Description

The present invention relates to a base frame.

Conventionally, one technique proposed for retrofitting shutters to the framework of a building with existing sashes is a base frame provided between the exterior wall and each of the shutter box and shutter frame that make up the shutter, and a technology in which the shutter box and shutter frame are fixed with fasteners to the base frame that is fixed to the exterior wall with multiple fasteners. Furthermore, of the frame materials that make up this base frame, the inside corner vertical frame located on the inside corner side of the framework is fixed to the inside corner (i.e., the framework on the visible side) with fasteners.

As described above, in the conventional technology, the inside corner vertical frame is fixed to the frame on the front side by a fastener, and therefore the fastener is attached by inserting it toward the inside corner when attaching the fastener. This means that, for example, it is difficult to secure a working space, which may make it difficult to carry out the work efficiently, and therefore there is room for improvement in terms of work efficiency.

The present invention aims to solve the problems in the conventional technology described above, and aims to provide a base frame that allows the installation of fasteners to be performed efficiently.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems and achieve the object, the base frame described in claim 1 is a base frame used when fixing a second opening and closing device, which is provided outside in the projection direction of a first opening and closing device provided at an opening in the main body of a building, to the main body, and is configured so as not to hinder the opening and closing operations of each of the first opening and closing devices and the second opening and closing devices , and the target base member is fixed to a fixing target portion, which is a portion of the main body that is located approximately perpendicular to the projection direction and is located on the first opening and closing device side, by a fixing device, and is provided with a connecting means that connects the fixing device to the target base member and is capable of connecting the target base member to a crossing side base member among the multiple base members that is provided to cross the target base member, and the fixing device and the connecting means are provided on the target base member and the crossing side base member so as to prevent the fixing device and the connecting means from being exposed from the outside when viewed from the projection direction.

The base frame according to claim 2 is the base frame according to claim 1, wherein the connection means is formed separately from the target base member and the intersecting side base member.

The base frame described in claim 3 is the base frame described in claim 1 or 2, in which the fixed target portion is a beam or column portion of the structure.

According to the base frame of claim 1, since the target base member is configured so as not to hinder the opening and closing operations of the first opening and closing device and the second opening and closing device, the opening and closing operations of the first opening and closing device and the second opening and closing device are not hindered by the target base member, and the usability of the first opening and closing device and the second opening and closing device can be maintained. Also, since the target base member is fixed to the fixing target portion of the frame that is approximately perpendicular to the projection direction and located on the first opening and closing device side by the fixing device, the fixing device that fixes the target base member to the fixing target portion can be attached from the projection direction, and the installation work of the fixing device can be performed more efficiently than when the target base member is fixed to the frame on the projection direction side.
In addition, the device is provided with a connecting means that can connect the fixing device to the target base member and also connect the target base member to a crossing side base member among a plurality of base members that is arranged to cross the target base member. This allows the fixing device, target base member, and crossing side base member to be connected via a single connecting means, thereby improving the connectivity of the fixing device, target base member, and crossing side base member.
In addition, the fixing devices and connecting means are provided on the target base member and the intersecting side base member so as to prevent the fixing devices and connecting means from being exposed from the outside when viewed from the projection direction, thereby preventing the fixing devices and connecting means from being exposed from the outside when viewed from the projection direction and maintaining the design of the base frame.

According to the base frame described in claim 2, the connection means is formed separately from the target base member and the intersecting side base member, so that the target base member and the intersecting side base member can be formed easily, thereby improving the manufacturability of the target base member and the intersecting side base member.

According to the base frame described in claim 3, the portion to be fixed is a beam or column of the structure, so that the fasteners can be attached firmly, which makes it easier to install the base frame.

First, [I] the basic concept of the embodiment is explained, then [II] the specific content of the embodiment is explained, and finally, [III] modified examples of the embodiment are explained. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiment.

[I] Basic Concept of the Embodiment First, the basic concept of the embodiment will be described. The embodiment generally relates to a base frame used when fixing a second opening/closing device, which is provided on the outer side in the prospective direction of a first opening/closing device provided at an opening in the skeleton of a building, to the skeleton.

Here, the specific structure and type of "building" are arbitrary, but the concept includes, for example, detached houses, collective housing such as apartments and condominiums, office buildings, commercial facilities, and public facilities. Furthermore, an "opening in the building's framework" is an opening formed in a part of the building's framework (e.g., a wall, floor, ceiling, etc.) for installing an entrance/exit or window. Furthermore, a "first opening/closing device" and a "second opening/closing device" are devices that are attached to an opening for crime prevention or fire prevention, and the concept includes, for example, all types of shutters, door devices (opening/closing doors as one example), window sashes, etc., in which the opening and closing body such as a window shutter can be driven electrically or manually.

The opening and closing directions of the opening and closing body of the second opening and closing device include, for example, the up-down direction and the left-right direction. The "opening and closing state of the second opening and closing device" is a concept that includes, for example, the "fully closed state", the "fully open state", and the "half-open state". Of these, the "fully closed state" is a state in which the opening is fully closed by the opening and closing body, and in the embodiment, the position of the opening and closing body in the fully closed state is referred to as the "fully closed position". The "fully open state" is a state in which the opening is fully opened by the opening and closing body, and in the embodiment, the position of the opening and closing body in the fully open state is referred to as the "fully open position". The "half-open state" is a state in which the opening and closing body is located between the fully closed position and the fully open position.

In the following embodiment, the first opening and closing device is a left-right opening and closing type manual window sash installed on the wall of a building such as a detached house, and the second opening and closing device is a top-bottom opening and closing type electrically operated window shutter installed on the same wall.

The specific configuration of the inside corner base member 84 can be any configuration as long as it is configured so as not to impede the opening and closing operations of the indoor side opening and closing device 1 and the outdoor side opening and closing device 10, but in this embodiment it is configured as follows.

That is, as shown in Figures 4 and 5, the inside corner base member 84 is formed as a hollow body (cylindrical body) whose cross-sectional shape along the XY plane is a substantially rectangular ring shape.

The length in the left-right direction of the inside corner base member 84 is set to be shorter than the length in the left-right direction of the opening 3. The length in the front-to-rear direction of the inside corner base member 84 is set to be shorter than the distance between the inside corner frame member 23 and the indoor opening/closing device 1, and is set to be, for example, about half the length in the front-to-rear direction of the non-inside corner base member 85. The length in the up-down direction of the inside corner base member 84 is set to be longer than the length in the up-down direction of the opening 3.

The inside corner base member 84 is connected to each of the upper base member 81, the lower base member 82, and the intermediate base member 83 by any method. In the embodiment, the inside corner base member 84 is fitted into the notches (not shown) formed in the front portions of the upper and lower side surfaces of the upper base member 81, the lower base member 82, and the intermediate base member 83 (in FIG. 4, the upper base member 81, the lower base member 82, and the intermediate base member 83 overlap with the inside corner base member 84 when viewed from the projection direction), and is connected to the base mounting portion 87 provided on each of the upper base member 81, the lower base member 82, and the intermediate base member 83 by the base fixing device 86 inserted into the mounting hole (not shown) formed in the inside corner side surface. Note that the "surface portion" means a portion of the various components that has a flat or non-flat surface.

