Description

The present invention relates to stair formwork.

Traditionally, in the construction of foundations for buildings (particularly industrialized housing), steel formwork that can withstand repeated use has been used. On the other hand, in the construction of concrete floors with stairs such as entrance porches, wooden formwork made of plywood, rafters, etc. is generally used (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2). In the construction of concrete stairs, the formwork for the risers needs to be installed in a state where it is raised above the ground surface. In this case, if the formwork for the stairs is made of wood, the formwork for the risers raised above the ground surface can be easily fixed to other formworks with fasteners such as nails, so that the formwork for the risers can be easily installed at the desired height.

Wooden formwork is more susceptible to deterioration than steel formwork. Furthermore, wooden formwork with deteriorated concrete adhering to it is difficult to recycle. For this reason, wooden formwork must be discarded after one or a few uses, which leads to an increase in industrial waste. In contrast, steel formwork can be reused, but it is difficult to fasten it to other formwork with fasteners such as nails, making it difficult to install it at the desired height as a formwork for risers.

The present invention aims to provide a staircase formwork that can be installed at a desired height without fastening the kickstand formwork (kickstand formwork) to other formwork with fasteners, and that can be reused.

In order to achieve the above object, the stair formwork according to the present invention includes a riser form provided along the riser of the staircase, and a riser form provided on both sides of the riser form in the stair form used for constructing concrete stairs. and a riser form support part that supports the riser formwork, and the riser form support part has a height position on a side installation body that is installed or temporarily installed on the side of the stairs. Adjustably supported, at either approximately the same height as the lower end of the riser corresponding to the riser supported by the lower end of the riser form support, or at a height above the lower end of the riser. The riser formwork supporting part is opened on the side where the supported riser formwork is arranged, and has a recessed part into which a side end of the riser formwork is inserted. do.

In the present invention, the kick-in formwork support part is supported by a side installation body that is installed or temporarily installed on the side of the stairs, so that the kick-in formwork support part can be supported by the foundation of the building located on the side of the stairs or a formwork that is temporarily installed on the side of the stairs. Since the kick-in formwork is supported by the kick-in formwork support part that is supported by the side installation body, there is no need to fix the kick-in formwork to the side installation body with a fastener such as a nail. And since the height position of the kick-in formwork support part is adjustable, the kick-in formwork can be installed at a desired height. Furthermore, since the lower end of the kick-in formwork support part is installed so that it is located at either approximately the same height as the lower end of the kicker or at a height above the lower end of the kicker, the kick-in formwork support part and the kick-in formwork are not buried in concrete.
Next, a method of constructing a staircase 2 using the staircase formwork 1 according to this embodiment will be explained.
First, as shown in FIG. 11, the side formwork 3 and the rear formwork 4 are installed.

Subsequently, the riser formwork support portion 6 is installed on the foundation 11 and the side formwork 3. The riser formwork supporting part 6 is installed at a position where the main body groove part 63 is located on the side of the riser formwork 5 and the upper surface of the main body lower plate part 614 is at the height of the lower surface of the riser formwork 5. In the step of installing the riser formwork support part 6, the mounting part 62 of the riser formwork support part 6 is fixed to the foundation 11 or the side formwork 3, and the riser formwork support part 6 is fixed to the mounting part 62 fixed to the foundation 11 or the side formwork 3. The main body part 61 of the formwork support part 6 may be attached, or after the main body part 61 is attached to the attachment part 62, the attachment part 62 may be fixed to the foundation 11 or the side formwork 3. In either case, the height position of the main body part 61 and the attachment part 62 is adjusted within the vertical length range of the first slit 661 and the third slit 663 (see FIG. 4). When the riser formwork support part 6 is installed on the foundation 11 or the side formwork 3, the lower end of the second body flange plate part 616 of the riser formwork support part 6 is at the height of the upper end of the riser 22 to be constructed. (the height of the tread).

