Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to a golf bag, and more particularly to a golf bag that can be tilted and returned to an upright position to maintain stability when tilted.

Conventional golf bags are usually used by standing upright on the ground, but because the golf bag has a certain height, it is inconvenient for short people to take out golf clubs from the upright golf bag. For this reason, manufacturers have developed golf bags that stand at an angle. This type of golf bag is usually equipped with multiple feet that can be operated to unfold the golf bag.

However, the problem with the golf bag with feet described above is that because it relies simply on the support of the feet and the bag ends, when the golf bag is tilted, the support of the feet or the bag ends becomes unstable, causing the golf bag to swing and become unstable, and may even tip over. This may result in damage to the golf bag structure or the golf clubs contained therein being hit. Even if the golf bag is returned to an upright position, it does not regain stability, and the bag may become unstable and tip over.

The inventors therefore believed that the above-mentioned shortcomings could be improved, and after extensive research, they came up with the present invention, which effectively improves the above-mentioned issues through rational design.

The present invention has been made in consideration of the above, and its purpose is to provide a golf bag that can be tilted and returned to an upright position, which effectively increases the stability of the golf bag when it is in a tilted position and when it is returned to an upright position.

In order to solve the above problems, a golf bag that can be tilted and can be returned to an upright position stably according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a base having a first connecting member and a second connecting member, the first connecting member having a first bottom surface, the second connecting member pivotally attached to the first connecting member, and the second connecting member moving between a first position and a second position, a wheel pivotally attached to the base and located above the first connecting member, a caddy bag that is connected to the second connecting member, moves together with the second connecting member, and moves between a third position and a fourth position, and a stand pivotally attached to the caddy bag and moves between a fifth position and a sixth position. The following describes an embodiment of the present invention, a golf bag that can be tilted and returned to an upright position with stability, with reference to the drawings. Note that the following embodiment does not limit the invention as defined by the claims. Furthermore, not all of the combinations of features described in the embodiment are necessarily essential to the solution of the invention.

The golf bag 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention mainly comprises a base 10, two wheels 20, a caddy bag 30, and a stand 40 (see FIG. 1).

2 to 5, the base 10 has a first connecting member 11, a second connecting member 12, and a first position limiting device 13. The first connecting member 11 has a first bottom surface 111 and has hook portions 112 on both sides. The first connecting member 11 also has a storage groove 113. The second connecting member 12 and the first connecting member 11 are combined to form the base 10. The second connecting member 12 has a second bottom surface 121, is spaced a predetermined distance from the first bottom surface 111 along the parallel direction, and has guide grooves 122 on both sides. At least a portion of the two wheels 20 extends into the first connecting member 11, and after the first connecting member 11 is tilted at a predetermined angle, the first bottom surface 111 moves away from the ground and the two wheels 20 come into contact with the ground.

The caddy bag 30 is connected to the second connecting member 12 and moves together with the second connecting member 12 between the third position and the fourth position. The caddy bag 30 has a frame 31, an internal caddy bag 32, a bag cover 33, and two second position limiters 34. The frame 31 is provided with a plurality of front fixing parts 311 and a plurality of rear fixing parts 312, and a plurality of fixing holes 313 pass through the front fixing part 311 and the rear fixing part 312. The rear fixing part 312 is connected to the bracket 123, and the frame 31 and the second connecting member 12 move synchronously. The internal caddy bag 32 is a hollow caddy bag, and a plurality of second brackets 320 are installed, one end of which is extended to the internal caddy bag 32 and fixed in the fixing hole 313, and the internal caddy bag 32 and the frame 31 form an interlocking mechanism. The bag cover 33 covers the outside of the inner caddy bag 32 and the frame 31, one end of which is connected to the inner caddy bag 32 and the other end of which is connected to the base 10, and a storage space 300 for storing golf clubs is formed in the caddy bag 30. Two openings 330 are provided at the front end of the bag cover 33. The stand 40 also has a fixed base 41, two legs 42, and a link rod 43. The fixed base 41 is fixed to the bag cover 33, and two storage grooves 410 are provided at the locations close to both ends. The two legs 42 are pivotally mounted in the two storage grooves 410, respectively, and move between the fifth position and the sixth position relative to the caddy bag 30. The two free portions 431 protrude from the two openings 330 and are respectively connected to the two feet 42, with one portion of the link rod 43 located outside the bag cover 33 and the other portion located inside the bag cover 33. In this embodiment, the two elastic members 50 are further provided, which are respectively connected to the two first position limiters 13 and the two free portions 431. When the two feet 42 are located at the sixth position, the two elastic members 50 provide elasticity to limit the maximum distance between the first position limiter 13 and the link rod 43. When the two feet 42 move from the sixth position to the fifth position, the two elastic members 50 retract the two feet 42 more quickly by their elasticity.

The golf bag 1 changes between a folded state and an unfolded state. As shown in FIG. 6, when the golf bag 1 is in a folded state, the first position limiting device 13 is located at the third end 341, the second connecting member 12 is located at the first position, the caddy bag 30 is located at the third position, and the two legs 42 are located at the fifth position. At this time, the first bottom surface 111 and the second bottom surface 121 are parallel and simultaneously contact the ground, and the caddy bag 30 is perpendicular to the first connecting member 11 and the second connecting member 12.

As shown in FIG. 7, when the golf bag 1 is in the unfolded state, the first position limiting device 13 abuts against the fourth end 342, the second connecting member 12 is in the second position and inclined at a predetermined angle relative to the first connecting member 11, the second bottom surface 121 is spaced apart from the ground, the caddy bag 30 is in the fourth position, and the two feet 42 are in the sixth position. In the unfolded state, the golf bag 1 is inclined. Also, the two wheels 20 do not contact the ground.

a base having a first connecting member and a second connecting member, the first connecting member having a first bottom surface, the second connecting member pivotally attached to the first connecting member, the second connecting member moving between a first position and a second position, the first connecting member and the second connecting member being substantially parallel when the second connecting member is located at the first position, and the second connecting member being inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the first connecting member when the second connecting member is located at the second position;