This configuration makes it possible to prevent the inside corner base member 84 from coming into contact with the indoor side opening/closing device 1, and also to prevent it from coming into contact with the outdoor side opening/closing body 50 of the outdoor side opening/closing device 10, thereby reliably preventing interference with the opening and closing operations of the indoor side opening/closing device 1 and the outdoor side opening/closing device 10.

The other configuration of the inside corner base member 84 is optional, but in the embodiment, as shown in Figures 3 and 4(b), an inside corner reinforcement member 84a is provided inside the inside corner base member 84. In the following, as necessary, of the two temporary fixing locking portions 100, the temporary fixing locking portion 101 on the inside corner side is referred to as the "inside corner side temporary fixing locking portion 101", and the temporary fixing locking portion 102 on the non-inside corner side is referred to as the "non-inside corner side temporary fixing locking portion 102".

The specific configuration of the temporary fixing locking portion 100 is arbitrary, but in the embodiment, it is configured so that it can be attached to the main body 2 without using a fixing tool, and specifically, it is configured with a headed screw or a headed screw. This allows the temporary fixing locking portion 100 itself to be easily attached by piercing or screwing it into the main body 2, and the head of the screw or screw can prevent the intermediate base member 83 from falling off the temporary fixing locking portion 100, making the installation work of the temporary fixing locking portion 100 efficient. In addition, the temporary fixing locking portion 100 can be configured at low cost, and the manufacturability of the temporary fixing locking portion 100 can be improved.

(Configuration - Temporary fixing structure of intermediate base member - First feature - Temporary fixing notch)
The temporary fixing cutout 110 is another part of the basic structure of the temporary fixing structure, and is a cutout that is locked by the temporary fixing locking portion 100. At least one temporary fixing cutout 110 is provided in the intermediate base member 83, and as shown in Figures 4, 5, and 8, a plurality of temporary fixing cutouts 110 are arranged side by side at intervals along the left-right direction on the rear side surface of the intermediate base member 83 (two are arranged side by side in Figures 4, 5, and 8). In the following, as necessary, of the two temporary fixing cutouts 110, the temporary fixing cutout 111 on the inside corner side will be referred to as the "inside corner side temporary fixing cutout 111" and the temporary fixing cutout 112 on the non-inside corner side will be referred to as the "non-inside corner side temporary fixing cutout 112".

The specific configuration of the temporary fixing notch 110 can be any configuration as long as it can be engaged with the temporary fixing engagement portion 100, but in this embodiment it is configured as follows.

That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the shape of the temporary fixing notch 110 is set to a completely closed long hole shape (specifically, a long hole shape that does not overlap with the ends (top, bottom, left, right ends) of the rear side surface portion of the intermediate base member 83). However, without being limited thereto, for example, the shape may be set to a substantially rectangular shape or a substantially elliptical shape that is completely closed on the rear side surface portion. Alternatively, the shape may be set to a partially open long hole shape (specifically, a long hole shape that overlaps with one of the ends (top, bottom, left, right ends) of the rear side surface portion) on the rear side surface portion. In addition, the lengths of the temporary fixing notch 110 in the left-right and up-down directions are each set to be longer than the outer diameter of the temporary fixing locking portion 100.

The temporary fixing notches 110 are provided at or near both ends of the intermediate base member 83 in the longitudinal direction, and are arranged at the contact portions of the intermediate base member 83 with the main body 2. Specifically, as shown in Figures 4, 5, and 8, one is provided near the left end and one near the right end of the contact portions of the rear side of the intermediate base member 83 with the main body 2.

In this case, the method of installing the temporary fixing locking parts 100 is arbitrary, but in the embodiment, they are provided (attached) to parts that can be engaged with each temporary fixing cutout 110 in the body 2. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 8, the inside corner side temporary fixing locking part 101 is provided in a part that can be engaged with the inside corner side temporary fixing cutout 111 in the body 2, and the non-inside corner side temporary fixing locking part 102 is provided in a part that can be engaged with the non-inside corner side temporary fixing cutout 112 in the body 2.

By this arrangement, the intermediate base member 83 can be arranged so as to be approximately along the longitudinal direction, and the intermediate base member 83 can be temporarily fixed more accurately than when a plurality of temporary fixing notches 110 are provided near the longitudinal center of the intermediate base member 83. In particular, even if the positions of the plurality of temporary fixing notches 110 are shifted from their original positions due to manufacturing errors, etc., the effect of the shift (specifically, the effect of vertical shift) can be reduced compared to when a plurality of temporary fixing notches 110 are provided near the longitudinal center of the intermediate base member 83. In addition, for example, the main fixing fixtures 200 (e.g., screws, etc.) described later can be easily attached at regular intervals in the inner part of the intermediate base member 83 relative to the temporary fixing notches 110, and the attachability of the main fixing fixtures 200 described later can be easily maintained. Furthermore, compared to when the temporary fixing notch 110 is disposed in a portion of the intermediate base member 83 other than the abutting portion, the temporary fixing locking portion 100 can be stably locked to the temporary fixing notch 110, making it easier to stably temporarily fix the intermediate base member 83.

The specific configuration of the temporary fixing locking portion 100 is optional, but in this embodiment, the temporary fixing locking portion 100 is configured so that it can be inserted into the temporary fixing notch portion 110.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 8, the length of the temporary fixing locking portion 100 in the front-to-rear direction is set so that when the temporary fixing locking portion 100 is locked in the temporary fixing notch 110, the head portion of the temporary fixing locking portion 100 protrudes forward beyond the rear side portion of the intermediate base member 83, and may be set to, for example, about half the length of the portion of the body 2 where the temporary fixing locking portion 100 is attached in the front-to-rear direction.

This makes it possible to prevent the temporary fixing locking portion 100 from falling off the temporary fixing notch 110, compared to when the temporary fixing locking portion 100 is locked without being inserted into the temporary fixing notch 110, and the intermediate base member 83 can be temporarily fixed in a stable manner.

This first feature allows the intermediate base member 83 to be temporarily fixed, and allows the intermediate base member 83 to be permanently fixed accurately and easily. In addition, the temporary fixing engaging portion 100 can be constructed relatively simply and inexpensively, and the installation costs of the temporary fixing structure can be reduced.

(Configuration - Temporary fixing structure of intermediate base member - Second feature)
Returning to Figure 4, the second feature of the temporary fixing structure of the intermediate base member 83 is that the length of the temporary fixing notch 110 in either the longitudinal direction (left-right direction in Figure 4) or the lateral direction (up-down direction in Figure 4) of the intermediate base member 83 is set to be longer than the length of the temporary fixing notch 110 in the other of the longitudinal direction or the lateral direction of the intermediate base member 83.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4(a), the length of the temporary fixing notch 110 in the left-right direction is set to be longer than the length of the temporary fixing notch 110 in the up-down direction. For example, the length of the temporary fixing notch 110 in the left-right direction may be set to be about two to five times the length of the temporary fixing notch 110 in the up-down direction.

