Description

The present invention relates to a method for attaching hair material (hair) for hair growth to one's own hair using a light-curing adhesive.

When adding hair, the artificial hair is tied to the scalp to secure it in place. For example, the tie-in hair augmentation method involves carefully selecting a thick natural hair from each strand of hair, and then tying 2-8 strands of artificial hair to that single strand near the root of the natural hair, gradually increasing the amount of hair.

Various techniques have been proposed for hair-growth methods. For example, Patent Document 1, JP-B-7-96722, "Hair-growth method and hair-growth tool," proposes a hair-growth method in which a knot is created in a part of the user's own hair close to the skin, and hair for hair growth is tied between the knot and the skin, so that the hair for hair growth does not move beyond the knot.

Japanese Patent Publication No. 7-96722

In the "method of increasing the length" of Patent Document 1, when attaching artificial hair (hair material), a knot is made in the part of the natural hair close to the skin, and the artificial hair (hair material) is wrapped around this knot to prevent it from falling out. The task of tying this knot in the natural hair is cumbersome. Another problem is that the task of tying the knot takes a long time.

The inventors of the present invention noticed that the knots in the natural hair that act as locking agents can be easily formed with adhesive, and thought that using a light-curing adhesive in particular would make this easier and quicker.

The present invention was invented to solve these problems. That is, the object of the present invention is to provide a method of attaching hair material using a light-curing adhesive that can create a lock in a short time by using a light-curing adhesive for the member that fixes the artificial hair (hair material), and that can easily adjust the position of the fastened state of the hair material and the fastening force.

The tubular member (5) is passed through the first tack portion (1) and hooked onto the natural hair (H);
The method is characterized in that a tubular member (5) passed through one's own hair (H) is clamped together with a first tack portion (1), and a second tack portion (2) that functions as a "positioning" portion is formed on the own hair (H) with a light-curing adhesive.
The first tack portion (1) is passed through the tubular member (5), and the tubular member (5) can be crushed and hooked onto the natural hair (H) so that it does not come off the first tack portion (1).

The first rivet portion (1) made of the photocurable adhesive can be hardened faster than natural hardening by irradiating the first rivet portion (1) with light in the visible range of an LED (light emitting diode).
The first rivet portion (1) and the second rivet portion (2) made of the photocurable adhesive can be hardened faster than natural hardening by irradiating the adhesive with light in the visible range of an LED (light emitting diode).
The first rivet portion (1) made of the photocurable adhesive can be hardened faster by irradiating it with ultraviolet light from an LED (light emitting diode) than by natural hardening.
The first rivet portion (1) and the second rivet portion (2) made of the photocurable adhesive can be hardened faster than natural hardening by irradiating them with ultraviolet light from an LED (light emitting diode).

In the hair material attachment method of the present invention, a light-curing adhesive is used for the first tack portion (1) and the second tack portion (2) for fixing the hair material (AH) to the natural hair (H), and light from an LED (light-emitting diode) is applied when curing. By applying visible light or ultraviolet light from this LED (light-emitting diode), it is possible to cure faster than natural curing. The hair extension work can be completed in less than half the time compared to conventional natural curing.
Since the hair material (AH) is fixed by being sandwiched between the first tack portion (1) and the second tack portion (2), the fixed position on the natural hair (H) will not shift, and the hair will not easily come off from the natural hair (H). This allows the customer to have the hair augmentation treatment with peace of mind.

In the first invention, the light-curing adhesive is not applied directly to the portion of the hair material (AH) that is wrapped around the natural hair (H), so the hair material (AH) can be corrected even after the first tack portion (1) and the second tack portion (2) made of the light-curing adhesive have hardened. For example, the position where the hair material (AH) is fastened can be corrected, and if the fastening force of the hair material (AH) is too loose, it can be refastened. In addition, if the hair material (AH) is damaged, it can be easily replaced.

In the method of attaching hair material using the tubular member (5) of the second invention, the tubular member (5) can be hooked onto multiple natural hairs (H), and the hair material (AH) can be firmly attached to the hair. By simply attaching the tubular member (5) to the natural hair (H) at one point on the head, it is possible to add multiple hair strands. In this second invention as well, various correction processes can be performed on the tubular member (5) before it is crushed.

