Description

Also, an operating piece 2i for operating the sliding part 2 back and forth with a finger is provided on the upper side of the rear end of the base 2a. The mounting position of the cleaning part 3 can be adjusted by moving the operating piece 2i depending on the purpose of using the handy cleaning tool. When the sliding part 2 is moved from the state shown in FIG. 5 so that it protrudes from the handle part 1, the protrusion 2h provided at the tip of the locking piece 2b is inserted into the insertion hole 3j of the strip part 3a in conjunction with the protrusion. The insertion of the protrusion 2h into the insertion hole 3j prevents the cleaning part 3 from shifting sideways and coming off the handle part 1 during cleaning.

The handy cleaning tool shown in Figure 6 has the sliding part 2 moved all the way to the tip of the handle 1, making it possible to clean high places and deep places. When cleaning the tops of large furniture or lockers, one side of the wiping body 3b is sufficient, so it is preferable to use the form shown in Figure 6, which can clean a wide area.

When moving the sliding part 2 relative to the handle part 1, as shown in the enlarged cross-sectional view of Figure 7(a) and the enlarged vertical cross-sectional view of Figure 7(b), first the operating piece 2i is pushed down to release the lock by the base 2k.
