks 24 may be of any type as long as they can fasten a rope or wire, but in this embodiment, the hooks 24 are provided in the form of through holes formed in the thickness direction of the first mounting frame 21.

As shown in FIG. 4, the pitch gauge 25 is a rod-shaped steel material having an extending portion 25a that extends linearly and locking portions 25b formed on both ends of the extending portion 25a.
The locking portions 25b are generally U-shaped members that protrude in the same direction from both ends of the extension portion.

Next, we will explain how to install supports 1 in the rehabilitation pipe X using the support installation device 20.

<Support component delivery process and belly-raising material installation process>
As shown in FIG. 5, first, the wale-raising material 3 to be installed on the bottom of the inner wall of the rehabilitating pipe X is carried into the rehabilitating pipe X and installed therein.
Next, the frame members 6, corner members 7, support members 5, fixing devices, pitch gauge 25, string-like members for lashing, etc. that constitute the deformation prevention frame 2 are placed on the loading platform P of the cart 20 and transported into the rehabilitation pipe X.

<Frame member assembly process and movement process>
After the carriage 20 has been moved to a predetermined position, the frame members 6 and the corner members 7 are assembled starting from the lower members, as shown in Figures 6 and 7. The wale raising members 3 to be attached to the inner wall side and upper surface of the rehabilitating pipe X are appropriately installed on the inner wall surface.

3(a) of the cart 20 of the present invention, the mounting section Y is substantially composed of only a pair of first mounting frames 21, 21, and the space between these first mounting frames 21, 21 is open so as not to be covered by other parts. In other words, the first mounting frames 21, 21 support the vicinity of both ends of the tamper-prevention frame 2 from below, and the lower side of the tamper-prevention frame 2 is exposed between them.
This provides the effect that assembly work such as tightening of fixing members can be performed by inserting a jig or an operator's hand below the lower frame member 6 while the lower frame member 6 is placed on the trolley 20.

Specifically, when using the trolley 20 to connect multiple lower frame members 6, the bolts connecting them can be inserted from the underside (i.e., outer surface) of the lower frame member 6 while the trolley 20 is still placed on the trolley 20, and the nuts can be easily tightened from the top (i.e., inner surface) of the frame member 6. In addition, when inserting a jack bolt from the top surface of the lower frame member 6 of the deformation prevention frame 2 to connect it to the rib member 3, the trolley 20 makes it easy to position and hold the dish member 14a provided at the tip of the jack bolt 14 relative to the rib member 3 while the deformation prevention frame 2 is still placed on the trolley 20.

In addition, because the second mounting frame 22 is fixed to the upper surface of the first mounting frames 21, 21, a step is created between the mounting portion Y and the second mounting frame 22, which is equal to the thickness of the second mounting frame 22. Therefore, when the lower frame member 6 is placed on the mounting table P, it is easy to position the lower frame 6 on the mounting table P. This also has the effect of preventing the deformation prevention frame 2 from tipping over on the mounting table P.

When the deformation prevention frame 2 is assembled, as shown in FIG. 8, a fixing bracket on one end of a string-like member 30 such as a wire is attached to a hook portion 24 formed on one of the first mounting frames 21, and the fixing bracket on the other end of the string-like member 30 is fixed to the hook portion 24 of the other first mounting frame 21 so that it straddles the upper frame and hangs diagonally. To further increase stability, a further string-like member 30 may be attached to the hook portions 24 of the pair of first mounting frames 21, 21 so that it crosses the previously hung string-like member 30.

<Deformation prevention frame installation process>
With the deformation prevention frame 2 fixed to the cart 20 in this manner, the cart 20 is moved onto the wale-raising material 3 fixed to the bottom surface of the inner wall of the rehabilitation pipe X, and the deformation prevention frame 2 is fixed to the wale-raising material 3 using the support members 5. The lower frame member 6 is temporarily fixed and is kept slightly floating above the wale-raising material 3.