In the third invention, a hair attachment method in which a trunk hair material (MAH) is connected between two tubular members (5) and multiple branched hair materials (BAH) are attached to the trunk hair material (MAH), simply by hooking the tubular members (5) onto the natural hair (H) growing in two places on the head, multiple branched hair materials (BAH) are attached to the trunk hair material (MAH), making it possible to add multiple hair strands. In this third invention, the tubular members (5) before being crushed can also be modified in various ways.

The method of attaching hair material using the light-curing adhesive of the present invention involves forming a first tack part that functions as a "stopper" using light-curing adhesive near the scalp of the natural hair, and wrapping the hair material between this first tack part and the scalp.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
<Configuration for directly fastening hair material to natural hair>
Fig. 1 is an explanatory diagram showing the procedure of the embodiment 1, where (a) shows the state of the natural hair before processing, (b) shows the state of the natural hair with the first tack portion formed, (c) shows the state of the hair material being wrapped around the natural hair, (d) shows the state of the hair material being fastened to the natural hair, (e) shows the state of the second tack portion being formed on the natural hair, and (f) shows the state of the second tack portion being hardened. Fig. 2 is a flow diagram showing the procedure of the embodiment 1. Note that in the illustrated example, only one natural hair is shown. However, it is not limited to one, and multiple hairs may be used. Similarly, the hair material is shown as only one hair, but it is not limited to one, and multiple hairs may be used.
The method of attaching the hair material in Example 1 is a hair augmentation method in which hair material AH is wrapped around the person's own hair H and fixed to the person's hair. A first tack part 1 is formed with a light-curing adhesive on the person's own hair H (Fig. 1(a)) to be augmented (Fig. 1(b)). The first tack part 1 using the light-curing adhesive is exposed to light from an LED (light-emitting diode) when curing. By applying visible light or ultraviolet light from this LED (light-emitting diode), it is possible to cure faster than natural curing.

This first tack portion 1 functions as a "stopper" at a position close to the scalp S of the natural hair H. The outer diameter of the first tack portion 1 should be longer than the diameter of the natural hair H. If the first tack portion 1 is too large, the adhesive will easily adhere to the adjacent natural hair. Therefore, a length of about 2 to 3 times the diameter of the natural hair H is sufficient.
In the illustrated example, the shape of the first rivet portion 1 is shown to be spherical, but it does not have to be an exact sphere; it can be any shape that functions as a "slip-prevention mechanism," and can be a teardrop shape, an ellipsoid (prolate spheroid) like a rugby ball, or any other shape.

Next, when wrapping the hair material AH around the natural hair H, the first tack portion 1 makes it difficult for the hair material AH to come off, allowing the hair material AH to be wrapped quickly. Furthermore, the first tack portion 1, which functions as a "slip-proof" component, uses a light-curing adhesive, so it hardens within a few seconds after being applied to the natural hair H. This allows the next step to be carried out efficiently.

Finally, the second tack part 2 is formed with a light-curing adhesive, connected to the knot part K where the hair material AH is wrapped around the natural hair H. This second tack part 2 sandwiches the wrapped knot part K together with the first tack part 1 and functions as a "positioning" part. The shape of this second tack part 2 can also be any shape that functions as a "positioning" part, so it is not limited to a sphere, and can be a variety of shapes such as a teardrop shape or an ellipsoid (prolate spheroid).

The second tack portion 2 does not necessarily have to be formed on the natural hair H. In the case of simple hair augmentation, the natural hair H can be fastened and fixed using only the "prevention of falling out" of the first tack portion 1.

The second tack section 2 also uses a light-curing adhesive, and is exposed to light from an LED (light-emitting diode) when curing. As with the first tack section 1, this LED (light-emitting diode) is exposed to visible light or ultraviolet light, allowing the adhesive to cure faster than when it cures naturally. The hair extension process can be completed in less than half the time it would take with conventional natural curing.

