Description
本発明はダンネージ変換機に関し、より具体的には、コンパクトなスペースにおいてシートストック材料を比較的低密度のダンネージ製品に変換する機械及び方法に関する。
[背景技術]
シートストック材料をダンネージ製品に変換するため、種々の変換機が用いられている。装置は、空隙充填ダンネージ製品を生産する。空隙充填ダンネージ製品は、主に包装容器の空隙を充填して内容物が輸送中に動くことを抑制するために用いられる。
[発明の概要]
多くのダンネージ変換機は適したダンネージ製品を生産するが、既存のダンネージ変換機及びダンネージ製品がすべての用途に理想的であるとは言えない。本発明は、従来のダンネージ変換機と比較して、比較的ボリュームが小さい範囲内であって特に高さ寸法が縮小された範囲内で作動可能なダンネージ変換機を提供する。
Claims (13)
- シートストック材料がダンネージ変換機を通って下流に移動するにつれて、前記シートストック材料を比較的低密度のダンネージ製品に変換するダンネージ変換機であって、前記ダンネージ変換機は、
形成アセンブリであって、入口と、前記入口の下流にある相対的により小さい出口とを有する収束シュートを含み、前記収束シュートは、収束軸に沿って整列される、形成アセンブリと、
供給アセンブリであって、平行な回転軸を中心にそれぞれ回転可能な一対の回転可能部材を有し、前記回転可能部材は前記形成アセンブリからシートストック材料を供給するように配置され、前記回転可能部材は、前記回転軸を接続し、前記回転軸に垂直な線に垂直な供給軸を定める、供給アセンブリと、を備え、
前記収束軸は、前記供給軸と交差し、
前記形成アセンブリ及び前記供給アセンブリを上の位置で支持するスタンドを備え、前記供給軸が前記ダンネージ製品を前記供給アセンブリの下の包装台面上の位置に向ける、ように構成されており、
前記収束シュートは、前記収束軸と前記供給軸との間の内角の反対側に頂部側を有し、前記収束シュートは丸い断面を有し、前記収束シュートの前記頂部側は完全な丸い形状に満たない形状に切り取られる、

前記供給軸と前記収束軸との間の内角は、20度~90度である、
ダンネージ変換機。 - 請求項2に記載のダンネージ変換機であって、
前記内角は、30度~70度である、
ダンネージ変換機。 - 請求項2又は3に記載のダンネージ変換機であって、
前記内角は、40度~60度である、
ダンネージ変換機。 - 請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載のダンネージ変換機であって、
前記内角は固定される、
ダンネージ変換機。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のダンネージ変換機であって、
前記供給アセンブリは、前記形成アセンブリから前記回転可能部材の下流における位置まで前記シートストック材料の経路を結ぶガイドを含む、

前記回転可能部材は、前記回転可能部材の間のシートストック材料を係合するために、前記ガイドを越えて延在する、