Next, the support spacing retainer 7 is installed between adjacent kick-in form support parts 6 in the front-to-rear direction. The support spacing retainer 7 is placed on the inside of the adjacent kick-in form support parts 6 in the width direction (the side where the stairs 2 are constructed) and moved to the outside in the width direction (the side approaching the kick-in form support part 6), inserting the first claw part 712 into the fourth slit 664 of the kick-in form support part 6 located at the front side, and inserting the second claw part 722 into the second slit 662 of the kick-in form support part 6 located at the rear side. At this time, the first support part side member 71 and the second support part side member 72 are connected in a loosened state with the screws 741, 742 so that they can move relatively in the front-to-rear direction with respect to the connecting member 73. Then, the positions of the first support section side member 71 and the second support section side member 72 are adjusted to insert the first claw portion 712 into the fourth slit 664 of the kick-in form support section 6 located at the front side, and the second claw portion 722 into the second slit 662 of the kick-in form support section 6 located at the rear side. A screw 741 is fastened to the first support section spacing retaining female threaded portion 715, and a screw 742 is fastened to the second support section spacing retaining female threaded portion 725, thereby fixing the first support section side member 71 and the second support section side member 72 via the connecting member 73. This keeps a constant interval between the fourth slit 664 of the kick-in form support section 6 located at the front side and the second slit 662 of the kick-in form support section 6 located at the rear side, and keeps a constant interval between adjacent kick-in form support sections 6 in the front-rear direction. In this embodiment, the cutout 716 (see FIG. 5) of the support spacing retainer 7 overlaps with the third slit 663 of the kick-in form support part 6 located at the front, and the cutout 726 (see FIG. 5) overlaps with the first slit 661 of the kick-in form support part 6 located at the rear. The support spacing retainer 7 and the kick-in form support part 6 located at the front are connected by screws inserted through the cutout 716 and the third slit 663, and the support spacing retainer 7 and the kick-in form support part 6 located at the rear are connected by screws inserted through the cutout 726 and the first slit 661.

Next, as shown in Figure 12, the kick-in formwork 5 is attached to the kick-in formwork support part 6. The widthwise end of the kick-in formwork 5 is inserted into the body groove part 63 of the kick-in formwork support part 6, and the kick-in formwork 5 is placed on the body lower plate part 614 of the kick-in formwork support part 6.

Next, as shown in Figure 1, the formwork spacing retainer 8 is installed between adjacent kick-in formwork 5 in the front-to-rear direction. First, the first member 81 and the second member 82 of the formwork spacing retainer 8 are connected in a loose state with the screws 861, 862 loosened so that they can move relatively in the front-to-rear direction. Then, the upper end of the kick-in formwork 5 is inserted between the rear surface of the front plate 814 of the first member 81 and the front edges of the first side plate 812 and the second side plate 813, and the upper end of the kick-in formwork 5 is clamped between the front plate 814 and the first and second side plate 812 and 813. The positions of the first member 81 and the second member 82 in the front-rear direction are adjusted, and the retaining portion protruding piece 84 of the rear portion of the first side plate portion 822 and the second side plate portion 823 of the second member 82 is placed on the lower plate portion 53 of the formwork, and the rear edge portion 83 of the second member 82 is pressed against and brought into contact with the front surface of the kick-in forming plate portion 51 of the kick-in formwork 5 located at the rear. Once the position of the second member 82 relative to the first member 81 is determined, the screws 861, 862 are tightened into the first female thread portion 824 and the second female thread portion 825. This keeps the distance between the upper plate portion 52 of the formwork of the front kick-in formwork 5 and the kick-in forming plate portion 51 of the rear kick-in formwork 5 constant, and keeps the distance between adjacent kick-in formworks 5 in the rear direction constant.

Subsequently, concrete is placed inside the stair formwork 1. In this embodiment, the lower end portions of the riser formwork 5 and the riser form support portion 6 are at the height of the lower end 22a (see FIG. 2) of the corresponding riser 22, that is, the height of the lower step portion 21 of the corresponding riser 22. This is the height of the tread 23. Further, as described above, the lower end of the second body flange plate 616 of the riser formwork support 6 is set at the height of the upper end of the riser 22 to be constructed (the height of the tread 23 of the upper step 21). It is located above the Therefore, when concrete is poured, the rear surface of the riser formwork 5 and the rear surface of the second main body side plate part 613 of the riser form support part 6 come into contact with the concrete, and the riser formwork 5 and the riser form support part 6 as well The parts do not come into contact with concrete and are not buried in concrete.

