硬質素材から成る芯材部と、毛状体で覆われた清掃体とから構成されており、前記芯材部は手で把持する把持部と、該把持部と連続し前記清掃体を取り付ける清掃体取付部とから構成される清掃具であって、
前記清掃体取付部は、前記把持部の長手方向に平行する一対の棒状の主条部と、該一対の棒状の主条部間を連結する第1、第2の連結部とから構成され、
前記第1の連結部は、前記主条部に対して、一方である上側に等間隔で複数の連結片を立設したものであり、
前記第2の連結部は、前記主条部に対して、他方である下側に等間隔で複数の連結片を立設したものであり、
前記第1、第2の連結部の前記連結片は、同形状であり、
前記主条部の前記把持部側の基部から先端に向かって、前記第1の連結部の前記連結片と前記第2の連結部の前記連結片とは、交互になるように配置されており、
前記主条部の長手方向に沿う前記第1、第2の連結部の前記連結片の幅は、前記主条部の長手方向に沿う前記第1、第2の連結部の前記連結片間の空隙幅より小さいことを特徴とする清掃具。