Even in this case, the trolley 20 has a pair of first mounting frames 21, 21 with sufficient space between them, and the mounting platform P has a height that allows it to move across the pelvis 3, so that contact between the pelvis 3 and the trolley 20 can be prevented when the trolley 20 is transported and set up. Therefore, the deformation prevention frame 2 can be attached to the pelvis 3 while still on the trolley 20, and this has the effect of allowing work to be performed more safely and efficiently with the deformation prevention frame 2 stably placed on the trolley 20.

<Cart removal process>
The deformation prevention frame 2 is fixed to the wale-raising material 3 on the inner wall side and upper surface by the support members 5, and when the installation of the supports is completed, the trolley 20 is pulled out from the deformation prevention frame 2 and the lower frame member 6 is firmly fixed to the wale-raising material 3 below it.
This completes the installation of one deformation prevention frame 2.

In this way, according to the support installation method of the present invention, the components of the support 1 are carried in to a predetermined position such as near the entrance of the rehabilitating pipe X, the deformation prevention frame 2 is assembled on the cart 20, and then the cart 20 is quickly moved into the rehabilitating pipe X and the installation is repeated from the back. By adopting such a method, the support 1 can be installed extremely efficiently.
The subsequent installation of the deformation prevention frames 2 can be carried out as described above, but when installing them at intervals in the depth direction of the rehabilitation pipe X, this can be done extremely efficiently by using a pitch gauge 25.

For convenience of illustration, Figure 9 is a view looking in the direction of installing supports in order toward the back, while Figure 10 is a schematic view looking in the opposite direction to Figure 9, looking toward the front as supports are installed, and shows the state after the pitch gauge 25 has been removed after measuring the spacing with the pitch gauge 25.

In other words, as shown in FIG. 9, after installing one deformation prevention frame 2, when installing the next deformation prevention frame 2, the four mutually separated points of the deformation prevention frame 2 (in this embodiment, the handles T of the upper and lower frames) and the four points of the handles T that correspond to the four points of the deformation prevention frame 2 to be installed next can be measured with a pitch gauge 25, thereby accurately setting the dimensions between the deformation prevention frames 2, 2.

Specifically, the locking portion 25b on one end of the pitch gauge 25 is hooked to each of the handles T, T of the lower frame member 6, and the other end of the pitch gauge 25 is attached to the opposing handles T, T of the lower frame member 6 of the next deformation prevention frame 2 shown in Figure 10. It is recommended that you remove the pitch gauge 25 as soon as the distance between the frame members 6, 6 can be set.

In FIG. 10, after fixing the lower frame member 6 on the front side and the frame members 6, 6 on both sides, when fixing the upper frame member 6, the pitch gauge 25 is used again to set the dimension between the upper frame members 6, 6 in the same manner as described above.

In this way, by measuring the dimensions at four corresponding points of the deformation prevention frame 2 using a pitch gauge 25, the dimensions between the deformation prevention frames 2, 2 can be set very accurately even if the shape of the rehabilitation pipe X is slightly curved, etc.

In other words, by assembling the supports using the dolly 20 and pitch gauge 25 of the present invention, the work of measuring the distance between the deformation prevention frames 2, 2 can be eliminated by simply hanging the pitch gauge 25, and the deformation prevention frames 2 can be efficiently installed in the designated positions one after another.

In the above embodiment, the mounting table P in which the first mounting frame 21 and the second mounting frame 22 are connected in a lattice pattern is exemplified, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. In other words, the present invention may be configured in any way as long as the lower frame member 6 is supported at at least two spaced apart locations, making it possible to perform assembly work above and below the lower frame member 6 while it is placed on the cart 20, and the cart 20 can straddle the belly-raising material 3, allowing work to be done above the belly-raising material 3.

Specifically, three or more first mounting frames 21 may be used as long as they do not interfere with assembly in consideration of the configuration of the deformation prevention frame 2. In addition, the first mounting frames 21 may be connected by three or more second mounting frames 22.
In addition, assembly of the deformation prevention frame 2 on the trolley 20 may be performed after moving the trolley 20 to a predetermined position on the rib member 3.
Furthermore, the deformation prevention frame 2 to which the present invention is applicable may be made of square steel material.
