Claims (21)

- 少なくとも一方、典型的には両方のコアの部分の前記内面は、前記ガスケットによって画定される前記開口に最も近接する、前記内部絶縁層に接触する縁部において、円形リング状ガスケットでは前記内部絶縁層に接触する半径方向に最も内側の縁部において面取りされる、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のガスケット。
- 少なくとも1つのコアの部分の前記内面は、64マイクロインチ(1.63μm)未満の表面粗さRaを有する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のガスケット。
- 少なくとも1つのコアの部分の前記内面は、32マイクロインチ(0.81μm)未満の表面粗さRaを有する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のガスケット。
- 前記コアの部分は金属である、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のガスケット。
- 前記コアの部分は、鋼、典型的にはステンレス鋼、ハステロイC、モネル400、合金20、インコネル625、600又はX-750、混粒ステンレス鋼、チタン及びニッケル400から選択される適切な材料で作られる、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のガスケット。
- 前記内部絶縁層は、実質的に非圧縮性の又はほとんど圧縮しないポリマー材料を含むか又はそれからなり、及び前記シール表層材層は、圧縮可能な材料を含むか又はそれからなる、請求項2に記載のガスケット。
- 使用前の未圧縮時の前記シール表層材層の厚さは、少なくとも2の比によって前記内部絶縁層の厚さを超え、及び使用時に圧縮されたときの前記シール表層材層の厚さ対前記内部絶縁層の厚さの比は、少なくとも1.5である、請求項2又は10に記載のガスケット。
- 圧縮リングであって、前記コアによって画定された前記開口に配置され、且つ第2の開口をその中に画定する圧縮リングを含み、前記圧縮リングは、前記第2の開口を画定する内縁と、前記圧縮リングが前記コアの部分によって確実に保持されるように前記コアの部分に固定されるように設計された外側領域とを有する、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のガスケット。
- 前記圧縮リングの厚さは、前記剛性を有するコアと任意のシール表層材層とを合わせたものよりも大きく、それにより、前記圧縮リングは、前記コアとその任意のシール表層材層とを合わせたものよりも大きい程度まで圧縮するように動作可能である、請求項12に記載のガスケット。
- 前記圧縮リングは、2つの軸方向に変位された部分と、電荷漏れを防ぐためのそれらの間の誘電的により強い材料とに形成される、請求項12又は13に記載のガスケット。

- 外部部材を含み、前記外部部材は、前記コアの径方向外側に配置され、且つ前記コアに当接する、請求項1~16のいずれか一項に記載のガスケット。
- 前記上部及び前記下部の少なくとも一方は、1つ又は複数の凹部を含む、請求項1~17のいずれか一項に記載のガスケット。
- 前記圧縮リングは、前記上部及び前記下部の少なくとも一方の1つ又は複数の凹部に受け入れられるように構成された1つ又は複数の突起を含む、請求項12に記載のガスケット。
- 前記外部部材は、前記上部及び前記下部の少なくとも一方の1つ又は複数の凹部に受け入れられるように構成された1つ又は複数の突起を含む、請求項17に記載のガスケット。
- 請求項1~20のいずれか一項に記載のガスケットを製造する方法であって、
上部及び下部接合部分を有するコアであって、各部分は、開口を有し、及び各部分は、外面及び内面を有し、少なくとも1つの部分は、前記コアの部分の前記外面において前記開口の周りの同心鋸歯状部のセットを有する、コアを提供すること、
前記コアの部分間に内部絶縁層を配置すること、及び
前記上部及び下部の前記内面が、対向する構成であり、且つ前記内部絶縁層によって直接接触することを防止されるように、前記内部絶縁層を前記上部及び下部間に固定することを含む方法。
