軸筒の前方部にペンとペン芯とを重ねて挿着した万年筆であって、
前記ペンが、先細形状の弾性部と、前記弾性部の先端のペンポイントと、軸心に沿って形成された切割溝と、前記切割溝の後端部に形成されたハート孔と、前記弾性部の後方に位置する基部と、前記基部の後方で前記ペン芯と重なり前記軸筒に挿着される挿着部とを有し、
前記ペン芯が、前記ペンの弾性部及び基部が被さる前方部と、前記ペンの挿着部と共に前記軸筒に挿着される後方部と、前記前方部から前記後方部に渡り軸心に沿って前記ペンの切割溝と重なるよう形成されたインキ溝と、前記軸筒の内部のインキ収容部と外部とを連通させる空気溝とを有し、前記前方部の表面に前記ペンのハート孔に緩挿される突起部を有し、前記ペンのハート孔の内側面と前記ペン芯の突起部の外側面との間に隙間部が形成され、前記隙間部と前記インキ溝とが連通する構造の万年筆。
