Description

The present invention relates to a decorative box for a rolled body in which a resin sheet for packaging is wound around a core.

To prevent food from drying out or oxidizing, or to prevent the aroma of food from transferring to other foods, a wrap roll with a thin wrap film for food packaging wrapped around the core is used. Wrap rolls are generally used by being stored in a dedicated presentation case (see Patent Documents 1 and 2).

Although not shown, this type of cosmetic box includes a bottom plate on which a wrap roll is mounted, a front plate connected to the bottom plate and in contact with the wrap film of the wrap roll, and a back plate connected to the bottom plate and opposed to the front plate. A ceiling cover plate connected to this back plate and facing the bottom plate, a stacked body plate connected to this ceiling cover plate and facing the front plate, a side part of the bottom plate, a side part of the front plate, and a side of the back plate. A cutting blade for wrapping film is attached to the bottom plate.

The front plate is basically formed into a long and narrow rectangle, but if you want to cut the thin wrap film by making sure that it comes in contact with the cutting blade, both sides of the top are formed high, and the sides other than the sides of the top are slightly taller. This height allows the wrap film to be centered and aligned with the cutting blade. In addition, the cutting blade is linearly formed of metal or resin, and if it is made of metal, it is caulked to the bottom plate of the cosmetic case, and if it is made of resin, it is attached to the bottom plate of the cosmetic case with adhesive or super. Joined by sonic bonding. A wrap roll is manufactured by rewinding a predetermined length of wrap film from a thick rolled raw material onto a core.

In the above configuration, if you want to prevent food from drying out or oxidizing, first open the ceiling cover plate of the cosmetic case, pull out the required length of cling film from the wrap roll inside the cosmetic case, and then pull out the cling film from the wrap roll inside the cosmetic case. to coat and package food. Once the food is packaged in this way, the ceiling cover of the presentation box is closed, and the cutter blade of the presentation case is used to cut the pulled out wrap film from the sides in the width direction, thereby preventing the food from drying out or oxidizing. .

Conventional cosmetic boxes are constructed as described above, but when cutting the wrap film from the sides in the width direction, if there are irregular overlaps due to wrinkles on the sides of the wrap film, the wrap film will be cut off. There is a problem in that strong force is required to cut. Methods to solve this problem include (1) applying strong force to the wrap film, and (2) winding the wrap film around the core so that wrinkles do not form in the width direction. can give.

However, in the case of method (1), if you try to cut the wrap film by applying strong force, if the cutting blade is made of resin, the cutting blade will simply be joined by adhesive or ultrasonic bonding, so the cutting blade will be cut by applying a strong force. A new big problem arises in that it falls off the bottom plate of the box. In addition, in the case of method (2), it is necessary to take into account the thickness accuracy and winding tension of the wrap film of the thick roll, so it is realistic to wind the wrap film around the core without wrinkles. It is extremely difficult.

The present invention has been made in view of the above, and provides a decorative box for a rolled body that can smooth out the wrinkles of a resin sheet during cutting, suppress overlapping, and reduce the force acting on the resin sheet and the cutting member. The purpose is to

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention stores a rolled body in which a resin sheet is wound around a core in a cosmetic case, and the resin sheet pulled out from this rolled body can be cut with a cutting member. There it is,
The cosmetic box has a bottom plate on which the rolled body can be mounted, a front plate that is connected to the front of the bottom plate and can come into contact with the resin sheet of the rolled body, and a front plate that is connected to the rear of the bottom plate and can face the front plate. A back plate, a ceiling cover plate that is connected to this back plate and can face the bottom plate, a stacked body plate that is connected to this ceiling cover plate and can face the front plate, a side part of the bottom plate, and a side part of the front plate. , and a plurality of side plates capable of closing an opening defined by the side part of the back plate, a resin sheet cutting member is attached to the bottom plate, and its blade is exposed from the lower part of the front plate,
By setting a center point on both sides of the upper part of the front panel of the cosmetic case that can make contact with the ceiling cover plate, and drawing an arc around this center point, wrinkle smoothing parts gradually descend toward the adjacent side panels. The resin sheet is curved into a smooth arcuate fillet , the radius of the wrinkle smoothing part is set to 1 mm or more and 12 mm or less, and the side part of the resin sheet pulled out from the rolled body is brought into contact with the wrinkle smoothing part. It is characterized by smoothing out the wrinkles on the sides .

In addition, the first flaps adjacent to the wrinkle smoothing part are connected to both sides of the front plate, and the second flaps that overlap the first flaps are connected to both sides of the back plate, and these plurality of flaps are connected to both sides of the front plate. A substantially continuous small hole for adhesive is formed in at least one of the first and second flaps, and side plates that are bonded to at least one of the first and second flaps are provided on both sides of the bottom plate. Can be connected.
In addition, the cutting member is formed into a plate using biodegradable resin, a plurality of blades are formed in the longitudinal direction of at least one side of both sides of the cutting member, and the cutting member is bonded to the front longitudinal direction of the bottom plate. Bonding can be done by adhesive or ultrasonic bonding.

