Description

The present invention relates to an intercom device, and in particular to an intercom device in which the separated case parts are connected by a string so that they do not move apart more than a certain distance when the case of the intercom device is opened.

Some intercom devices are stored or fixed to a rear case fixed to a wall surface with a string to prevent the removed front case or removed storage components from falling when the case is opened.
For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a configuration in which, when storing an adapter for communicating with an additional device (sub-parent unit) in a case of an intercom device, the adapter is stored inside the case while being connected to the case by a string.

As described above, by using a string to connect the device to a case fixed to the wall, it is possible to prevent the device from falling even when the fixed state is released, thereby preventing the connected transmission lines, etc. from being cut and preventing damage to the case, etc.
However, the knot formed on the string used for connection is bulky, making it difficult to fit into the narrow space inside the case. In particular, when trying to make the case thinner, the knot and the protruding locking part of the string get in the way, making it difficult to make the case thinner.

In view of these problems, the present invention aims to provide an intercom device with a structure that allows the case to be made thin, even though it has a structure in which the front and rear separable cases are connected by a string.

In order to solve the above problem, the invention of claim 1 is an intercom device in which the case forming the main body is separable into a front case equipped with an operating unit and a monitor, and a rear case fixed to a wall surface, and a first cord locking portion and a second cord locking portion for locking a ring-shaped cord are provided on the inside of the front case and the inside of the rear case, and the first cord locking portion provided on the front case has a knot storage portion for storing the knot of a cord tied into a ring shape, a locking piece located at the top of the knot storage portion and between a pair of cords pulled out of the knot storage portion and locking the cord when it is urged upward, and a pair of guiding means located on the left and right of the upper part of the knot storage portion for guiding the locking of the cord to the locking piece, while the second cord locking portion provided on the rear case is a hook for locking a cord urged downward, and the front case and the rear case are connected by a cord hung between the first cord locking portion and the second cord locking portion.
According to this configuration, since the knot accommodating portion is provided to accommodate the knot of the string, the position of the knot can be fixed. Therefore, the knot does not come into contact with the surrounding circuit elements or components, causing a malfunction, and there is no need to consider the position of the knot of the string even if the case is made thin.

The invention of claim 2 is characterized in that, in the configuration described in claim 1, the first string locking portion and the second string locking portion are positioned in positions where they do not overlap front and rear when the front case and rear case are integrated.
With this configuration, the first string locking portion and the second string locking portion are not in a position where they overlap front to back when the front case and rear case are combined, so the thickness of the case is not determined by the amount of protrusion of either portion, allowing the thickness to be made thinner.

The invention of claim 3 is characterized in that in the configuration of claim 1 or 2, at least one of the guide means also serves as a protruding fixing means for fixing a member to be assembled inside the case.
According to this configuration, there is no need to form a separate guide means.

According to the present invention, a knot storage section is provided to store the knot of the string, so the position of the knot can be fixed. This prevents the knot from coming into contact with surrounding circuit elements or components, which could cause problems, and the position of the knot of the string does not need to be considered even if the case is made thin.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Figures 1 and 2 show an example of an intercom device according to the present invention, with Figure 1 being a front view and Figure 2 being a right side view. Here, a room master unit 1 for answering calls from a front door slave unit (not shown) is shown. In Figure 1, reference numeral 11 denotes a monitor that displays video information (visitor video, etc.) transmitted from the front door slave unit, reference numeral 12 denotes operation buttons for answering calls, etc., and the room master unit 1 is fixed to a wall surface for use.
The monitor 11 is equipped with a touch panel that constitutes an operation unit and is capable of displaying various types of information in addition to images captured by a camera (not shown), such as images of visitors.

The case 2 that forms the main body of this room master unit 1 is made up of a front case 2a that forms the front surface and a rear case 2b that is fixed to the wall surface, and Fig. 3 is a rear view of the front case 2a and Fig. 4 is a front view of the rear case 2b, showing the internal structure of the case 2. In Fig. 3, reference numeral 3 denotes a string that connects the front case 2a and the rear case 2b.