In this case, the shape of the edge of the temporary fixing notch 110 is arbitrary, but in the embodiment, the edge of the temporary fixing notch 110 on the side where the temporary fixing locking portion 100 is locked is formed in a straight line substantially along either the longitudinal direction or the lateral direction of the intermediate base member 83. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4(a), the upper edge of the temporary fixing notch 110 is formed in a straight line along the longitudinal direction of the intermediate base member 83. This allows accurate position adjustment in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate base member 83, making it easier to improve the usability of the temporary fixing structure. However, this is not limited to this, and for example, the upper edge of the temporary fixing notch 110 may be formed in a non-linear shape (for example, a curved shape such as a curved shape).

This second feature allows the position of the intermediate base member 83 to be adjusted in either the longitudinal or lateral direction when the intermediate base member 83 is temporarily fixed, making it possible to temporarily fix the intermediate base member 83 according to the situation.

(Configuration - Temporary fixing structure of intermediate base member - Third feature)
Next, regarding the third feature of the temporary fixing structure of the intermediate base member 83, the temporary fixing engaging portion 100 is attached to the beam portion 2a or the column portion 2b of the main body 2.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 8(b), the temporary fixing locking portion 100 is attached to a beam portion 2a of the body 2 that is located near the upper end of the opening 3.

This third feature allows the temporary fixing locking portion 100 to be firmly attached to the main body 2, improving the attachability of the temporary fixing locking portion 100.

(Configuration - Main fixed structure of base frame)
Returning to FIG. 3, the main fixing structure of the base frame 80 will now be described.

The base frame 80 has a permanent fixing structure for permanently fixing the base frame 80 to the main body 2, and the features of this permanent fixing structure are as follows in this embodiment.

(Configuration - Main fixing structure of base frame - First feature)
First, regarding a first feature of the permanent fixing structure of the base frame 80, the inside corner base member 84 of the base frame 80 is fixed (permanently fixed) by a fixture 200 (e.g., a screw, etc., hereinafter referred to as the "permanent fixing fixture 200") to a portion 4 of the structure 2 that is approximately perpendicular to the projection direction and located on the indoor side opening/closing device 1 side (hereinafter referred to as the "fixing target portion 4"). Note that in the embodiment, the "fixing target portion 4" is described as being the beam portion 2a or column portion 2b of the structure 2 from the viewpoint of firmly attaching the permanent fixing fixture 200, but is not limited thereto and may be, for example, the wall portion 2c of the structure 2.

Specifically, as shown in Figures 3 and 9, the inside corner base member 84 is fixed to the fixing target part 4 using a plurality of main fixing fixtures 200 and connecting parts 210.

(Configuration - Main fixing structure of base frame - First feature - Connection part)
Here, the connection portion 210 is a connection means capable of connecting the fixing fixture 200 and the inside-corner base member 84, and also connecting the inside-corner base member 84 to the lower base member 82 (or the intermediate base member 83) that is provided so as to intersect with the inside-corner base member 84. The connection portion 210 is formed, for example, of a steel plate, and is provided at the intersection between the inside-corner base member 84 and the lower base member 82 and at the intersection between the inside-corner base member 84 and the intermediate base member 83, as shown in Fig. 9. In the following, as necessary, the connection portion 210a located on the lower base member 82 side of the connection portion 210 will be referred to as the "lower connection portion 210a", and the connection portion 210b located on the intermediate base member 83 side will be referred to as the "intermediate connection portion 210b".

The specific configuration of the connection portion 210 can be arbitrarily configured as long as it can connect the fixing fixture 200 to the inside corner base member 84 and can connect the lower base member 82 or the intermediate base member 83 to the inside corner base member 84, but in this embodiment it is configured as follows.

That is, the side shape of the connection portion 210 is set to be approximately Z-shaped. In this case, as shown in Figures 3, 7, and 9, the connection portion 210 is configured with a first connection piece 211 connected to the inside corner base member 84, a second connection piece 212 connected to the main fixing fixture 200 and the lower base member 82 or the intermediate base member 83, and a third connection piece 213 connecting the first connection piece 211 and the second connection piece 212.

The left-right length of the connection portion 210 is set to be shorter than or approximately the same as the left-right length of the inside corner base member 84. The front-to-rear length of the connection portion 210 is set to be longer than the front-to-rear length of the inside corner base member 84 and shorter than the front-to-rear length of the lower base member 82 (or intermediate base member 83). The up-to-down length of the connection portion 210 is set to be shorter than the up-to-down length of the lower base member 82 (or intermediate base member 83).

In addition, the connection portion 210 is formed separately from the inside corner base member 84 and the lower base member 82 (or the intermediate base member 83). This allows the inside corner side base member 84, the lower base member 82, and the intermediate base member 83 to be easily formed, improving the manufacturability of the inside corner side base member 84, the lower base member 82, and the intermediate base member 83. However, this is not limited to the above, and for example, the connection portion 210 may be formed integrally with the inside corner side base member 84, the lower base member 82, or the intermediate base member 83.

In addition, the method of installing the lower connection portion 210a is such that the fixing fixture 200 and the lower connection portion 210a are provided on the inside corner base member 84 and the lower base member 82 so as to prevent the fixing fixture 200 and the lower connection portion 210a from being exposed from the outside when viewed from the expected direction.

9, the second connection piece 212 and the third connection piece 213 are entirely housed within the lower base member 82, and the first connection piece 211 is housed within the inside-corner base member 84. The first connection piece 211 is inserted through a connection notch 216 formed in the rear side surface of the inside-corner base member 84 and abuts against the rear side surface of the inside-corner base member 84, and the second connection piece 212 is abutted against the rear side surface of the lower base member 82. The first connecting piece 211 is connected to the rear side surface portion of the inside-corner base member 84 by a connecting fastener 215 (e.g., a screw or the like) inserted into a connecting attachment hole 214 formed in the rear side surface portion of the inside-corner side base member 84 and the first connecting piece 211, and the second connecting piece 212 is connected to the frame 2 via the rear side surface portion of the lower base member 82 by a permanent fixing fastener 200 inserted into a permanent fixing attachment hole 201 shown in Figures 4 and 5 formed in the front side surface portions of the inside-corner side base member 84, the inside-corner side reinforcement member 84a, and the lower base member 82, and the second connecting piece 212. In this case, in the embodiment, the diameters of the permanent fixing attachment holes 201 formed in the front side surface portions of the inside-corner side base member 84 and the inside-corner side reinforcement member 84a and the rear side surface portion of the inside-corner side base member 84 are set to be larger than the diameter of the head portion of the permanent fixing fastener 200. In addition, the diameter of the attachment hole 201 for the main fixing formed in the rear side of the second connection piece 212 and the lower base member 82 is set to be smaller than the diameter of the head of the main fixing fixture 200.

