1A to 1D are diagrams showing a hair growth material attachment device of the present invention, where (a) is a plan view, (b) is a front view, (c) is an exploded view, and (d) is a cross-sectional view taken along line D-D of (b). 13 is a diagram showing a state in which the position of the cylindrical member has been moved. FIG.

The hair growth material attachment tool 1 of the present invention is a tool that can be used to form knots in hair growth work, which allows hair growth by tying a hair material consisting of multiple hairs to one's own hair, and is configured so that the tubular member 5 can be moved and positioned relative to the guide member 3 to a position that is easy for each worker to use. The following describes an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings.

Figure 1 shows an example of a hair growth material attachment device 1, where Figure 1(a) is a plan view, Figure 1(b) is a front view, Figure 1(c) is an exploded view, and Figure 1(d) is a cross-sectional view taken along line D-D in Figure 1(b).

As shown in FIG. 1(a), the hair growth material attachment tool 1 comprises a gripping portion 2, a guide member 3, a tubular member 5, and a positioning member 6. After tying the hair material to one's own hair, the worker uses the hair growth material attachment tool 1 when tying a knot to prevent the hair from slipping out, on the tip side of the knot. The knot can be formed by wrapping the hair around the tubular member 5, then inserting a hook (crochet hook) into the gap between the guide member 3 and the tubular member 5 to pull out the hair.

The gripping portion 2 is a portion that can be held by an operator, and is made of, for example, wood or resin. The base end portion of the guide member 3 is inserted inside the gripping portion 2. A fastener 4 is provided on the tip side of the gripping portion 2, and a fixing device (not shown) provided inside the fastener 4 fixes the guide member 3 so that it does not slip out of the gripping portion 2.

The guide member 3 is a metal member that protrudes from the gripping portion 2 to one side and is formed with a pointed tip. The guide member 3 is composed of a tapered portion 3a in the shape of an elongated cone that gradually becomes wider over a certain section from the tip, and a constant width portion 3b that is formed with a constant thickness. The tapered portion 3a is configured to occupy more than half of the entire range protruding from the gripping portion 2. By setting this tapered portion 3a to be long, the width of the gap between the guide member 3 and the cylindrical member 5 can be set large, improving the workability of the worker.

The length of the tapered portion 3a is preferably approximately 30% or more of the length (protruding length) of the guide member 3 protruding from the grip portion 2, preferably approximately 40% or more, and preferably approximately 50% or more. When the protruding length of the guide member 3 is 55 mm, the length of the tapered portion 3a is preferably approximately 15 mm or more, preferably approximately 25 mm or more, and is set to, for example, 30 mm.

The length of the fixed width portion 3b is set to a length sufficient to fix and support the positioning member 6, and is preferably set to a length equal to or greater than the length of the positioning member 6. By setting the fixed width portion 3b to be longer, the range in which the positioning member 6 can be stably positioned can be increased accordingly.

The cylindrical member 5 is configured with a cylindrical member provided with a certain gap around the periphery of the guide member 3. The cylindrical member 5 is provided with a cylindrical portion 5a formed in a cylindrical shape surrounding the periphery of the guide member 3, and an inclined portion 5b with an end surface 5c formed at an angle to the protruding direction of the guide member 3. The cylindrical portion 5a is a portion for stably supporting the cylindrical member 5 without shaking. The length of the cylindrical portion 5a is preferably at least half the length of the positioning member 6, and is preferably set to approximately the same length.

The inclined portion 5b is a portion that is spaced apart from the periphery of the guide member 3 and includes an end surface 5c that is inclined with respect to the protruding direction of the guide member 3. The end surface 5c of the inclined portion 5b forms a recessed portion on the central side (upper side in FIG. 1(a)) where the guide member 3 is located, and when forming a knot, a hook (crochet hook) is inserted inside the inclined portion 5b to pull out the natural hair.

In the cylindrical member 5, the angle A of the inclined portion 5b in the side view shown in FIG. 1(b) is preferably set small, which improves the visibility of the knots of the hair material formed at the tip of the guide member 3 and improves workability. This angle A is preferably set to approximately 15 degrees or less, and preferably approximately 10 degrees or less, for example, approximately 8 degrees.

The inclined portion 5b of the cylindrical member 5 is preferably formed in the axial direction of the guide member 3 to be shorter than the entire length of the guide member 3 (total length (projecting length, for example, 55 mm) including the length of the tapered portion 3a (for example, 30 mm) and the length of the fixed width portion 3b (for example, 25 mm)) and longer than the length of only the tapered portion 3a (length obtained by subtracting the length of the fixed width portion 3b from the projecting length, for example, 30 mm). If the tapered portion 3a is 30 mm, the length of the inclined portion 5b is preferably set to a length exceeding 30 mm, for example, 33 mm. This allows a part of the fixed width portion 3b to be positioned inside the inclined portion 5b, and the outer shape of the cylindrical member 5 can be made small while a knot can be formed by utilizing the wide gap portion. As the material for the cylindrical member 5, it is preferable to use a hard and highly transparent resin material in order to improve workability, and it is preferable to form it from, for example, ABS resin or acrylic resin.

The positioning member 6 is a member that is interposed between the cylindrical member 5 and the guide member 3, and is used to position and fix the cylindrical member 5 relative to the guide member 3. The positioning member 6 is preferably set to a length that is approximately the same as the cylindrical portion 5a of the cylindrical member 5, for example, a length of 10 mm. This makes it possible to completely house the positioning member 6 inside the cylindrical portion 5a, which is completely surrounded, improving the appearance, and also makes it possible to stably support the cylindrical member 5 relative to the guide member 3.