The knotted portion K of the hair material AH is fixed between the first tack portion 1 and the second tack portion 2, so it will not shift from its fixed position on the natural hair H or easily come off from the natural hair H. The person receiving the hair augmentation treatment can have peace of mind when the hair augmentation treatment is performed. When only the first tack portion 1 is used, it functions as a "slip-proof".

The photocurable adhesive used in the present invention may be either an ultraviolet-curable type or a visible-light-curable type.
For example, there are acrylic adhesives and epoxy adhesives. The light-curing adhesives are room temperature curing adhesives that react highly sensitively to the wavelength range generated by each light irradiation device and polymerize and harden. In addition, to accommodate various adhesive structures, it is also possible to use adhesives whose curing mechanism is ultraviolet and anaerobic, or a combination of visible light and ultraviolet light.

<Example 1 of correcting hair material position>
FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram showing a state in which the position at which the bristles are fastened is corrected, (a) showing the state before correction, and (b) showing the state after correction.
In the method of attaching the hair material in Example 1, the photocurable adhesive (first tack portion 1, second tack portion 2) is not directly applied to the knot portion K where the hair material AH is wrapped around the natural hair H. The hair material AH can be corrected even after the first tack portion 1 and second tack portion 2 have hardened. For example, the position where the hair material AH is fastened can be corrected from the position in Fig. 3(a) to the position in Fig. 3(b). When the fastening force of the hair material AH is loose, it can be retightened, and when the hair material AH is damaged, it can be easily replaced.

<Example 2 of correcting hair material position>
FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram showing the state of correcting the position for fastening the hair material when the natural hair has grown, in which (a) is the state before the hair has grown, (b) is the state after the hair has grown and before correction, and (c) is the state after correction.
As the natural hair H grows, the position of the hair material AH moves away from the scalp S. Therefore, the second tack portion 2 is removed with a remover, and the knotted portion K of the hair material AH is moved closer to the scalp S. After that, a new third tack portion 3 is formed on the natural hair H with a light-curing adhesive so that the knotted portion K does not fall out. A fourth tack portion 4 is formed with a light-curing adhesive so that the third tack portion 3 sandwiches the knotted portion K. This makes it possible to move the position of the wrapped knotted portion K of the hair material AH closer to the scalp S. The first tack portion 1 may be left on the natural hair H as it is, or may be removed with a remover.

<Modification of Example 1> Figure 5 shows the procedure of a modification of Example 1, where (a) is a state in which a loop portion is made in the hair material, (b) is a state in which a first tack portion is formed in the natural hair, (c) is a state in which the loop portion of the hair material is passed through the natural hair, (d) is a state in which the loop portion of the hair material is fastened to the natural hair, (e) is a state in which a second tack portion is formed in the natural hair, and (f) is a state in which the second tack portion is hardened. Figure 6 is a flow diagram showing the procedure of a modification of Example 1. Note that, except for the procedure of forming the loop portion L in advance on the hair material AH, the procedure is almost the same as that of Example 1, so the illustrations thereof are omitted. In the method of Example 1 described above, the hair material AH is wrapped around the first tack portion 1 of the natural hair H, and then fastened and fixed. In this modification of Example 1, the loop portion L is formed in advance at the knot portion K of the hair material AH. The hair material AH does not need to be fastened after it is hooked to the first tack portion 1. The loop portion L that will be fastened is formed in the hair material AH in advance. This configuration allows the fastening operation of the hair material AH to be completed in a short time.

In this modified example of Example 1, as shown in FIG. 5(b), LED (light emitting diode) light is applied to the natural hair H when the light-curing adhesive of the first tack portion 1 is cured. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5(f), LED light is also applied to the natural hair H when the light-curing adhesive of the second tack portion 2 is cured.