Subsequently, once the concrete has hardened, the stair formwork 1 is removed. As mentioned above, since the stair formwork 1 is not buried in concrete, it can be completely removed.

Next, the operation and effect of the staircase formwork 1 according to the present embodiment described above will be described with reference to the drawings.
In the staircase formwork 1 according to this embodiment, the kick-in formwork support part 6 can be supported by a side installation body (foundation 11 of the building, side formwork 3) that is installed or temporarily installed on the side of the staircase 2. Since the kick-in formwork 5 is supported by the kick-in formwork support part 6 supported by the side installation body, it is not necessary to fix the kick-in formwork 5 to the side installation body with a fastener such as a nail. Since the height position of the kick-in formwork support part 6 is adjustable, the kick-in formwork 5 can be installed at a desired height. Furthermore, since the lower end (main body lower plate part 614) of the kick-in formwork support part 6 is installed so as to be located at approximately the same height as the lower end 22a of the kick 22 corresponding to the kick-in formwork 5 that it supports, the kick-in formwork support part 6 and the kick-in formwork 5 are not buried in concrete. This makes it possible to reuse the kick-in formwork support part 6 and the kick-in formwork 5.

In addition, in the staircase formwork 1 according to this embodiment, the kick-in formwork support part 6 has a main body groove part 63 (concave part), and a main body lower plate part 614 (lower support part) is provided at the lower end of the main body groove part 63. The kick-in formwork 5 has its side end inserted into the main body groove part 63 and is placed on the main body lower plate part 614. With this configuration, the kick-in formwork 5 can be easily installed on the kick-in formwork support part 6 without using fasteners such as nails.

In the staircase formwork 1 according to this embodiment, the kick-in formwork support part 6 has a support part main body 64 that supports the kick-in formwork 5, and a fixing part 65 that is connected to the support part main body 64 and fixed to the side installation body. The first connection flange part 626 (first fixing part) and the second connection flange part 627 (second fixing part) of the fixing part 65 are arranged away from the side installation body. With this configuration, when fixing the first connection flange part 626 and the second connection flange part 627 to the side installation body, it is possible to secure space to install fixing members or the like for fixing the first connection flange part 626 and the second connection flange part 627 to the side installation body.

In addition, in the staircase formwork 1 according to this embodiment, the lower end of the first connection flange portion 626 on the front side of the support body 64 is located above the lower end 22a of the kicker 22 formed by the kicker formwork 5 supported by the support body 64. With this configuration, the first connection flange portion 626 is not embedded in the concrete of the lower (front) step 21, and the kicker formwork support portion 6 can be easily removed after the concrete of the staircase 2 has hardened.

In addition, in the stair formwork 1 according to the present embodiment, the lower end of the second connection flange plate part 627 on the rear side of the support part main body 64 is connected to the riser 22 formed by the riser formwork 5 supported by the support part main body 64. It is located above the top edge. With such a configuration, the second connecting flange plate portion 627 is not buried in concrete, and the riser form support portion 6 can be easily removed after the concrete of the stairs 2 has hardened.

The staircase formwork 1 according to this embodiment also has a support part spacing retaining part 7 (first spacing retaining part) that maintains the spacing between adjacent kick-in formwork support parts 6 in the front-to-rear direction at a specified dimension. This configuration makes it easy to manage the spacing between the kick-in formwork support parts 6, i.e., the spacing between the kick-in formwork 5, improving workability and construction quality.

Further, in the stair formwork 1 according to the present embodiment, the support part spacing holding part 7 inserts the first claw part 712 into the fourth slit 664 of the riser formwork support part 6 located on the front side from the width direction, and The claw portion 722 is configured to be inserted into the second slit 662 of the riser form support portion 6 located on the rear side from the width direction. With such a configuration, even if a force is applied so that the riser formwork supports 6 adjacent to each other in the front-rear direction move relative to each other in the front-rear direction, the riser form support parts 6 adjacent to each other in the front-rear direction will not move. The spacing can be maintained constant.

