Description
Claims (13)
- 体操のためのケトルベル器具(1)であって、前記ケトルベル器具は、
少なくとも1つの液体を含む充填材料(L)で満たされた内部空洞(13)を画定する実質的に球形のボディ(10)であって、前記ボディ(10)は、前記充填材料(L)を前記内部空洞(13)に導入するための少なくとも1つの密封可能な口を備え、前記ボディは、合成ゴムと天然ゴムとから選択されたポリマー材料でできた単一の可塑性の層で形成されると共に、使用中に、前記内部空洞(13)内の前記充填材料の有無に関わらず、前記ボディ(10)の形状を実質的に球形に保つように構成され、前記ボディ(10)は、使用中にその外面に衝撃、圧縮、または応力を受けたときに、弾性変形を維持するように構成されている、ボディ(10)と、
前記ボディ(10)の上部に固定された固いハンドル(20)であって、前記ハンドル(20)は、金属又はプラスチック材料からなる固体の単一ブロック要素でできている、ハンドル(20)と、

器具(1)。 - 前記充填材料は、前記内部空洞の体積の10~80%を占有する、

請求項1又は2に記載の器具(1)。 - 前記ボディ(10)の前記層の厚さは、3mm~7mmの間に含まれる、

請求項1-3のうちいずれか1つに記載の器具(1)。 - 前記ハンドル(20)は、熱可塑性若しくは熱硬化性のポリマーからできている、
ことを特徴とする、
請求項1-4のうちいずれか1つに記載の器具(1)。 - 前記ハンドル(20)は、握り部(21)と、前記握り部(21)から伸びる少なくとも1つの結合部(22)とを備え、
前記ボディは、前記結合部(22)を受容するのに適したシート(14)を備える、
ことを特徴とする、
請求項1-5のうちいずれか1つに記載の器具(1)。 - 前記シート(14)は、前記ボディ(10)の上部から延在して少なくとも前記結合部(22)の長さを受容するのに適した管状要素(15)を含む、
ことを特徴とする、
請求項6に記載の器具(1)。 - 前記管状要素(15)は、前記内部空洞(13)と液体連結されており、前記充填材料を前記内部空洞(13)に導入するための口としての役割を果たし、前記口は内部空洞(13)を満たした後で密封される、
ことを特徴とする、
請求項7に記載の器具(1)。 - 前記ハンドルは実質的にU字型であり、
前記握り部(21)は、前記ボディ(10)内のそれぞれのシートに内包された2つの結合部(22)の端部から横に延在する実質的に直線形の棒を備える、
ことを特徴とする、
請求項6-8のうちいずれか1つに記載の器具(1)。 - 前記結合部(22)は、前記管状要素(15)に挿入されるピン(22a)を備え、
前記ピン(22a)は、境界縁(23)により画定される、
ことを特徴とする、
請求項7又は8に記載の器具(1)。 - 前記充填材料は、前記液体中に散乱した固体粒子を含む、
ことを特徴とする、
請求項1-10のうちいずれか1つに記載の器具(1)。 - 前記ボディ(10)の材料は、少なくとも部分的に透明であり、その内部の前記充填材料の前記液体は、色付けされているか、又は不透明である、
ことを特徴とする、
請求項1-11のうちいずれか1つに記載の器具(1)。 - 前記ボディは、空気を前記内部空洞(13)に導入、又は前記内部空洞(13)から除去するためのバルブ(16)を備えて提供される、