In Fig. 5, reference numeral 21 denotes a knot receiving portion that receives the knot 3a of the string 3, 22 denotes a locking piece that locks the string 3, and 23 (23a, 23b) denotes a guide means, and these members constitute the first string locking portion 4 that locks the string 3. In Fig. 6, reference numeral 25 denotes a hook that constitutes the second string locking portion 5 that locks the string 3.
In this manner, the first string locking portion 4 is formed on the upper right back surface (inner surface) of the front case 2a, and the second string locking portion 5 is formed on the upper right front side (inner surface) of the rear case 2b.

The first string locking portion 4 and the second string locking portion 5 will be described in detail below. As shown in FIG. 5, the knot accommodating portion 21 of the first string locking portion 4 is formed in a box shape with an opening from one side to the top. The locking piece 22 is disposed at the top of this knot accommodating portion 21 and is formed in a plate shape with a horizontal surface so as to close the open top of the knot accommodating portion 21. This locking piece 22 is formed to act as a hook that locks the string 3 pulled upward and prevents it from slipping out of the knot accommodating portion 21.

The guide means 23 protrude from the left and right upper ends of the knot storage section 21 and are positioned to close the gap between the knot storage section 21 and the locking piece 22 in the left-right direction. The guide means 23 acts so that the two strings 3 pulled out from the knot storage section 21, which stores the knot 3a, are pulled upward from the left and right of the locking piece 22.

Of the two guide means 23a and 23b, one guide means 23b is a screw-in tube that stands upright on the back surface of the front case 2a and serves as a fixing means for fixing device components to the front case 2a.

The string 3 is locked to the first string locking section 4 configured in this manner as follows. As shown in FIG. 5(a), both ends of the string 3 are tied together to form a ring, and the knot 3a is first stored in the knot storage section 21. Next, the two strings 3 that have been pulled out of the knot storage section 21 are pulled out from the left and right sides of the locking pieces 22. In other words, the strings 3 are pulled upward from between the guide means 23 and the locking pieces 22.

On the other hand, the second string locking portion 5 is an L-shaped hook 25, which is composed of one member. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 6, it protrudes forward from the inner surface of the rear case 2b and is formed into a roughly L-shape by bending the tip upward. The bent tip is further provided with a claw piece 25a facing rearward, which is the inside of the bend, so that the locked string 3 will not come loose.

The string 3 can be inserted into the second string locking portion 5 from above, which is open, and inserted into the deep part of the claw piece 25a. The action of the claw piece 25a prevents the locked string 3 from slipping off. In this way, one ring-shaped string 3 is locked to both the front case 2a and the rear case 2b.
As shown in FIG. 1, the first string locking portion 4 and the second string locking portion 5 are positioned close to each other when the front case 2a and the rear case 2b are combined, but are formed so as to be positioned in areas where they do not overlap at the front and rear.

In this way, the knot accommodating portion 21 that accommodates the knot 3a of the string 3 is provided, so the position of the knot can be fixed. Therefore, the knot does not come into contact with the surrounding circuit elements or components, causing a malfunction, and even if the case 2 is made thin, there is no need to consider the position of the knot 3a of the string 3.
In addition, since the first string locking portion 4 and the second string locking portion 5 are not positioned to overlap each other when the front case 2a and the rear case 2b are combined, the thickness of the case 2 is not determined by the amount of protrusion of both the portions, and the thickness can be made thin. Furthermore, since the screw-in tube 23b is used as one of the guide means 23, there is no need to form a separate guide means 23.

In the above embodiment, the configuration of the room master unit 1 that communicates with the entrance slave unit has been described, but the configuration of the present invention is suitable for an intercom device that is fixed to a wall surface for use.
Furthermore, although the locking piece 22 constituting the first string locking portion 4 is formed in a flat plate shape, the lower surface that contacts the string 3 may be curved to make it easier to lock the string 3.

An intercom device having a case forming a main body that can be separated into a front case having an operation unit and a monitor, and a rear case that is fixed to a wall surface,
a first string locking portion and a second string locking portion for locking a ring-shaped string are provided on an inner side of the front case and an inner side of the rear case,