The staircase formwork 1 according to this embodiment also has a formwork spacing retaining section 8 (second spacing retaining section) that maintains the spacing between adjacent kick-in formworks 5 in the front-to-rear direction at a specified dimension. This configuration makes it easy to manage the spacing between the kick-in formworks 5, improving workability and construction quality.

Moreover, in the stair formwork 1 according to the present embodiment, the holding part protruding piece 84 of the formwork interval holding part 8 is connected to the formwork lower plate part 53 (formwork protrusion piece). With such a configuration, it is possible to prevent the holding portion protruding piece 84 from being buried in concrete. Moreover, the formwork interval holding section 8 can be installed in a stable state.

In the staircase formwork 1 according to this embodiment, the upper end of the kick-in formwork 5 is located above the upper end of the kick-in 22. The formwork spacing retainer 8 is configured so that the upper end of the kick-in formwork 5 is inserted between the rear surface of the front plate 814 and the front edges of the first and second side plate 812 and 813, and the front plate 814 and the first and second side plate 812 and 813 (clamping portion 85) clamp the upper end of the kick-in formwork 5. This configuration prevents the clamping portion 85 from being embedded in the concrete. Also, the formwork spacing retainer 8 can be installed in a stable state.

Although the embodiments of the stair formwork 1 according to the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be modified as appropriate without departing from the spirit thereof.
For example, although the stair formwork 1 of the above embodiment is made of steel, it may also be partially made of wood. Further, in the above embodiment, the main body lower plate part 614 on which the riser formwork 5 is placed is provided at the lower end of the riser formwork support part 6, and the main body lower plate part 614 has approximately the same height as the lower end 22a of the riser 22. It is placed in the middle of the day. On the other hand, the riser formwork support part 6 supports the middle part and upper part of the riser formwork 5 in the vertical direction, so that the lower end of the riser formwork 5 is located above the lower end of the riser formwork 5. You may also do so.

Further, in the embodiment described above, the riser formwork support part 6 has a main body groove part 63 (concave part), and the side end part of the riser formwork 5 is inserted into the main body groove part 63. On the other hand, the main body groove 63 may not be formed in the riser form support 6, and the form in which the riser form support 6 supports the main body groove 63 may be other than the above.

Further, in the above embodiment, the first connecting collar plate part 626 and the second connecting collar plate part 627 of the riser formwork support part 6 are arranged apart from the side installation body. On the other hand, the first connection flange plate part 626 and the second connection flange plate part 627 for fixing the riser form support part 6 to the side installation body may be in contact with the side installation body. Moreover, the structure for fixing the riser formwork support part 6 to the side installation body may be other than the above.

In addition, in the above embodiment, a support spacing retainer 7 (first spacing retainer) is provided to maintain the spacing between adjacent kick-in form support parts 6 in the front-rear direction at a predetermined dimension. In contrast, the support spacing retainer 7 does not need to be provided in the staircase formwork 1. Also, the support spacing retainer 7 is configured so that the first claw 712 is inserted from the width direction into the fourth slit 664 of the kick-in form support part 6 located at the front, and the second claw 722 is inserted from the width direction into the second slit 662 of the kick-in form support part 6 located at the rear, but the form of the support spacing retainer 7 may be other than the above.

Further, in the embodiment described above, a formwork spacing holding section 8 (second spacing holding section) is provided that maintains the gap between riser formworks 5 adjacent to each other in the front-rear direction to a predetermined dimension. On the other hand, it is not necessary to provide the formwork interval holding section 8. Further, the formwork spacing holding part 8 is arranged such that the holding part protruding piece 84 is placed on the formwork lower plate part 53 (formwork protruding piece) that protrudes from the lower end of the riser formwork 5 on the rear side to the front side. However, it does not have to be configured this way. Further, the upper end of the riser formwork 5 is located above the upper end of the riser 22, and the formwork spacing holding section 8 includes a front plate section 814, a first side plate section 812, a second side plate section 813 (a clamping section 85 ) is configured to sandwich the upper end of the riser formwork 5, but this need not be the case.
