Claims (14)
- a.アンカー部品を画定する本体、
b.本体から延在するアンカー部品の突出部、及び
c.アンカー部品の前方で、全長に沿って及び後方で架橋により固定する硬化性生分解性複合材料
を備え、
突出部の断面をアンカー部品の前方端から後方端までの長さ方向に垂直な断面とし、本体の断面を突出部が設けられていない部分の長さ方向に垂直な断面とした場合に、突出部の断面直径が本体の断面直径よりも大きく、
突出部は、実質的に、後方の端部の断面直径が前方の端部の断面直径より大きい円錐形であり、
突出部の後方の端部の断面は、アンカー部品が挿入されるための多孔質の受容骨の骨腔よりも、アンカー部品を骨腔内に圧入可能な程度に大きく、
アンカー部品は、アンカー部品を硬化性生分解性複合材料が導入された骨腔内に導入するにつれ、突出部により硬化性生分解性複合材料を加圧し、多孔質の受容骨の孔内に押し込むように構成され、
