Claims (14)
- 第1物質、
前記第1物質により囲まれた第2物質、および、
下記化学式1で表される圧電材料を含む圧電材料組成物であって、前記第2物質が、ニオブ酸ナトリウムNaNbO3を含み、ロットゲーリング係数が、60%から70%である圧電材料組成物:

(1-y)(NaaK1-a)(Nb1-x,Sbx)-ySrZrO3+n mol% CuO+z mol% NaNbO3
yは0.01≦y≦0.10であり、aは0.4≦a≦0.6であり、xは0≦x≦0.06であり、nは0.5≦n≦1.5であり、zは3≦z≦7である。 - 前記xが、0.04~0.055である、請求項1に記載の圧電材料組成物。
- 前記第1物質が、単一方向に結晶配向した複数の結晶粒を含み、
前記第2物質が前記複数の結晶粒の内部に配置され、
前記複数の結晶粒は、前記第2物質から反応して成長した、請求項1に記載の圧電材料組成物。 - 母体材料およびシード材料を秤量する工程、
前記母体材料および前記シード材料を混合してスラリーを準備する工程、
前記スラリーを成形して成形体を準備する工程、および
前記成形体を焼結して焼結体を準備する工程を含み、
前記秤量した母体材料が化学式1で表され、前記シード材料はニオブ酸ナトリウムNaNbO3を有し、前記母体材料に対してzmol%だけ添加される、組成物の製造方法であって、前記zは3≦z≦7であり、ロットゲーリング係数が、60%から70%である、組成物の製造方法:

yは0.01≦y≦0.10であり、aは0.4≦a≦0.6であり、xは0≦x≦0.06であり、nは0.5≦n≦1.5である。 - 前記xが、0.04~0.055である、請求項4に記載の組成物の製造方法。
- 前記シード材料が、前記ニオブ酸ナトリウムNaNbO3単結晶である、請求項4に記載の組成物の製造方法。
- 前記焼結体を準備する工程が、
第1温度で行われる第1焼結工程、および
第2温度で行われる第2焼結工程を含み、
前記第1温度は、1160℃であり、前記第2温度は、1030~1070℃であり、
前記第1焼結工程は前記第1温度まで温度を上昇させる工程を含み、前記第2焼結工程は前記第2温度で6時間維持する工程を含む、請求項4に記載の組成物の製造方法。 - 前記母体材料および前記シード材料を秤量する工程の前に前記シード材料の準備工程が行われ、
前記シード材料の準備工程は、
1次シード材料を提供する工程、
前記1次シード材料から1次シードを準備する工程、
前記1次シードおよび2次シード材料を混合する工程、および、
前記1次シードおよび前記2次シード材料から2次シードを準備し、それによって前記シード材料を準備する工程を備え、
前記1次シード材料は、ニオブ酸ビスマスナトリウム((Bi2.5Na3.5)NbO18)であり、
前記2次シード材料は、ニオブ酸ナトリウムNaNbO3である、請求項4に記載の組成物の製造方法。 - 前記2次シードを準備する工程が、
前記1次シードおよび炭酸ナトリウム(Na2CO3)および塩化ナトリウム(NaCl)の混合物を975℃で6時間の間、熱処理することをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の組成物の製造方法。 - 請求項1の組成物を含む圧電素子層を含み、前記第1および第2物質が層状に形成された圧電素子層、
前記圧電素子層の第1面に配置された第1電極部、および
前記第1面に対向する第2面に配置された第2電極部を含む、圧電素子。 - 前記xが、0.04~0.055である、請求項10に記載の圧電素子。
- 前記第2物質が、シード材料を含み、
前記シード材料が10~20μmの大きさを有する、または前記シード材料の縦横比が10~20の範囲である、請求項10に記載の圧電素子。 - 前記第1物質が、単一方向に結晶配向した複数の結晶粒を含み、
前記第2物質が、前記複数の結晶粒の内部に配置され、
前記第1物質の前記複数の結晶粒は、前記第2物質から反応して成長した、請求項10に記載の圧電素子。 - 画像を表示する表示パネル、および
前記表示パネルの背面に配置され、請求項10に記載の圧電素子を含む、表示装置。