This installation method prevents the main fixing fixture 200 and the lower connection part 210a from being exposed from the outside when viewed from the projection direction, and maintains the design of the base frame 80. Also, as shown in FIG. 9, multiple main fixing fixtures 200 connected to the lower base member 82 are arranged side by side in the left-right direction, so that even if the base frame 80 receives an external force from the projection direction, the inside corner base member 84 can be prevented from rotating toward the projection direction with the connection part between the inside corner base member 84 and the lower base member 82 as the rotation axis.

In addition, regarding the method of installation of the intermediate connection portion 210b, the fixing fixture 200 and the intermediate connection portion 210b are provided on the inside corner side base member 84 and the intermediate base member 83 so as to prevent the fixing fixture 200 and the intermediate connection portion 210b from being exposed from the outside when viewed from the prospective direction.

9, the second connection piece 212 and the third connection piece 213 are entirely housed within the intermediate base member 83, and the first connection piece 211 is housed within the inside-corner base member 84. The first connection piece 211 is inserted through a connection notch 216 formed in the rear side surface of the inside-corner base member 84 and abuts against the rear side surface of the inside-corner base member 84, and the second connection piece 212 is abutted against the rear side surface of the intermediate base member 83. Furthermore, the first connection piece 211 is connected to the rear side surface portion of the inside-corner side base member 84 by a connection fastener 215 inserted through a connection attachment hole 214 formed in the rear side surface portion of the inside-corner side base member 84 and the first connection piece 211, and the second connection piece 212 is connected to the frame 2 via the rear side surface portion of the intermediate base member 83 by a main fixing fastener 200 inserted through a plurality of main fixing attachment holes 201 formed in the front side surface portions of the inside-corner side base member 84, the inside-corner side reinforcement member 84a, and the intermediate base member 83, and in the second connection piece 212. In this case, in the embodiment, the diameters of the main fixing attachment holes 201 formed in the front side surface portions of the inside-corner side base member 84 and the inside-corner side reinforcement member 84a and the rear side surface portion of the inside-corner side base member 84 are set to be larger than the diameter of the head portion of the main fixing fastener 200. In addition, the diameter of the attachment hole 201 for the main fixing formed in the rear side of the second connection piece 212 and the intermediate base member 83 is set to be smaller than the diameter of the head of the main fixing fixture 200.

This installation method prevents the main fixing fixture 200 and the intermediate connection part 210b from being exposed from the outside when viewed from the projection direction, and maintains the design of the base frame 80. Also, as shown in FIG. 9, multiple main fixing fixtures 200 connected to the intermediate base member 83 are arranged side by side in the left-right direction, so that even if the base frame 80 receives an external force from the projection direction, the inside corner side base member 84 can be prevented from rotating toward the projection direction with the connection part between the inside corner side base member 84 and the intermediate base member 83 as the rotation axis.

Due to the first feature described above, the inside corner base member 84 does not impede the opening and closing operations of the indoor side opening and closing device 1 and the outdoor side opening and closing device 10, so the usability of the indoor side opening and closing device 1 and the outdoor side opening and closing device 10 can be maintained. In addition, the fixing fixture 200 for fixing the inside corner side base member 84 to the fixing target part 4 can be attached from the prospective direction, and the installation work of the fixing fixture 200 can be performed more efficiently than when the inside corner side base member 84 is fixed to the frame 2 on the prospective direction side. Furthermore, the fixing fixture 200, the inside corner side base member 84, and the lower side base member 82 (or the intermediate base member 83) can be connected via one connection part 210, and the connectivity of the fixing fixture 200, the inside corner side base member 84, and the lower side base member 82 (or the intermediate base member 83) can be improved.

(Configuration - Main fixing structure of base frame - Second feature)
Next, regarding the second feature of the fixed structure of the base frame 80, the upper base member 81, the lower base member 82, the intermediate base member 83, and the non-inside corner side base member 85 of the base frame 80 are fixed (fixed) to the fixing target portion 4 by a fixed fixing fixture 200.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 9, the upper base member 81 is fixed to the target portion 4 using only a plurality of permanent fixing fixtures 200, without using a connecting portion 210. More specifically, the rear side portion of the upper base member 81 is connected to the target portion 4 by the permanent fixing fixtures 200 inserted through permanent fixing attachment holes 201 formed in the front and rear side portions of the upper base member 81, thereby fixing the upper base member 81 to the target portion 4.

Also, the lower base member 82, the intermediate base member 83, and the non-inner corner base member 85 are fixed to the fixing target portion 4 using only a plurality of main fixing fixtures 200, substantially similar to the upper base member 81, without using a connecting portion 210.

This second feature allows the fixing fixture 200, which fixes the upper base member 81, the lower base member 82, the middle base member 83, and the non-inner corner base member 85 to the fixing target portion 4, to be attached from the prospective direction, making it possible to efficiently install the fixing fixture 200.

(Configuration - Water-proof structure of base frame)
Returning to FIG. 4, the water ingress prevention structure of the base frame 80 will now be described.

The base frame 80 has a water-proof structure to prevent water from entering through the gap between the base frame 80 and the main body 2, and the characteristics of this water-proof structure are as follows in this embodiment.

(Configuration - Water-proof structure of base frame - First feature)
First, regarding the first feature of the water-proof structure of the base frame 80, as shown in Figures 4 to 6, the water-proof structure includes a non-recessed corner upper cover portion 300, a non-recessed corner lower cover portion 301, an recessed corner upper cover portion 302, an recessed corner lower cover portion 303, and a cover side gap forming portion 310.

(Configuration - Water ingress prevention structure for base frame - First feature - Non-recessed corner upper cover part)
The non-inner corner upper cover part 300 is formed separately from the non-inner corner side base member 85, and is a cover means for covering the longitudinal end of the non-inner corner side base member 85 (the upper end of the non-inner corner side base member 85 in FIG. 4). The non-inner corner upper cover part 300 is formed, for example, of a substantially rectangular steel plate-like body, and as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, is disposed at the upper end of the non-inner corner side base member 85 so as to substantially cover the entire upper end, and is connected to a cover mounting part 300c provided on the non-inner corner side base member 85 (or the upper base member 81) by a cover fastener 300b (for example, a screw, etc.) inserted into a cover mounting hole 300a formed in the non-inner corner upper cover part 300.

(Configuration - Water ingress prevention structure for base frame - First feature - Non-recessed corner lower cover part)
The non-inner corner lower cover part 301 is formed separately from the non-inner corner side base member 85, and is a cover means for covering the longitudinal end of the non-inner corner side base member 85 (the lower end of the non-inner corner side base member 85 in FIG. 4). The non-inner corner lower cover part 301 is formed, for example, of a substantially rectangular steel plate-like body (flat plate-like body), and is disposed at the lower end of the non-inner corner side base member 85 so as to substantially cover the entire lower end as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, and is connected to a cover mounting part 300c provided on the non-inner corner side base member 85 (or the lower base member 82) by a cover fastener 300b inserted into a cover mounting hole 300a formed in the non-inner corner upper cover part 300.

