上記第1のボルトを挟持して固定する第1のボルト固定部材と、
それぞれ、上記第1のボルト固定部材に対して、上記第1のボルトの方向である第1の 方向に直交する第2の方向の一方側または他方側に設けられ、上記第2の方向に直交する 面内で上記第2または第3のボルトを固定する第2および第3のボルト固定部材と、
上記第1のボルト固定部材に対して、上記第1および第2の方向に直交する第3の方向 側に設けられ、上記第1および第2の方向を含む面に平行な面内で上記第4のボルトを固 定する第4のボルト固定部材と、
上記第1から第3のボルト固定部材を互いに結合させる第1の結合部材と、
上記第1および第4のボルト固定部材を互いに結合させる第2の結合部材と、