<Configuration for directly fastening hair material to natural hair>
Fig. 7 is an explanatory diagram showing the procedure of Example 2, where (a) shows the state of the natural hair before treatment, (b) shows the state of the tubular member attached to the hair material, (c) shows the state of the first tack portion formed on the natural hair, (d) shows the state of inserting the tubular member into the natural hair, (e) shows the state of the tubular member passing through the first tack portion to form the second tack portion, and (f) shows the state of hardening the second tack portion. Fig. 8 is a flow chart showing the procedure of Example 2.
In the illustrated example, only one natural hair is shown, but the number of natural hairs is not limited to one and may be multiple.
The method of attaching the hair material in Example 2 is a hair-augmenting method in which the hair material AH is hooked onto the natural hair H using a tubular member 5 called a tip, and fixed to the person's hair. The procedure of Example 2 is substantially the same as that of Example 1, except that the tubular member 5 is used.

The method of attaching the bristles in the second embodiment involves first preparing a tubular member 5 made of metal or plastic with a plurality of bristles AH attached thereto (FIG. 7(b)).
For the human hair H, the first tack portion 1 that functions as a "stopper" is formed from a light-curing adhesive in the same manner as in Example 1 (FIG. 7(c)). When hardening the first tack portion 1, light from an LED (light-emitting diode) is applied. The outer diameter of the first tack portion 1 is formed to be shorter than the tubular member 5. This is because the tubular member 5 is to pass through the first tack portion 1 (FIG. 7(d)). In Example 2 as well, the shape of the first tack portion 1 is not limited to a sphere, and various shapes such as a teardrop shape and an ellipsoid (prolate spheroid) shape can be used.

Next, when the tubular member 5 of the hair material AH is attached to the natural hair H, the tubular member 5 is less likely to come off because the first tack portion 1 is formed on the natural hair H even in the hair material attachment method of Example 2 (Figure 5(e)). Moreover, the first tack portion 1, which functions as a "stopper," uses a light-curing adhesive, so it hardens within a few seconds after being applied to the natural hair. This allows the next step to be carried out efficiently.

Finally, the second tack portion 2 is formed with a photocurable adhesive, continuous with the portion where the tubular member 5 is hooked to the natural hair H. This second tack portion 2 is hardened by irradiating it with light from an LED (light emitting diode) (FIG. 7(f)). This second tack portion 2, together with the first tack portion 1, clamps the tubular member 5 and functions as a "positioning" portion. As described above, this second tack portion 2 can be formed in various shapes as long as it functions as a "positioning" portion. Note that, even in the method of attaching the hair material in Example 2, this second tack portion 2 does not necessarily have to be formed on the natural hair H. In the case of simple hair growth, the natural hair can be fastened and fixed only by the "retainer" of the first tack portion 1.
The tubular member 5 is fixed between the first tack portion 1 and the second tack portion 2, so it will not shift from its fixed position on the natural hair H or easily come off from the natural hair H. The person having the hair augmentation treatment can have peace of mind when the treatment is performed. When only the first tack portion 1 is in place, it functions as a "slip-proof".

Even in the hair material attachment method of Example 2, the tubular member 5 does not have the light-curing adhesive (first tack portion 1, second tack portion 2) applied directly to the natural hair H. This makes it possible to correct the tubular member 5 even after the first tack portion 1 and second tack portion 2 have hardened. For example, the position of the tubular member 5 can be corrected before it is crushed and fixed, and if the tubular member 5 is damaged, it can be easily replaced.

In the method of attaching the hair material in Example 2, the second tack portion 2 may be formed on the natural hair H, the tubular member 5 may be passed through the natural hair H, and then the first tack portion 1 may be formed.

<Modification of Example 2> Figure 9 is an enlarged front view showing a modification of the tubular member of Example 2, where (a) is a trumpet-shaped member, (b) is a roughly conical member, and (c) is a wrap-around member. The modification of Example 2 is obtained by modifying the shape of the tubular member 5. The tubular member 5 is not limited to a simple cylindrical shape. As shown in Figure 9(a), one end of the tubular member 5 may be formed to be widened so that it is easy to insert the natural hair H. It may be formed into a so-called "trumpet shape." If the position for inserting the natural hair H is widened in this way, the natural hair H can be easily inserted.