(Configuration - Water ingress prevention structure for base frame - First feature - Inside corner upper cover part)
The inside corner upper cover part 302 is formed separately from the inside corner base member 84, and is a cover means for covering the longitudinal end of the inside corner base member 84 (the upper end of the inside corner base member 84 in FIG. 4). The inside corner upper cover part 302 is formed, for example, of a steel plate-like body (flat body) having a cross-sectional shape along the X-Z plane that is substantially inverted L-shaped, and is arranged at the upper end of the inside corner base member 84 so as to substantially cover the entire upper end and the entire left end of the upper base member 81, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, and is connected to a cover mounting part 300c provided on the upper base member 81 by a cover fastener 300b inserted through a cover mounting hole 300a formed in the inside corner upper cover part 302.

As shown in Figs. 4, 5 and 11, a first cover-side water-stopping member 320 is provided on the outer surface of the left side surface of the inside corner upper cover part 302. This first cover-side water-stopping member 320 is a water-stopping member for preventing water from entering through a gap between the inside corner upper cover part 302 and the body 2 (specifically, the inside corner part 2d), and is made of, for example, a known water-stopping member (such as a caulking material or a watertight material) (note that the configuration of other water-stopping members is substantially similar), and is attached to a portion of the left side surface of the inside corner upper cover part 302 that extends from the lower end to the vicinity of the upper end in the front part, and to a portion of the upper part that extends from the front end to the rear end.

(Configuration - Water-proof structure of base frame - First feature - Inside corner lower cover part)
The inside corner lower cover part 303 is formed separately from the inside corner base member 84, and is a cover means for covering the longitudinal end of the inside corner base member 84 (the lower end of the inside corner base member 84 in FIG. 4). The inside corner lower cover part 303 is configured substantially the same as the inside corner upper cover part 302, and as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, is disposed at the lower end of the inside corner base member 84 so as to substantially cover the entire lower end and the entire left end of the lower base member 82, and is connected to a cover mounting part 300c provided on the lower base member 82 by a cover fastener 300b inserted into a cover mounting hole 300a formed in the inside corner lower cover part 303.

As shown in Figures 4 and 5, a second cover side water stopper member 321 is provided on the outer surface of the left side surface of the inside corner lower cover part 303. This second cover side water stopper member 321 is a water stopper member for preventing water from entering through the gap between the inside corner lower cover part 303 and the body 2 (specifically, the inside corner part 2d), and is attached to the left side surface of the inside corner lower cover part 303, in a portion extending from the upper end to the vicinity of the lower end in the front part, and in a portion extending from the front end to the rear end in the lower part.

(Configuration - Water ingress prevention structure for base frame - First feature - Cover side gap forming portion)
The cover side gap forming portion 310 is a gap forming means (first gap forming means) for forming a water-stopping gap 330 (hereinafter referred to as the "cover side water-stopping gap 330") for providing a third cover side water-stopping member 322 described later between the non-recessed corner upper cover portion 300 and the main body 2 so that it is not exposed to the outside when viewed from the prospective direction, and is formed, for example, from a steel plate-like body, and is provided in the non-recessed corner upper cover portion 300 as shown in Figures 6 and 10.

The specific configuration of this cover side gap forming portion 310 can be arbitrarily configured as long as the cover side watertight gap 330 is not exposed to the outside when viewed from the expected direction, but in this embodiment it is configured as follows.

That is, as shown in FIG. 10, the side shape of the cover-side gap forming portion 310 is set to be inclined downward toward the indoor side of the building.

The left-right length of the cover side gap forming portion 310 is set to be shorter than the left-right length of the non-recessed corner upper cover portion 300. The up-down length of the cover side gap forming portion 310 is set so that the cover side water-stopping gap 330 can accommodate a standard amount or more of the third cover side water-stopping member 322 described below, and is set to be longer than the up-down length of the non-recessed corner upper cover portion 300, for example.

The length of the cover side gap forming part 310 in the front-rear direction is set so that the tip of the cover side gap forming part 310 abuts or is close to the inner surface of the non-inner corner side base member 85 (in FIG. 6(c), the rear side part of the non-inner corner side base member 85), and specifically, is set to a length shorter than the length of the non-inner corner upper cover part 300 in the front-rear direction. Here, "the tip of the cover side gap forming part 310 is close to the inner surface of the non-inner corner side base member 85" means that the gap between the tip of the cover side gap forming part 310 and the inner surface of the non-inner corner side base member 85 is close enough to prevent leakage of the third cover side water stopper member 322 described later, and for example, it is desirable to set the gap to be less than the thickness of various surface parts of the non-inner corner side base member 85. This makes it easier to hold the third cover side water stopper member 322 described later in the cover side water stopper gap 330, making it easier to maintain the water stopper property of the base frame 80.

The cover-side gap forming part 310 is formed by bending the part of the non-inner corner upper cover part 300 on the body 2 side (in FIG. 10, the rear part of the non-inner corner upper cover part 300) so that it is positioned inside the non-inner corner side base member 85. This allows the cover-side gap forming part 310 to be easily configured, and the manufacturability of the cover-side gap forming part 310 to be improved. In addition, when the non-inner corner upper cover part 300 is attached to the non-inner corner side base member 85, the cover-side gap forming part 310 can be positioned inside the non-inner corner side base member 85, and the non-inner corner upper cover part 300 can be easily aligned. Furthermore, when the non-inner corner upper cover part 300 is fixed to the base member with the cover fixing tool 300b, the cover-side gap forming part 310 can suppress the non-inner corner upper cover part 300 from rotating, and the attachment of the non-inner corner upper cover part 300 can be improved.

Due to this first feature, the non-recessed corner upper cover part 300, the non-recessed corner lower cover part 301, the recessed corner upper cover part 302, and the recessed corner lower cover part 303, and the third cover side water-stopping member 322 described below provided in the cover side water-stopping gap 330, can suppress water from entering through the gap between the base frame 80 and the main body 2 or through the base frame 80, thereby improving the water-stopping ability of the base frame 80. In addition, the third cover side water-stopping member 322 described below can be prevented from being exposed to the outside when viewed from the expected direction, maintaining the design of the base frame 80.

(Configuration - Water-proof structure of base frame - Second feature)
Returning to Figure 4, next, regarding the second feature of the water-proof structure of the base frame 80, as shown in Figures 4 to 6 and 12, the water-proof structure includes a non-inner corner side gap forming portion 311, an upper gap forming portion 312, a third cover side water-stopping member 322, an inner corner side water-stopping member 323, a non-inner corner side water-stopping member 324, and an upper water-stopping member 325.

