裏金層は、特に限定はしないが、Fe合金、Cu、Cu合金等の金属板を用いることができ、鉄系材料としては、例えば亜共析鋼や、オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼、フェライト系ステンレス鋼等のFe合金の所定寸法の板材が好ましい。裏金層の表面、すなわち軸受合金層との界面となる側に多孔質金属層あるいは中間層を設けることにより、摺動層と裏金層の接合強度を高めてもよい。

Claims (10)
- 軸受合金層上にオーバレイを備えた摺動部材において、
前記オーバレイが、
前記軸受合金層上の拡散防止層と、
摺動面を有し、前記拡散防止層上に形成された腐食防止層と
を備え、前記腐食防止層は前記オーバレイ全体の50%~90%の体積を占め、
前記腐食防止層および前記拡散防止層は、腐食抑制剤を含有し、残部がBi及び不可避不純物であり、ここで前記腐食抑制剤は、Sn、Cu、Zn、In、Sb、Agのうちから選択される少なくとも1種の元素であり、
前記拡散防止層に含有される前記腐食抑制剤の平均濃度は、前記腐食防止層に含有される前記腐食抑制剤の平均濃度よりも小さく、前記腐食防止層に含有される前記腐食抑制剤の平均濃度が3.0質量%~20.0質量%であることを特徴とする、摺動部材。 - 軸受合金層上にオーバレイを備えた摺動部材において、
前記オーバレイが、
前記軸受合金層上の拡散防止層と、
摺動面を有し、前記拡散防止層上に形成された腐食防止層と
を備え、前記腐食防止層は前記オーバレイ全体の50%~90%の体積を占め、
前記腐食防止層および前記拡散防止層は、
腐食抑制剤と、
硬質粒子および潤滑剤のうちの少なくとも1つと
を含有し、残部がBi及び不可避不純物であり、ここで前記腐食抑制剤は、Sn、Cu、Zn、In、Sb、Agのうちから選択される少なくとも1種の元素であり、
前記拡散防止層に含有される前記腐食抑制剤の平均濃度は、前記腐食防止層に含有される前記腐食抑制剤の平均濃度よりも小さく、前記腐食防止層に含有される前記腐食抑制剤の平均濃度が3.0質量%~20.0質量%であることを特徴とする、摺動部材。 - 前記拡散防止層に含有される前記腐食抑制剤の平均濃度と、前記腐食防止層に含有される前記腐食抑制剤の平均濃度との差は1.0質量%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載された摺動部材。
- 前記拡散防止層に含有される前記腐食抑制剤の平均濃度が1.0質量%~8.0質量%である、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載された摺動部材。
- 前記腐食抑制剤が、Sbと、Sn、Cu、Zn、In、Agのうちから選択される少なくとも1種との組み合わせである、請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載された摺動部材。
- 前記腐食抑制剤がSbである、請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載された摺動部材。
- 前記摺動部材が裏金層を更に備え、該裏金層上に前記軸受合金層が形成される、請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか1項に記載された摺動部材。
- 前記摺動部材がすべり軸受である、請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか1項に記載された摺動部材。
- 請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか1項に記載された摺動部材を備えた軸受装置。
- 請求項9に記載された軸受装置を備えた内燃機関。
