The present invention relates to a cosmetic case for storing disposable care gloves used when providing care to sick people, etc., and has a structure that allows the care gloves stored inside to be easily removed.

When providing care to a sick person, for example, disposable vinyl care gloves, as described in Patent Document 1, are worn on both hands for hygiene reasons. However, from the perspective of preventing infection with viruses, which has become a recent problem, attention has been focused on how easily the care gloves can be removed from the cosmetic box in which they are stored, without touching the cosmetic box, and there is a demand for such a device to be developed.

For example, Patent Document 2 discloses a sanitary glove dispenser in which a number of sanitary gloves are stacked with the fingers and palms aligned in the same direction, folded around a core plate so that the fingers are positioned approximately below the palm to form a folded laminate, and the folded laminate is stored in a container having an outlet. According to this, the insertion operation is extremely easy, and the gloves do not move within the container. In addition, since the outlet is opened near the folded part of the folded laminate, the sanitary gloves can be easily removed one by one by pulling them out a little from the outlet. Furthermore, the gloves can be removed without losing their shape, making them easy to use, and since the gloves are stored in the container in a folded state, the container can be made small.

However, although the inventions disclosed in the above-mentioned Patent Documents 2 and 3 are designed to make it relatively easy to remove gloves from storage, the gloves are flat just before being removed, so the removal process still tends to be cumbersome.

The present invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned problems, and aims to provide a cosmetic case for storing nursing gloves that can be configured so that multiple stacked nursing gloves are placed in a non-flat state so that the stored nursing gloves can be easily removed from the cosmetic case.

In order to address the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides the following technical solutions.
That is, the invention described in claim 1 is a cosmetic box for storing assistant gloves, which comprises a rectangular parallelepiped cosmetic box body consisting of a front panel, left and right side panels, a rear panel, an upper top panel, and a lower bottom panel, and which stores a plurality of stacked assistant gloves in the cosmetic box body, wherein the front panel is formed with an upper perforation line and a lower perforation line at two positions, one above the other, with a predetermined width, in the vertical center and on both ends in the horizontal direction, and the left and right side panels are formed with extended lower perforations continuing from each end of the lower perforation line to both ends in the front-to-rear direction, and extended upper perforations are formed continuing from each end of the upper perforation line and inclining downward to connect to the end of the extended lower perforation line on the rear panel side, so that the front panel and the left and right side panels a part of which can be cut out, and the rear panel has arc-shaped fold lines formed in the vertical center and extending to both left and right ends, with both ends connecting to each other, and after an opening is formed by cutting out parts of the front panel and the left and right side panels, when the cosmetic box body is folded in half, up and down, toward the rear panel along the fold lines, the part on the inner side of the cosmetic box body that is surrounded by the arc-shaped fold lines is formed as an arc-shaped base within the opening, so that multiple cosmetic gloves stored in the cosmetic box body are supported on the arc-shaped base in a folded state while still overlapping each other, and are exposed to the opening.

As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the cosmetic box 10 for storing assistant gloves in this embodiment has a rectangular parallelepiped cosmetic box body 22 consisting of a front panel 12, left and right side panels 14, a rear panel 16, an upper top panel 18, and a lower bottom panel 20, and stores a plurality of assistant gloves 24 stacked in the cosmetic box body 22. The front panel 12 has an upper perforation line 26 and a lower perforation line 28 formed at two positions on the top and bottom with a predetermined width in the vertical center and on both ends in the horizontal direction, and the left and right side panels 14 have extended lower perforation lines 30 formed from both ends of the lower perforation line 28 to both ends in the front-to-back direction, and extended upper perforation lines 32 formed from both ends of the upper perforation line 26 and inclined downward to connect to the ends of the extended lower perforation line 30 on the rear panel 16 side.

Then, after cutting out parts of the front panel 12 and the left and right side panels 14 to form the opening 36, when the cosmetic box body 22 is folded in half toward the back panel 16 along the folding line 34, the middle panel 42 is folded along the folding line 40, and the center of the middle panel 42 is raised so as to protrude from the opening 36. As a result, the multiple care gloves 24 stored in the cosmetic box body 22 are supported in a folded state while overlapping the center of the middle panel 42, and are exposed to the opening 36.

Next, the flow of using the cosmetic case 10 for storing assistant gloves in this embodiment will be described. First, in this embodiment, the multiple overlapping assistant gloves 24 are stored in the cosmetic case body 22 in a state where they are in contact with one side of the middle plate 42 as shown in FIG. 5(a), with the middle plate 42 as a core material, and in the longitudinal direction, a predetermined range of the tip end (one end) of the assistant glove 24 on the fingertip side and the rear end (the other end) on the side where the arm is inserted are folded to the opposite side of the one side so as to encase the middle plate 42 (see FIGS. 5(b) and (c)), and the middle plate 42 is inserted so that the opposite side of the middle plate 42 faces the rear plate 16.

Next, the user cuts the upper perforation line 26, the lower perforation line 28, the extended lower perforation line 30, and the extended upper perforation line 32 in the same manner as shown in FIG. 3(a) in the first embodiment, and folds the cosmetic box body 22 as shown in FIG. 6. This causes the stored assistant gloves 24 to be supported in a folded, overlapping state in the center of the middle plate 42 protruding from the opening 36, allowing the user to easily remove the assistant gloves 24 from the cosmetic box body 22 through the opening 36.