The tubular member 5 may be roughly conical in shape as shown in FIG. 9(b) so long as it is easy to insert into the natural hair H and does not easily come off from the natural hair H when it is subsequently crushed. Furthermore, it does not have to have a tubular shape from the beginning. For example, as shown in FIG. 9(c), it may have a V-shaped cross section, be attached so as to pinch the natural hair H from the side, and then be crushed to deform it and attach it to the natural hair.

FIG. 10 is an explanatory diagram showing the working procedure of Example 3, in which (a) shows the state of multiple natural hairs before processing, (b) shows the state after a tubular member is attached to the line hair material, (c) shows the state after the first rivet portion is formed on each of the natural hairs in two places, and (d) shows the state after each tubular member has been passed through the first rivet portion.
11 is an explanatory diagram showing the procedure of Example 3, in which (e) shows the state in which each tubular member is passed through the first tack portion to form the second tack portion, and (f) shows the state in which the second tack portion is hardened. Note that in the illustrated example, only one natural hair is shown, but the number of natural hairs is not limited to one and may be multiple.
The method of attaching hair material in Example 3 is a method known as a "line hair increasing method". This method is a method in which a tubular member 5 is attached to each end of a trunk hair material MAH on which multiple hair materials (branched hair material BAH) are hung, and the trunk hair material MAH is attached to the natural hair H, making it possible to increase multiple hairs in one treatment. Figure 12 is a flow chart showing the procedure of Example 3.
The method of attaching the hair material in Example 3 is a hair-augmenting method in which the trunk hair material MAH is fastened to the person's own hair H by using the tubular members 5 at two points. The working procedure in Example 3 is substantially the same as that in Example 2, except for the procedure of fastening the tubular members 5 at two points.

The method of attaching hair material in Example 3 is to first attach split hair material BAH to multiple locations on the trunk hair material MAH. Then, prepare the trunk hair material MAH with tubular members 5 attached to both ends (Figure 10 (b)). In the illustrated example, five bundles of split hair material BAH are attached to one trunk hair material MAH, but the number is not limited to this.

As with Examples 1 and 2, for the human hair H, a first tack portion 1 that functions as a "stopper" is formed with a light-curing adhesive (Figure 10(c)). In the illustrated example, tubular members 5 are attached to two places on the trunk hair material MAH, so that two first tack portions 1 form one set. In Example 3 as well, the shape of the first tack portion 1 is not limited to a sphere, and can be a variety of shapes such as a teardrop shape or an ellipsoid (prolate spheroid).

Next, when the tubular member 5 of the stem hair material MAH is attached to the natural hair H, the first tack portion 1 is formed in two places on the natural hair H even in the hair material attachment method of Example 3, so the tubular member 5 is less likely to come off (Figure 10 (d)). Furthermore, the first tack portion 1, which functions as a "stopper," uses a light-curing adhesive, so it hardens within a few seconds after being applied to the natural hair. The next step can be carried out efficiently.

Finally, the second tack portion 2 is formed from a light-curing adhesive, connected to the portion where the tubular member 5 is hooked onto the natural hair H (Fig. 11(e)). The first tack portion 1 and the second tack portion 2 are hardened by applying light from an LED (light-emitting diode) (Fig. 11(f)). The second tack portion 2, together with the first tack portion 1, clamps the tubular member 5 and functions as a "positioner."

Even in the hair material attachment method of Example 3, the tubular member 5 does not have the light-curing adhesive (first tack portion 1, second tack portion 2) applied directly to the natural hair H. This makes it possible to correct the tubular member 5 even after the first tack portion 1 and second tack portion 2 have hardened. For example, the position of the tubular member 5 can be corrected before it is crushed and fixed, and if the tubular member 5 is damaged, it can be easily replaced.

The present invention uses a light-curing adhesive as a member for fixing the artificial hair (hair material AH) to create a lock in a short time, and as long as the position of the fastened state of the hair material AH and the fastening force can be easily adjusted, it is of course possible to modify the invention in various ways without departing from the gist of the invention, and is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment of the invention.

The method of attaching hair material using the light-curing adhesive of the present invention can be used to add hair to a person's head.