(Configuration - Water ingress prevention structure of base frame - Second feature - Non-inner corner side gap forming part)
The non-inner corner side gap forming portion 311 is a gap forming means (second gap forming means) for forming a water-stopping gap 331 (hereinafter referred to as the "non-inner corner side water-stopping gap 331") for providing a non-inner corner side water-stopping member 324 between the non-inner corner side base member 85 and the main body 2 so that it is not exposed to the outside when viewed from the prospective direction, and is provided in the non-inner corner side base member 85 as shown in Figures 4 to 6.

The method of forming the non-inner corner side gap forming portion 311 is arbitrary, but in the embodiment, the right end portion and the adjacent portion of the rear side portion of the non-inner corner side base member 85 are recessed to form the non-inner corner side gap forming portion 311a over the entire vertical length of the non-inner corner side base member 85 (hereinafter, this portion is referred to as the "first non-inner corner side gap forming portion 311a"), and the upper end portion and the adjacent portion of the rear side portion are recessed to form the non-inner corner side gap forming portion 311b over the entire horizontal length of the non-inner corner side base member 85 (hereinafter, this portion is referred to as the "second non-inner corner side gap forming portion 311b").

(Configuration - Water ingress prevention structure of base frame - Second feature - Upper gap forming part)
The upper gap forming portion 312 is a gap forming means (third gap forming means) for forming a water-stopping gap 332 (hereinafter referred to as the "upper water-stopping gap 332") for providing an upper water-stopping member 325 between the upper base member 81 and the main body 2 so that it is not exposed to the outside when viewed from the expected direction, and is provided in the upper base member 81 as shown in Figures 4 to 6.

The method for forming the upper gap forming portion 312 is arbitrary, but in this embodiment, it is formed over the entire length of the upper base member 81 in the left-right direction by recessing the upper end portion and the adjacent portion of the rear side portion of the upper base member 81.

(Configuration - Water ingress prevention structure of base frame - Second feature - Third cover side water stop member, inside corner side water stop member, non-inside corner side water stop member, upper side water stop member)
The third cover side water-stopping member 322 is a water-stopping member for preventing water from entering through the non-recessed corner upper cover part 300 and the main body 2, and is provided in the cover side water-stopping gap 330 as shown in Figure 12.

The inside corner water stop member 323 is a water stop member for preventing water from entering through a gap 334 (hereinafter referred to as the "inside corner gap 334") between the inside corner base member 84 and the main body 2 (specifically, the inside corner portion 2d), and as shown in FIG. 12, is provided over the portion of the gap between the first cover side water stop member 320 and the second cover side water stop member 321 (more specifically, the portion between the front end of the first cover side water stop member 320 and the front end of the second cover side water stop member 321).

The non-inner corner side water-stopping member 324 is a water-stopping member for preventing water from entering through the gap between the non-inner corner side base member 85 and the structure 2, and is provided in the non-inner corner side water-stopping gap 331 as shown in FIG. 12.

The upper water-stopping member 325 is a water-stopping member for preventing water from entering through the gap between the upper base member 81 and the structure 2, and is provided in the upper water-stopping gap 332 as shown in FIG. 12.

(Configuration - Water-proof structure of base frame - Second feature - Other configurations)
In addition, the specific configurations of the cover side gap forming portion 310, the non-corner side gap forming portion 311, and the upper gap forming portion 312 are arbitrary, but in the embodiment, these cover side gap forming portion 310, the non-corner side gap forming portion 311, and the upper gap forming portion 312 are configured continuously.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 6, the cover side gap forming portion 310, the non-inner corner side gap forming portion 311, and the upper side gap forming portion 312 are arranged so that the first non-inner corner side gap forming portion 311a, the non-inner corner side portion of the second non-inner corner side gap forming portion 311b, the cover side gap forming portion 310, the inner corner side portion of the second non-inner corner side gap forming portion 311b, and the upper side gap forming portion 312 are arranged in a continuous manner in this order.

This allows the water-stopping members to be continuously installed in the various water-stopping gaps (cover side water-stopping gap 330, non-corner side water-stopping gap 331, upper side water-stopping gap 332) formed in the cover side gap forming section 310, non-corner side gap forming section 311, and upper side gap forming section 312, making it possible to efficiently install the water-stopping members.

Due to this second feature, the third cover side water stop member 322, the inside corner side water stop member 323, the non-inside corner side water stop member 324, and the upper side water stop member 325 can prevent water from entering through the gap between the base frame 80 and the main body 2, further improving the water stop performance of the base frame 80. In addition, it is possible to prevent the non-inside corner side water stop gap 331 and the upper side water stop gap 332 from being exposed to the outside when viewed from the expected direction, making it easier to maintain the design of the base frame 80.

(How to install the base frame)
Returning to FIG. 8, the method of installing the base frame 80 will now be described.

This installation method is a method for installing the base frame 80 on the structure 2, and in this embodiment includes a temporary fixing process, a permanent fixing process, and a water ingress prevention process. Note that this installation method will be described assuming that the indoor opening and closing device 1 is already installed in the opening 3.

(Method of installing the base frame - temporary fixing process)
First, the temporary fixing process will be described. The temporary fixing process is a process for temporarily fixing the base frame 80 to the framework 2.

Specifically, first, at the site (or factory, etc.) where the outdoor opening/closing device 10 is to be installed, the base frame 80 is assembled by combining the upper base member 81, the lower base member 82, the intermediate base member 83 (the intermediate base member 83 having the inside corner side temporary fixing notch 111 and the non-inside corner side temporary fixing notch 112), the inside corner side base member 84, and the non-inside corner side base member 85 using a known method. (Note that if the base frame 80 has already been assembled, this step can be omitted.)

Next, the inside corner temporary fixing locking portion 101 and the non-inside corner temporary fixing locking portion 102 are attached to the desired portions of the body 2 (specifically, the beam portion 2a located near the upper end of the opening 3).

8, the inside corner side temporary fixing notch 111 of the intermediate base member 83 is engaged with the inside corner side temporary fixing locking portion 101, and the non-inside corner side temporary fixing notch 112 of the intermediate base member 83 is engaged with the non-inside corner side temporary fixing locking portion 102, thereby temporarily fixing the base frame 80 to the main body 2. In this case, for example, by sliding the base frame 80 in the left-right direction while maintaining the state in which the base frame 80 is temporarily fixed to the main body 2, it is possible to easily adjust the position of the base frame 80 in the left-right direction.

By using this type of temporary fixing process, the base frame 80 can be fixed more accurately and easily than if the temporary fixing process were omitted, thereby improving the ease of installation of the base frame 80.

(Method of installing the base frame - main fixing process)
Next, the final fixing step will be described. The final fixing step is a step for final fixing the base frame 80 to the framework 2 after the temporary fixing step.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 9, the inside corner base member 84 is fixed to the target portion 4 using multiple permanent fixing fixtures 200 and connecting parts 210. More specifically, the multiple permanent fixing fixtures 200 are inserted through permanent fixing mounting holes 201 formed in the inside corner base member 84 and connecting parts 210 from the exterior side of the building relative to the opening 3, and attached to the target portion 4, thereby fixing the inside corner base member 84.

