(ゼムクリップ)
(イ)外輪部は内輪部を内包して同一平面を形成し、外輪に内輪が押し込まれて被挟持物はその剪断力により挟持される構造であり、外輪と内輪の間には隙間があり外輪部と内輪部とは相互に直接密着して押圧していないために固定する力が一定程度漏逸してしまい、その分固定する力が弱くなり用紙等もズレ易くなる。
(ロ)上記のように構造的に挟む力が弱いため、厚いものを挟む時等、強い挟持力を必要とする場合は、固定力が強いより大型化したものとなり、一定の大きさのもので対応できる範囲は極めて限定されている。
(ハ)ゼムクリップは線材で構成されているために変形しやすく、横ずれが生じることで挟持力(固定力)が弱まってしまう。
(ニ)剪断力による挟持法は構造上固定力が弱いため、用紙等をめくるのに邪魔にならないようにするために横長式にして挿入部分を浅くすると、被挟持物から外れやすくなってしまう。
(ホ)挟むものが薄い場合は、被狭持物が剪断力により波型にゆがんでしまい皺が残る。
(ダブルクリップ)
(ヘ)ダブルクリップの本体では、挿入口を除いて他の部位は固定したままであり、被挟持物の厚みが変わっても挿入口以外はその変化に対応していないため、被挟持物の厚さがダブルクリップの底部の縦幅と異なった場合では、広い時にはその分が余分にかさ張って不要な部分となって取り扱いにも邪魔になり、狭い時には使用不能となるために適合する被挟持物の厚みは一定程度のものに限られ、有効に使用できる厚みの範囲は極めて限定される。
(ト)長方形で三角柱を成す頑丈な板バネが特徴であるため構造的に重くなり易く且つ、ワイヤーレバーもあるために全体的に重いものとなり、薄い用紙を挟んで手に持った時等では用紙が重さで折れ曲がってしまい、腰の弱い被挟持物を挟む場合等には適さない。

二つ折れとなって両挟持体のそれぞれの片端を除いて切り離されて、逆「U」字形になった細長い部位を第1挟持体と第2挟持体の連結部とする。
連結部は第1挟持体と第2挟持体とでは反対側となるそれぞれの片端で接続している。
被挟持物の厚みに応じて連結部と第1挟持体と第2挟持体のいずれかが弾性変形する。
第1挟持体と第2挟持体のいずれかの被挟持物の挿入口となる部位の側辺に、引っ掛けて開口部を開け易くするための突出部を設ける。
本発明の第1は、以上の構成よりなるクリップである。
以下、第2の手段を記載する。
弾性力を有する平板を弾性限界を超えて二つ折りにし、一方を第1挟持体、もう一方を第2挟持体として向かい合った両面を密着させる。
両挟持体の二つ折れの部分に面する辺側の両端をそれぞれ一定の幅を残して折れ線に沿って切断する。両挟持体の二つ折れ部分に面する辺以外のそれぞれの側辺は、周縁が連続する内周縁を成して切断し、この連続した切断線は二つ折れの部分に沿った切断線の両端とそれぞれ接続することで、内側の部分を取り除く。
二つ折れによる折れ線上の中央部分を一定の幅を残して左右の折れ線上をそれぞれ端まで切断する。二つ折れとなって中央部で接続し、両挟持体とは両端でそれぞれ接続して逆「U」字形となった細長い部位を連結部とする。
被挟持物を挟むことにより、連結部の切断されていない中央部を境にして二分割になって折れ線上で切断された連結部がそれぞれ扇型に開閉し、被挟持物の厚みに応じて生じた弾性力が連結部に繋がる両挟持体の相対する周縁部分によって挟持力となる。
第1挟持体と第2挟持体のいずれかの被挟持物の挿入口となる部位の側辺に、引っ掛けて開口部を開け易くするための突出部を設ける。

