The preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. Note that the embodiment described below does not unduly limit the content of the present invention described in the claims, and not all of the configurations described in the embodiment are necessarily essential as a means of solving the problem of the present invention.

<1.身飾品>
<1. Personal ornaments >
First, a description will be given of the ornament 100. As shown in FIG. 1, the ornament 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a hole 10, a space 20, a decorative member 30, and a decorative hole 40.

The hole 10 is drilled in the axial direction G of the ornament 100, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 (A). Also, the space 20 is present inside the ornament 100, as shown in Fig. 2 (B). The decorative member 30 is inserted into the space 20. The decorative hole 40 is formed on the side so as to penetrate the space 20. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 (A), the space 20 and the decorative member 30 present in the space 20 can be seen from the decorative hole.

As shown in FIG. 2(B), the diameter A of the hole 10 is smaller than the size B of the decorative member 30. In this way, the decorative member 30 will not come out of the hole 10. Note that the size B of the decorative member 30 refers to the outer dimensions. In addition, it is preferable that the ornament 100 is shaped into a predetermined shape.

The following describes a method for manufacturing a personal accessory 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention.

2. Manufacturing method of the accessory 100
3, the manufacturing method of the ornament 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention includes at least a cutting step S10, a hole making step S20, a cutting step S40, a decorative hole forming step S50, a dipping step S60, a decorative member inserting step S70, a drying step S80, and a polishing step S90. Each step will be described below.

In the cutting step S10, as shown in FIG. 4, the animal's antlers 50 are cut to a predetermined size. For example, they are cut as shown by the dotted lines in FIG. 4. The size may be less than 1.5 cm, between 1.5 cm and 3.5 cm, or greater than 3.5 cm. The cutting method is a known method.

The animal antlers 50 are preferably from a deer. This makes for a more durable and aesthetically pleasing accessory that also brings good luck and good fortune, and wards off misfortune. In the case of deer antlers, the size of the pieces is preferably 1.5 cm to 3.5 cm.

The hole-making process S20 is carried out after the cutting process S10, and as shown in FIG. 5, a hole 10 for inserting a decorative member 30 is made in the axial direction G of the small piece 55. The hole 10 made in the hole-making process S20 is made by a known method such as a drill. As shown in FIG. 7, the diameter A of the hole 10 made in the hole-making process S20 is smaller than the size B of the decorative member 30. In other words, A<B. The diameter of the hole made in the hole-making process is smaller than the size of the decorative member, but is large enough that the decorative member 30 does not come out of the space 20 when the small piece 55 (ornament) is in a dry state.

It is also preferable that the diameter A of the hole 10 is 1 mm to 1.5 mm smaller than the size B of the decorative member 30. This makes it relatively easy to insert the decorative member 30 after immersion in the immersion step S60 described below. The shape of the hole 10 can be circular, rectangular, triangular, etc.

After the drilling step S20 or the cutting step S40, a shaping step S30 may be performed in which the small pieces 55 are shaped into a predetermined shape. Shaping the small pieces 55 into various shapes will result in a more aesthetically pleasing appearance. Shaping may be performed to provide more curved surfaces, as shown in Figures 1 and 6, or conversely, to make the pieces more angular. Shaping may be performed according to the shape of the desired final design.

In the cutting process S40, as shown in FIG. 7, only the inside 21 of the hole is enlarged to a size larger than the size of the decorative member 20 to obtain the space 20. Only the inside 21 of the hole is enlarged, and the size of the entrance hole 10 remains the same.

As shown in Figures 6 and 7, the decorative hole forming process S50 forms a decorative hole 40 on the side of the small piece 55 so as to penetrate the space portion 20. As shown in Figure 6, the decorative hole may be heart-shaped or oval-shaped, or may be circular, elliptical, triangular, star-shaped, or flower-shaped. When the decorative hole forming process S50 is performed, the space portion 20 and the decorative member 30 can be seen.

The steps may be performed in the following order: drilling step S20 → cutting step S40 → decorative hole forming step S50. The steps may also be performed in the following order: drilling step S20 → decorative hole forming step S50 → cutting step S40.

In the soaking step S60, the pieces are soaked in a liquid at 50°C to 100°C for a predetermined period of time. The liquid is preferably water. In this way, the soaking step S60 can be performed inexpensively and easily. It is also preferable to soak the pieces while boiling. The soaking time is 30 to 180 minutes, preferably 60 to 120 minutes. The soaking step S60 causes the animal horn pieces 55 to swell.

The decorative member inserting step S70 is carried out after the immersion step S60, and involves inserting the decorative member 30 through the hole 10 made in the hole making step S20. Since the animal horn pieces 55 are swollen in the immersion step S60, the decorative member 30 can be inserted through the hole 10 into the space 20 even if the diameter of the hole 10 is smaller than the size of the decorative member 30. When inserting the decorative member 30, it is preferable to insert it by hitting it with a rubber hammer or the like. It is preferable to carry out the decorative member inserting step S70 within 30 minutes after the immersion step S60. There may be one decorative member 30 in the space 20, two as shown in FIG. 7, or more.

The decorative member 30 is preferably made of natural stone. This makes it possible to provide a personal ornament that is more durable, aesthetically pleasing, and imbued with good fortune. There are many types of natural stones, including amethyst, aquamarine, emerald, garnet, quartz, amber, sapphire, pearl, crystal, topaz, diamond, lapis lazuli, and ruby. They are also called power stones.

The shape of the decorative member 30 can be a sphere, a triangular pyramid, a triangular prism, a cube, a rectangular prism, etc.

The drying step S80 is carried out after the decorative member insertion step S70 to dry the small pieces 55. The drying time is 1 to 5 hours, preferably 2 to 4 hours.

The drying step S80 is preferably performed by drying in the sun. This prevents the ornament 100 from cracking during drying.

The polishing step S90 is carried out after the drying step S80, and polishes the small pieces 55. The polishing method is a known method. Polishing may also be performed.

Through the above steps, the accessory 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention is completed.

In addition, straps or bells may be attached to the accessory 100 as shown in FIG. 1.

As described above, the ornament 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention can provide an ornament that is not only durable and aesthetically pleasing, but also has the connotation of good fortune, such as fertility and good luck.
