Description
Claims (13)
- 組織炎症を検出するための装置であって、
少なくとも1つのセンサから、組織の領域において前記領域内の複数のそれぞれの位置で検出された光を示す複数のフォトプレチスモグラフィ(PPG)信号を取得し、
前記取得された複数のPPG信号を処理して、前記複数のPPG信号の各々の振幅及び位相を決定し、
前記複数のPPG信号のうち少なくとも1つの前記決定された振幅が閾値振幅より大きく、且つ、閾値位相シフトより大きい位相シフトが、前記複数のPPG信号のうち少なくとも1つの前記決定された位相において検出される場合に組織炎症を検出する
ように構成されたプロセッサを含む装置。 - 前記複数のPPG信号の各々の振幅は、前記PPG信号の直流成分によって正規化された前記PPG信号の振幅である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記閾値振幅は、
0.2から2の範囲の振幅、又は
0.8から2の範囲の振幅、又は
1.3から2の範囲の振幅、又は
1.5から2の範囲の振幅、
である、請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記閾値位相シフトは、
45度から135度の範囲の位相シフト、又は
50度から100度の範囲の位相シフト、又は
55度から90度の範囲の位相シフト、
である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記決定された複数のPPG信号の各々の振幅を表す振幅マップを生成するように構成されている、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記決定された振幅が閾値振幅より大きい前記決定された複数のPPG信号の各々の振幅を表す振幅マップを生成するように構成されている、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記決定された複数のPPG信号の各々の位相を表す位相マップを生成するように構成されている、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記決定された位相において検出された位相シフトが閾値位相シフトより大きい前記決定された複数のPPG信号の各々の位相を表す位相マップを生成するように構成されている、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記生成された振幅マップと前記生成された位相マップとを比較し、
前記比較に基づき、前記組織の領域における前記検出された組織炎症の位置を決定する
ように構成されている、請求項5を引用する場合の請求項7に記載の装置、又は、請求項6を引用する場合の請求項8に記載の装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記組織の領域における検出された組織炎症の決定された位置を表す組織炎症マップを生成するように構成されている、請求項9に記載の装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記組織の領域の画像を取得し、
前記取得された組織の領域の画像上で、前記生成された組織炎症マップからの前記検出された組織炎症の決定された位置を示す
ように構成されている、請求項10に記載の装置。 - 組織炎症を検出するための装置の作動方法であって、前記装置のプロセッサが、
少なくとも1つのセンサから、組織の領域において前記領域内の複数のそれぞれの位置で検出された光を示す複数のPPG信号を取得するステップと、
前記取得された複数のPPG信号を処理して、前記複数のPPG信号の各々の振幅及び位相を決定するステップと、
前記複数のPPG信号のうち少なくとも1つの前記決定された振幅が閾値振幅より大きく、且つ、閾値位相シフトより大きい位相シフトが、前記複数のPPG信号のうち少なくとも1つの前記決定された位相において検出される場合に組織炎症を検出するステップと、
を含む作動方法。 - コンピュータ読み取り可能コードを有するコンピュータプログラムであって、前記コンピュータ読み取り可能コードは、コンピュータ又はプロセッサによって実行されると、前記コンピュータ又はプロセッサに請求項12に記載の作動方法を行わせるように構成されている、コンピュータプログラム。