(ロ)挟持体本体は平板で組成されているために横ずれによる変形が発生しにくく、第1挟持体と第2挟持体との重なる面がずれるのを防止でき、被挟持物をしっかりと固定することができる。
(ハ)連結部は折れ曲がって二重になっているため、変形に対する応力の度合いが強くなり、強度が増して細くても曲がりにくくなる。
(ニ)両面で直接挟むことで挟持力の漏逸が無く強固に保てるため、形状は必ずしも縦長である必要は無く、横長式の形状にして挿入部分を浅くすることで挟んだ用紙等をめくるのに邪魔になら無いようにすることができる。
(ホ)強い押圧力で薄い用紙を挟持しても、表面が平らな挟持面同士で直接挟むため、ゼムクリップのように交互に波状に挟むことによる用紙等の変形が無く、挟持力の強弱に関わらず挟持した用紙等に皺等ができにくい。
(ヘ)両挟持体は一定の面積があるため本体部分を色分け、図案化(数字・アルファベット・キャラクター等々)してタブとしての見分け機能を持たせることができる。
(ト)図6に示すように挟持体本体の形体を「0」又は「U」形等々として挟持体の周辺部を残して内側を除去することで容易に全体の軽量化を図ることができる。
(チ)ダブルクリップにおいては、頑丈な板バネの底部が被挟持物の厚さよりも広い場合では、その分かさ張って邪魔となり無駄に重くもなるが、本発明では全部位が被挟持物の厚みの変化に幅広く対応し機能しながらも変化で新たに不要になるいずれの部位も発生せず全体的に被挟持物に密着していることで取扱いが容易になる。
以下、第2の効果を記載する。
(イ)固定力は平板の固有の弾性力によるが、挟持面となる両挟持体は両端の各側辺部がどれもが開閉する連結部と直結しているため、連結部の弾力性が直接それぞれに伝わることで、相対する両面からの固定力となり、片辺だけからでしか固定力を受けられないものよりも挟持力は倍増して一層強固に固定することができる。
従って平板をより薄いものにして更なる軽量化を図ることもでき、形状や素材の選択肢もその分拡げることができる。
(ロ)第1の効果の(イ)(ロ)(ニ)(ホ)(ヘ)(チ)は第2の効果でも同様に共有する。

以下、本発明の第1の実施の形態について説明する。

(ハ)第1挟持体(1)を前記折れ線に並行して片端から一定の幅を残して第1切断跡線(4)で切断し又、第2挟持体(2)を同じく折れ線に並行して第1挟持体(1)とは反対側の片端から一定の幅を残して第2切断跡線(5)で切断する。
(ニ)二つ折れして逆「U」字形となり両挟持体のそれぞれ反対側となる片端を除いて切り離された細長い部位を第1挟持体(1)と第2挟持体(2)の連結部(3)とし、連結部(3)は第1挟持体(1)と第2挟持体(2)とではそれぞれ反対側となる片端で接続している。
(ホ)被挟持物を挟んだ場合には、被挟持物の厚みに応じて第1挟持体(1)と第2挟持体(2)と連結部(3)のいずれかが弾性変形する。

本発明の第1は、以上の構造である。

なお、第1挟持体は平板を弾性限界を超えて二つ折りにした一方の平板。第2挟持体は基本的には第1挟持体と同形を成しているが異形となる場合もあり、どちらにしても第1挟持体と第2挟持体との向かい合う面同士は直接密着している。
連結部は二つ折りにして第1挟持体と第2挟持体となる両平板をそれぞれの反対側となる片方の端部の一部を残して折れ線に並行して切断して逆「U」字形になった部位であり、第1挟持体と第2挟持体とではそれぞれ反対側となる片端の一部で接続している。
第1切断跡線(4)は第1挟持体と連結部とに分離切断した跡を示す線。第2切断跡線(5)は第2挟持体と連結部とに分離切断した跡を示す線。