Here, if the length of the support portion for positioning and fixing the tubular member 5 relative to the guide member 3 is set to be large, the tubular member 5 can be made less likely to tilt relative to the guide member 3. In addition, since the periphery of the positioning member 6 is completely surrounded by the tubular portion 5a, increasing the rigidity of the tubular member 5, it is possible to reduce the situation in which the tubular member 5 shakes relative to the guide member 3 during operation. This makes it easier to maintain a constant size of the gap between the guide member 3 and the tubular member 5, making it easier to carry out the installation work for hair extensions.

The positioning member 6 is preferably made of a material that is more easily elastically deformed than the cylindrical member 5, and is made of, for example, silicone resin. As shown in FIG. 1(c), the inner diameter D2 of the positioning member 6 is approximately equal to the outer diameter D1 of the fixed width portion 3b of the guide member 3, and both are set to, for example, approximately 2.0 mm. The outer diameter D3 of the positioning member 6 is approximately equal to the inner diameter D4 of the cylindrical member 5, and both are set to, for example, approximately 4.0 mm. The positioning member 6 is set to have a thickness that allows it to be pressed between the guide member 3 and the cylindrical member 5.

The positioning member 6 can be attached by fitting it inside the cylindrical portion 5a of the cylindrical member 5 and then inserting it into the guide member 3. The positioning member 6 and the cylindrical portion 5a of the cylindrical member 5 are pushed all the way to the base of the guide member 3, and the guide member 3 and the cylindrical member 5 are integrated together.

In addition, since the tips of the guide member 3 and the cylindrical member 5 are formed in a sharp shape, it is preferable to provide a cover member 9 that covers the tips of the guide member 3 and the cylindrical member 5, as shown in FIG. 1(b). For example, the cover member 9 can be formed by cutting a cylindrical resin member whose inner diameter is approximately the same as the outer diameter (e.g., 6 mm) of the cylindrical member 5, which makes it easy to manufacture the cover member 9.

Next, referring to Figure 2, a method for moving and positioning the cylindrical member 5 relative to the guide member 3 will be described. Figure 2 shows, in Figure 2(b) and Figure 2(c), the state in which the position of the cylindrical member 5 has been moved from the state shown in Figure 2(a).

Figure 2(a) shows the state in which the positioning member 6 and the cylindrical portion 5a of the cylindrical member 5 are pushed up to the base of the guide member 3. In this state, the positioning member 6 and the cylindrical member 5 are not completely fixed to the guide member 3, and by applying a certain amount of force or more, the cylindrical member 5 can be moved so as to be pulled out toward the tip side of the guide member 3.

As shown in FIG. 2(b), the tubular member 5 can be moved toward the tip of the guide member 3. When the tubular member 5 is moved a length L2 that is shorter than the length L1 of the positioning member 6, the distance between the tip of the guide member 3 and the tip of the tubular member 5 in the axial direction of the guide member 3 changes from the original distance D5 to a closer distance D6. This movement of the tubular member 5 can be performed within the range of the length L1 of the positioning member 6, allowing for stepless position adjustment.

Also, as shown in FIG. 2(c), by moving the tubular member 5 together with the positioning member 6, the tubular member 5 can be moved without being restricted by the length of the positioning member 6. In this case, by moving the tubular member 5 within the range of the fixed width portion 3b of the guide member 3, the work can be performed with the tubular member 5 in a stable state. Here, it is preferable to set the length of the fixed width portion 3b of the guide member 3 so that the entire positioning member 6 is included in the fixed width portion 3b when the tip of the tubular member 5 coincides with the tip of the guide member 3 in the axial direction of the guide member 3 (when the length of D6 is "0").

As described above, in the hair growth material attachment device 1 of the present invention, the tubular member 5 is movably positioned and fixed to the guide member 3 in the direction along the protruding direction of the guide member 3 (axial direction) by the positioning member 6 as a positioning and fixing means. Therefore, the distance between the tip of the guide member 3 and the tip of the tubular member 5 can be set to a distance that is easy for each worker to work with, and then the hair growth material attachment work can be performed. In addition, it is easy to change the distance to a distance that is easy to work with during the attachment work. In other words, multiple workers can move the relative positions of the guide member 3 and the tubular member 5 to a distance that is suitable for their individual preferences, such as their own sense and habits. This allows each worker to preferably perform the hair growth hair material attachment work.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment of the invention, and can of course be modified to other embodiments that provide the same effects as those described above.

For example, in the above embodiment, the positioning member 6 is movable relative to both the guide member 3 and the tubular member 5, but the positioning member 6 may be fixed immovably to either the guide member 3 or the tubular member 5. For example, the positioning member 6 may be adhesively fixed to the guide member 3. Even in this case, the tubular member 5 can be configured to be movable relative to the guide member 3.

In addition, while the above example shows a case where the positioning member 6 is composed of a single member, the tubular member 5 may be positioned and fixed by two or more positioning members 6 that are short in length. In addition, the above example shows a case where the positioning member 6 is composed of a separate part from the tubular member 5, but the positioning member 6 may be omitted and a part corresponding to the positioning member 6 may be integrally formed as a part in the tubular member 5. For example, a part that integrates the positioning member 6 and the tubular member 5 may be molded by resin molding using a mold to form the tubular member 5 that functions as a positioning and fixing means.

In addition, while the tubular member 5 has been illustrated as being made of a transparent material, a tubular member 5 that is colored black or the like may be used instead or in addition to this. In this case, it may be easier to see the natural hair wrapped around the tubular member 5 in cases of hair colors such as white or silver than in the case of a transparent tubular member 5. As the tubular member 5 is not fixed to the guide member 3, the transparent tubular member 5 and the colored tubular member 5 can be easily replaced.