The upper base member 81, the lower base member 82, the intermediate base member 83, and the non-inner corner base member 85 are each fixed to the target portion 4 using a plurality of permanent fixing fixtures 200. More specifically, the multiple permanent fixing fixtures 200 are inserted into the permanent fixing attachment holes 201 formed in the upper base member 81 (or the lower base member 82, the intermediate base member 83, or the non-inner corner base member 85) from the exterior side of the building relative to the opening 3, and attached to the target portion 4, thereby fixing the parts.

Here, the order in which the various base members are fixed is arbitrary, but for example, they may be fixed in the order from the base member located on the lower side to the base member located on the upper side (specifically, lower base member 82, inside corner side base member 84, non-inside corner side base member 85, intermediate base member 83, upper base member 81), or in the reverse order. Alternatively, they may be fixed in the order from the base member located on the inside corner side to the base member located on the non-inside corner side (specifically, inside corner side base member 84, lower base member 82, intermediate base member 83, upper base member 81, non-inside corner side base member 85), or in the reverse order. Alternatively, only a portion of each base member may be fixed, and then the other portion of each base member may be fixed.

This type of final fixing process allows the final fixing fixture 200, which fixes various base members to the fixing target portion 4, to be attached from the prospective direction, making the installation work of the final fixing fixture 200 more efficient than when the base members are fixed to the main body 2 on the prospective side.

(How to install the base frame - Water ingress prevention process)
Next, the water infiltration prevention step will be described. The water infiltration prevention step is a step for preventing water from infiltrating through a gap between the base frame 80 and the framework 2 after the main fixing step or during the temporary fixing step (or the main fixing step).

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 8, the non-inner corner upper cover part 300, the non-inner corner lower cover part 301, the inner corner upper cover part 302, the inner corner lower cover part 303, and the inner corner water-stopping member 323 are attached during the temporary fixing process (e.g., when the base frame 80 is assembled, etc.) (however, this is not limited to the above, and they may be attached after the temporary fixing process or the main fixing process, for example).

As shown in FIG. 12, after this fixing process (for example, immediately after the completion of this fixing process or immediately after the completion of installation of the outdoor opening/closing device 10), the third cover side water stopper member 322, the non-corner side water stopper member 324, and the upper side water stopper member 325 are filled into the cover side water stopper gap 330, the non-corner side water stopper gap 331, the upper side water stopper gap 332, and the inside corner side gap 334 using a known method. This completes the installation of the base frame 80.

This water infiltration prevention process can prevent water from entering through the gap between the base frame 80 and the main body 2, thereby improving the water-stopping properties of the base frame 80.

(effect)
According to the embodiment, the target base member is configured so as not to impede the opening and closing operations of the indoor side opening and closing device 1 and the outdoor side opening and closing device 10, and therefore the target base member does not impede the opening and closing operations of the indoor side opening and closing device 1 and the outdoor side opening and closing device 10, thereby maintaining the usability of the indoor side opening and closing device 1 and the outdoor side opening and closing device 10. Also, the target base member is fixed by the permanent fixing fixture 200 to the fixing target part 4 that is approximately perpendicular to the projection direction and located on the indoor side opening and closing device 1 side of the part of the structure 2, so that the permanent fixing fixture 200 that fixes the target base member to the fixing target part 4 can be attached from the projection direction, and the installation work of the permanent fixing fixture 200 can be performed more efficiently than when the target base member is fixed to the structure 2 on the projection direction side.

In addition, the fixing fixture 200 is provided with a connection portion 210 that can connect the fixing fixture 200 to the target base member and also connect the target base member to a crossing side base member among a plurality of base members that is arranged to cross the target base member. This allows the fixing fixture 200, the target base member, and the crossing side base member to be connected via a single connection portion 210, thereby improving the connectivity of the fixing fixture 200, the target base member, and the crossing side base member.

In addition, since the connection portion 210 is formed separately from the target base member and the intersecting side base member, the target base member and the intersecting side base member can be easily formed, thereby improving the manufacturability of the target base member and the intersecting side base member.

In addition, the fixing fixture 200 and the connection portion 210 are provided on the target base member and the intersecting side base member so that the fixing fixture 200 and the connection portion 210 are prevented from being exposed from the outside when viewed from the projection direction, so that the fixing fixture 200 and the connection portion 210 are prevented from being exposed from the outside when viewed from the projection direction, and the design of the base frame 80 can be maintained.

In addition, since the fixing target portion 4 is the beam portion 2a or the column portion 2b of the structure 2, the fixing fixture 200 can be firmly attached, making it easier to install the base frame 80.

(About the outdoor switchgear)
In the above embodiment, the outdoor opening/closing device 10 is described as being arranged near the inside corner portion 2d of the structure 2, but this is not limited to the above and, for example, the outdoor opening/closing device 10 may be arranged in a portion of the structure 2 other than the inside corner portion 2d.

In the above embodiment, the storage unit 40 of the outdoor opening/closing device 10 is arranged so that the lower end of the storage unit 40 is located above the upper end of the opening 3. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 13, the storage unit 40 may be arranged so that the lower end of the storage unit 40 is located below the upper end of the opening 3. In this case, the specific configuration of the base frame 80 is arbitrary. For example, as shown in FIG. 14 and FIG. 15, the base frame 80 may include an upper base member 81, a lower base member 82, an inside corner side base member 84, and a non-inside corner side base member 85 (i.e., the number of base members installed in the base frame 80 may be increased or decreased depending on the type and arrangement of the outdoor opening/closing device 10). Furthermore, the temporary fixing structure and the main fixing structure according to the embodiment may be applied to the upper base member 81.

(About the base frame)
In the above embodiment, the base frame 80 has been described as including the upper base member 81, the lower base member 82, the intermediate base member 83, the inside corner side base member 84, and the non-inner corner side base member 85, but this is not limiting, and for example, as long as it is possible to support the outdoor opening/closing device 10, some of the base members among the upper base member 81, the lower base member 82, the intermediate base member 83, the inside corner side base member 84, and the non-inner corner side base member 85 may be omitted. In this case, the temporary fixing structure, the main fixing structure, and the water ingress prevention structure are applied to at least one or more of the remaining base members (in particular, the temporary fixing structure is applied as a temporary fixing structure for the base members).

(Regarding temporary fixing structures)
In the above embodiment, the number of the temporary fixation locking portions 100 is described as two, but the number is not limited to two, and may be, for example, three or more, or may be only one. In this case, the number of the temporary fixation notches 110 may be set to a number corresponding to the number of the temporary fixation locking portions 100.