(ロ)一方を第1挟持体(11)、他方を第2挟持体(21)として、同形を成して向かい合った面同士を直接密着して重なり合わせる。
(ハ)両挟持体共に二つ折れ部分に面する辺側の両端をそれぞれ一定の幅を残して前記折れ線に並行して切断する。
(ニ)両挟持体のそれぞれ二つ折れ部分に面する辺以外の側辺は、周縁が連続する内周縁を成して切断し、この連続した切断線は折れ線に並行した切断線の両端とそれぞれ接続することで内側の部分を取り除く。
(ホ)二つ折りによる折れ線上の中央部分を一定の幅を残してそれぞれ左右の端まで折れ線上に切断し、折れ線上の中央部分で接続し、両挟持体とは両端でそれぞれ接続して逆「U」字形となった細長い部位を連結部とする。
(ヘ)被挟持物を挟んだときは、連結部の切断されていない中央部を境にして二分割になって折れ線上で切断された連結部が被挟持物の厚みに応じてそれぞれ扇型に弾性変形し、両挟持体が中空になっていることにより連結部が被挟持物を跨ぐ形で開閉するため厚みの変化に対応することが可能となって、連結部の弾性力が連結部に連なる両挟持体の周縁部同士によって被挟持物を挟持し固定する。
(ト)第1挟持体と第2挟持体のいずれかの被挟持物の挿入口となる部位の側辺に引っ掛けて開口部を開け易くするための突出部を設ける。なお、突出部の代わりに第1挟持体(11)と第2挟持体(21)の「大きさの差異」又は、「ずれ」等を突出部(61)の代わりとすることができる。
本発明の第2は、以上の構造である。
本発明の第2を使用するときは、挿入部に設けられた突出部(61)に被狭持物を当て、そのまま押し下げて開口部を広げてから被挟持物を挿入する。
連結部(31)は二つ折れとなって逆「U」字形となった細長い部位であり、中央部で接続しているが中央部を除いて折れ線上にそれぞれ左右の端まで切断され両挟持体とはそれぞれ両端で接続している。連結部は中央部を境にして二分割になり、それぞれ二つ折れ線上に切断されていることにより被狭持物の厚みの変化に応じて折れ線上で切断された連結部がそれぞれ扇型に開閉し、そのねじれによる弾性力が連結部に繋がる両挟持体の平面を成す向かい合う周縁部同士によって挟持され被挟持物を固定する。
連結部は被挟持物と接する角度は変化しながらも被挟持物に密着して連結機能を保つ。
被狭持物を取り外すときは、本体を摘まんでそのまま被狭持物から引き抜く。
なお、第1挟持体は平板を弾性限界を超えて二つ折りにした一方の平板。第2挟持体は基本的には第1挟持体とは同形であるが異形となる場合もあり、どちらにしても第1挟持体と第2挟持体との向かい合う面同士は直接密着している。
第1切断跡線(41)は第1挟持体(11)と連結部(31)とを両端を除いて分離切断した跡を示す線。第2切断跡線(51)は第2挟持体(21)と連結部(31)とを両端を除いて分離切断した跡を示す線。
連結部切断跡線(71)は連結部の二つ折れ線上を切断した跡を示す線。内周縁切断跡線(81)は二つ折れ部に面する辺以外の辺の連続する内周縁を成す切断跡を示す線。
第2挟持体の突出部は第2挟持体(又は、第1挟持体のいずれか)の挿入部の側辺に設けられ被挟持物等で引っ掛けて開口部を広げて被挟持体を挿入し易くするもの。
第1挟持体、第2挟持体あるいは突出部の挿入口となる側辺部は被挟持物全体が滑らかに挿入できる様に内側に向かって傾斜している。
なお、本発明の第1、第2ともに、被挟持物が薄い場合でも一定の挟持力が発揮できるように、二つ折れにして両挟持体を密着させる前の状態において、折れ線の近傍で折れ線に並行して両挟持体をそれぞれ内側に一定の角度をなして屈折させた後に、完全に二つ折れにして両面を密着させることで屈折により成る弾性力をさらなる挟持力として加えてもよい。

