Claims (2)
- 互いに隣接するように配置された一対の二次電池と、
前記一対の二次電池間に配置されたスペーサと、を備え、
前記一対の二次電池の各二次電池は、
それぞれが矩形状に形成されており、互いに対向するように配置された複数の電極と、 直方体形状に形成されており、前記複数の電極を収容するケースと、
前記ケース内に充填された電解液と、を含み、
前記スペーサは、弾性体からなり、
前記電極のアスペクト比は、10以下であり、かつ、前記スペーサのバネ定数は、0.03MPa/mm以上5.4MPa/mm以下であり、
前記一対の二次電池が並ぶ並び方向における前記ケースの厚みをdとし、
前記一対の二次電池間の距離をDとし、
前記スペーサの厚みがD-0.001dとなるまで前記一対の二次電池が圧縮されたときの前記スペーサの面圧をα1とし、
前記スペーサの厚みがD-0.002dとなるまで前記一対の二次電池が圧縮されたときの前記スペーサの面圧をα2とし、
(α2-α1)/d(0.002-0.001)=γ1とし、
前記スペーサの厚みがD-0.1dとなるまで前記一対の二次電池が圧縮されたときの前記スペーサの面圧をβ1とし、
前記スペーサの厚みがD-0.101dとなるまで前記一対の二次電池が圧縮されたときの前記スペーサの面圧をβ2とし、
(β2-β1)/d(0.101-0.1)=γ2としたとき、
前記スペーサは、0.03MPa/mm<γ1を満たし、かつ、5.4MPa/mm>γ2を満たす材料からなり、
互いに隣接する一対の前記二次電池の並び方向における前記ケースの膨張化率は、0.1%以上10%以下であり、
充電条件が4.25V、0.5C_CCCV,0.1Cカット、かつ、放電条件が2.8V,0.5Cのサイクルが500サイクル繰り返されたときの抵抗上昇率は、98.0%以上100.0%以下である、電池モジュール。 - 前記電極のアスペクト比は、1.5以上である、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