In the above embodiment, the temporary fixing locking portion 100 is described as being configured to be insertable into the temporary fixing notch 110, but this is not limiting, and for example, the temporary fixing locking portion 100 may be configured to be unable to be inserted into the temporary fixing notch 110. Specifically, the head portion of the temporary fixing locking portion 100 may be set to a length that does not protrude forward beyond the rear side surface portion of the intermediate base member 83 when the temporary fixing locking portion 100 is locked into the temporary fixing notch 110.

In the above embodiment, the temporary fixing structure is described as being applied to the intermediate base member 83, but it is not limited thereto. For example, it may be applied to a base member other than the intermediate base member 83 of the base frame 80 (for example, the upper base member 81, the lower base member 82, the inside corner side base member 84, or the non-inner corner side base member 85). Here, when the temporary fixing structure is applied to the inside corner side base member 84 (or the non-inner corner side base member 85), the length of the temporary fixing cutout 110 in the short direction of the intermediate base member 83 may be set to be longer than the length of the temporary fixing cutout 110 in the long direction of the intermediate base member 83. Furthermore, the upper edge of the temporary fixing cutout 110 may be formed in a straight line along the short direction of the intermediate base member 83.

In addition, in the above embodiment, it has been described that the temporary fixing notch 110 is provided only on the rear side surface of the intermediate base member 83, but this is not limited thereto, and it may be provided continuously across the rear side surface and the lower side surface of the intermediate base member 83, for example.

In the above embodiment, the temporary fixing notch 110 is provided at or near each of both longitudinal ends of the intermediate base member 83, and is disposed at the abutting portion of the intermediate base member 83 with the structure 2, but this is not limited thereto. For example, the temporary fixing notch 110 may be provided at the longitudinal center of the intermediate base member 83, or may be disposed at a portion of the intermediate base member 83 that does not abut with the structure 2.

(About this fixing structure)
In the above embodiment, the inside corner side base member 84 is described as being fixed to the fixing target portion 4 using the permanent fixing fixture 200 and the connection portion 210, but this is not limited thereto. For example, the inside corner side base member 84 may be fixed to the fixing target portion 4 using only the permanent fixing fixture 200 without using the connection portion 210. Specifically, the inside corner side base member 84 may be fixed by connecting the rear side surface portion to the fixing target portion 4 using the permanent fixing fixture 200 inserted into the permanent fixing attachment holes 201 formed in the front side surface portion and the rear side surface portion of each of the inside corner side base member 84, the inside corner side reinforcement member 84a, and the lower base member 82 (or the intermediate base member 83). Alternatively, when the non-inner corner side base member 85 is located between the indoor side opening/closing device 1 and the outdoor side opening/closing device 10, the non-inner corner side base member 85 may be configured substantially identically to the configuration of the inner corner side base member 84, and may be fixed to the fixing target part 4 using the fixing fixture 200 and the connection part 210.

In the above embodiment, the fixing structure is described as having the lower connection portion 210a and the intermediate connection portion 210b, but this is not limited thereto. For example, if the base frame 80 can be stably fixed, either the lower connection portion 210a or the intermediate connection portion 210 may be omitted, and the fixing fixture 200 corresponding to either one of them may be omitted.

In the above embodiment, the fixing fixture 200 and the lower connection part 210a are provided on the inside corner base member 84 and the lower base member 82 so as to prevent the fixing fixture 200 and the lower connection part 210a from being exposed to the outside when viewed from the projection direction, but this is not limited to the above. For example, the fixing fixture 200 and the lower connection part 210a may be provided on the inside corner base member 84 and the lower base member 82 so that the fixing fixture 200 and the lower connection part 210a are exposed to the outside when viewed from the projection direction (note that the same applies to the installation of the fixing fixture 200 and the intermediate connection part 210b).

(Water-proof structure)
In the above embodiment, it has been described that the gap forming means is provided in the non-recessed corner upper cover part 300, but this is not limited to the above, and for example, the gap forming means may be provided in a cover means other than the non-recessed corner upper cover part 300 (for example, the non-recessed corner lower cover part 301, the recessed corner upper cover part 302, and the recessed corner lower cover part 303).

In the above embodiment, the gap forming means is described as being provided in the non-inner corner side base member 85 and the upper base member 81, but this is not limited thereto, and it may be provided, for example, in the lower base member 82 or the middle base member 83. In this case, a water-stopping member is provided in the water-stopping gap formed by these gap forming means.

In the above embodiment, the cover side gap forming part 310 is formed by bending the part of the non-inner corner upper cover part 300 on the body 2 side so that it is positioned inside the non-inner corner side base member 85. However, this is not limited to the above, and for example, the cover side gap forming part 310 may be formed separately from the non-inner corner upper cover part 300. In this case, the cover side gap forming part 310 may be fixed to the non-inner corner upper cover part 300 by a fixing tool, welding, or the like.

In addition, in the above embodiment, it has been described that the cover side gap forming portion 310, the non-inner corner side gap forming portion 311, and the upper side gap forming portion 312 are configured in a continuous manner, but this is not limited thereto, and for example, the cover side gap forming portion 310, the non-inner corner side gap forming portion 311, and the upper side gap forming portion 312 may be configured in a discontinuous manner.

In the above embodiment, the base frame 80 is provided with the non-inner corner lower cover part 301, the inner corner upper cover part 302, the inner corner lower cover part 303, the non-inner corner gap forming part 311, the upper gap forming part 312, the inner corner side water stop member 323, the non-inner corner side water stop member 324, and the upper water stop member 325, but this is not limited to the above. For example, if the water stop of the base frame 80 can be ensured, the non-inner corner lower cover part 301, the inner corner upper cover part 302, the inner corner lower cover part 303, the non-inner corner side gap forming part 311, the upper gap forming part 312, the inner corner side water stop member 323, the non-inner corner side water stop member 324, or the upper water stop member 325 may be omitted.

(Effect of supplementary notes)
According to the base frame described in Supplementary Note 1, the target base member is configured so as not to hinder the opening and closing operations of the first opening and closing device and the second opening and closing device, and therefore the opening and closing operations of the first opening and closing device and the second opening and closing device are not hindered by the target base member, and the usability of the first opening and closing device and the second opening and closing device can be maintained.

The base frame described in Appendix 2 is provided with a connection means capable of connecting the fixing device to the target base member and also connecting the target base member to a crossing side base member among a plurality of base members that is arranged to cross the target base member. This allows the fixing device, the target base member, and the crossing side base member to be connected via a single connection means, thereby improving the connectivity of the fixing device, the target base member, and the crossing side base member.

According to the base frame described in Appendix 3, the connection means is formed separately from the target base member and the intersecting side base member, so that the target base member and the intersecting side base member can be easily formed, and the manufacturability of the target base member and the intersecting side base member can be improved.

According to the base frame described in Appendix 4, the fasteners and connecting means are provided on the target base member and the intersecting base member so as to prevent the fasteners and connecting means from being exposed from the outside when viewed from the projection direction, so that the fasteners and connecting means can be prevented from being exposed from the outside when viewed from the projection direction, and the design of the base frame can be maintained.