(b) One of them is the first clamping body (1) and the other is the second clamping body (2), and the opposing surfaces of the same shape are directly overlapped with each other in close contact with each other.
(c) The first clamping body (1) is cut along a first cutting trace (4) parallel to the fold line, leaving a certain width from one end, and the second clamping body (2) is cut along a second cutting trace (5) parallel to the fold line, leaving a certain width from one end opposite the first clamping body (1).
(ii) The elongated portion which is folded in two to form an inverted “U” shape and separated except for one end on the opposite side of each of the two clamping bodies serves as a connecting portion (3) between the first clamping body (1) and the second clamping body (2), and the connecting portion (3) is connected to the first clamping body (1) and the second clamping body (2) at their respective ends which are opposite each other.
(e) When an object is clamped, either the first clamping body (1), the second clamping body (2), or the connecting portion (3) elastically deforms depending on the thickness of the object.
(F) A protrusion (6) is provided at the portion of the insertion opening for the object to be held of both clamping bodies to hook onto either side of the first clamping body (1) or the second clamping body (2) to facilitate opening. Note that the "difference in size" or "deviation" between the first clamping body (1) and the second clamping body (2) may be used in place of the protrusion (6).
The first aspect of the present invention is the above structure.
When using the first aspect of the present invention, the object to be held is placed against the protrusion (6) provided on the insertion portion, and is then pushed down to widen the opening, after which the object to be held is inserted.
The connecting part (3) is twisted according to the thickness of the object to be held, and the angle at which it contacts the object changes, but it maintains its connecting function by adhering closely to the object.
The object to be clamped is clamped by the opposing flat surfaces of the first clamping body (1) and the second clamping body (2), and the elastic connecting part (3) and the torsional return forces of the first clamping body (1) and the second clamping body (2) work together to fix and hold the object to be clamped.
When removing the held object, grasp the main body and pull it out from the held object.
The first clamping body is one of the flat plates folded in half beyond its elastic limit. The second clamping body is basically the same shape as the first clamping body, but may be of a different shape. In either case, the opposing surfaces of the first clamping body and the second clamping body are in direct contact with each other.
The connecting portion is an inverted U-shaped portion formed by folding the two flat plates that become the first clamping body and the second clamping body in half and cutting them parallel to the fold line, leaving a portion of one end on the opposite side of each other, and the first clamping body and the second clamping body are connected by a portion of their respective opposite ends.
The first cut line (4) is a line showing the cut marks where the first clamping body and the connecting part are separated and cut, and the second cut line (5) is a line showing the cut marks where the second clamping body and the connecting part are separated and cut.
The protrusion (6) of the second clamping body is provided on the side of the insertion portion of the second clamping body (or either of the first clamping bodies) and is intended to hook onto an object to be clamped, etc., to widen the opening and make it easier to insert the object to be clamped.
The side edge portion which serves as the insertion opening for the first clamping body, the second clamping body or the protrusion is inclined inwardly so that the entire object to be clamped can be smoothly inserted.
A second embodiment of the present invention will now be described.
(a) A flat plate with elasticity is folded in half beyond its elastic limit to form a fold line. The flat plate is made of an elastic material such as iron, stainless steel, or plastic.
(b) One of them is the first clamping body (11) and the other is the second clamping body (21), and the opposing surfaces of the same shape are directly attached to each other and overlapped.
(c) Both ends of each of the clamping bodies facing the folded portion are cut parallel to the folding line, leaving a certain width.
(ii) The sides of each of the clamping bodies other than the sides facing the folded portion are cut to form a continuous inner peripheral edge, and this continuous cutting line is connected to both ends of a cutting line parallel to the fold line to remove the inner portion.
(e) The central portion of the fold line formed by folding in half is cut along the fold line to the left and right ends, leaving a certain width, and the fold line is connected to the central portion of the fold line. The long, thin portion that is connected to both clamping bodies at both ends to form an inverted U-shape is used as the connecting portion.
(e) When an object to be clamped is clamped, the connecting part, which is divided into two at the uncut central part of the connecting part and cut on the fold line, elastically deforms into a fan shape in accordance with the thickness of the object to be clamped, and because both clamping bodies are hollow, the connecting part opens and closes in a way that straddles the object to be clamped, making it possible to respond to changes in thickness, and the elastic force of the connecting part clamps and fixes the object to be clamped by the peripheral parts of both clamping bodies connected to the connecting part.
(g) A protrusion is provided to hook onto the side of the portion of the first clamping body or the second clamping body that is the insertion opening for the clamped object to make it easier to open the opening. Note that the "difference in size" or "deviation" between the first clamping body (11) and the second clamping body (21) can be used in place of the protrusion (61).
The second aspect of the present invention is the above structure.
When using the second embodiment of the present invention, the object to be held is placed against the protrusion (61) provided on the insertion portion, and is then pushed down to widen the opening, after which the object to be held is inserted.
The connecting part (31) is a long and narrow part that is folded in two to form an inverted "U" shape, and although it is connected at the center, it is cut on the fold line to the left and right ends except for the center, and is connected to both clamping bodies at both ends. The connecting part is divided into two parts at the center, and since it is cut on the fold line, the connecting parts cut on the fold line open and close in a fan shape according to the change in the thickness of the object to be clamped, and the elastic force caused by the twisting is clamped by the opposing peripheral parts that form the plane of the two clamping bodies connected to the connecting part, and the object to be clamped is fixed.
Although the angle at which the connecting part contacts the object to be clamped changes, the connecting part adheres closely to the object to maintain the connecting function.
When removing the held object, grasp the main body and pull it out from the held object.
The first clamping body is one of the flat plates folded in half beyond its elastic limit. The second clamping body is basically the same shape as the first clamping body, but may be of a different shape. In either case, the opposing surfaces of the first clamping body and the second clamping body are in direct contact with each other.
The first cut line (41) is a line showing the trace of cutting the first clamping body (11) and the connecting portion (31) apart, except for both ends. The second cut line (51) is a line showing the trace of cutting the second clamping body (21) and the connecting portion (31) apart, except for both ends.
The connecting portion cut line (71) is a line showing the cut line along the folded line of the connecting portion. The inner edge cut line (81) is a line showing the cut line forming the continuous inner edge of the side other than the side facing the folded portion.
The protrusion of the second clamping body is provided on the side of the insertion portion of the second clamping body (or either of the first clamping bodies) and is adapted to be hooked onto an object to be clamped, widening the opening and making it easier to insert the object to be clamped.
The side edge portion which serves as an insertion opening for the first clamping body, the second clamping body or the protrusion is inclined inwardly so that the entire object to be clamped can be smoothly inserted.
In both the first and second aspects of the present invention, in order to exert a constant clamping force even when the object to be clamped is thin, before folding in half and bringing both clamping bodies into close contact, both clamping bodies can be bent inward at a constant angle parallel to the fold line near the fold line, and then the clamping body can be folded completely in half to bring both sides into close contact, thereby adding an elastic force caused by the bending as an additional clamping force.
