前記枠体の上枠には、下側に突出する上レールが設けられ、
前記障子の上框には、室内外方向の中間部に前記上レールが挿入される上レール溝部が設けられ、
前記上枠は、室外側の縁部沿って設けられ下側に延びる水切り部を有し、
前記上框の上端部には、室内側の縁部に沿って設けられ上側に突出する水返し部を有し、
前記水返し部の室内側の面と前記上枠との間には、第1パッキンが設けられ、
前記上レールの室外側の面と前記上レール溝部の側面との間には、第2パッキンが設けられていて、
前記上框の上面における前記上レール溝部と前記水返し部との間の面は、全体にわたって平坦面であり、室外側の縁部が前記上レール溝部の室内側の側部の上縁部と接続されている建具。