In addition, the stacked body plate is divided into a body piece that is connected to the ceiling cover plate and overlaps the front plate, and an unsealable peeling piece that is connected to this body piece through a plurality of substantially continuous small holes, and is separated from the front plate. A plurality of adhesive parts are formed on one of the pieces, and a cutout is formed in the unsealed peeling piece to partially follow the periphery of at least some of the plurality of adhesive parts. You can also make it so that

Here, the resin sheet in the claims includes resin sheets made of polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinylidene chloride, etc., as well as thin resin films. Further, although the cutting blade is mainly made of resin, it may also be made of metal that can be caulked. Furthermore, the roll-up decorative box can be changed in top, bottom, front, back, left, and right depending on the mode of use, and it does not particularly matter whether it is for home or business use.

According to the present invention, when the ceiling cover plate of the cosmetic case is opened and the resin sheet is pulled out from the rolled body, the side portions in the width direction of the resin sheet are guided by the wrinkle smoothing portion of the cosmetic case in the direction of the adjacent side plate. I'm drawn to it. This tension stretches the wrinkles of the resin sheet and suppresses the occurrence of overlapping due to the wrinkles.

According to the present invention, the wrinkles of the resin sheet are smoothed out by bringing the resin sheet pulled out from the rolled body into contact with the wrinkle smoothing section, so that the wrinkles of the resin sheet are smoothed out during cutting, suppressing overlapping, and the resin sheet This has the effect of being able to reduce the force acting on the cutting member. In addition, since the wrinkle smoothing section can be formed into a smooth circular arc fillet with no step that gradually descends toward the adjacent side panels of the cosmetic case, the side part of the resin sheet is caught in the wrinkle smoothing section. The sides of the resin sheet are less likely to tear.
Moreover, since the radius of the wrinkle smoothing part is in the range of 1 mm or more and 12 mm or less, the contact area between the wrinkle smoothing part and the resin sheet is prevented from becoming narrower, and a suitable wrinkle smoothing effect can be expected. Further, it is possible to prevent wrinkles from forming due to excessive contact of the resin sheet with the wrinkle smoothing portion. In addition, smooth circular arc wrinkle smoothing parts with no steps are formed on both sides of the top of the front panel, so no matter which hand is holding the cosmetic case, the wrinkles in the resin sheet are smoothed out and overlaps are suppressed when cutting. This makes it possible to facilitate cutting operations.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, even if the cutting member is made of biodegradable resin, the wrinkle smoothing effect of the wrinkle smoothing section can prevent the cutting member from falling off the bottom plate of the cosmetic case. In addition, if the cutting member is made of biodegradable resin, it is safer than metal. Furthermore, the cutting member is eventually decomposed into water and carbon dioxide by the action of microorganisms, so it can be separated and disposed of. is safe and easy.

The inner flaps 6 and 6A of the front plate 5 and the back plate 8 may have the same size and length, but may be changed as necessary. For example, the inner flap 6 of the front plate 5 may be formed short and the inner flap 6A of the back plate 8 may be formed long, or conversely, the inner flap 6 of the front plate 5 may be formed long and the inner flap 6A of the back plate 8 may be formed long. is formed short.

The ceiling cover plate 9 is formed to have the same size and length as the bottom plate 2, and is supported in contact with the upper end of the front plate 5, thereby dividing a space in which the wrap roll 20 is stored, facing the inner surface of the bottom plate 2. Form. If the side plates 17 are not connected to the bottom plate 2, the side plates 17 have fold lines on both sides of the short sides of the ceiling cover plate 9, provided that this does not interfere with the drawing out of the wrap film 22 of the wrap roll 20. are connected to each other so that they can be bent.

The stacked body plate 10 includes an elongated body piece 11 that is connected to the front end of the ceiling cover plate 9 and overlaps the surface of the front plate 5, and an elongated body piece 11 that is connected to the front end of this body piece 11 via a horizontally long perforation 12. A plurality of adhesive parts 14 are formed in the longitudinal direction of the back surface of the unsealing peeling piece 13, and are lined up at predetermined intervals to be adhered to the surface of the front plate 5 with an adhesive. The adhesive portion 14 is divided into approximately circular or rectangular shapes, and a predetermined adhesive is applied to the adhesive portion 14 .

Approximately triangular notches 15 are formed at both ends of the perforation 12, if necessary, to facilitate separation of the body piece 11 and the unsealing peeling piece 13. Further, at least in the longitudinal direction of the unsealing peeling piece 13, cutouts 16 are formed at predetermined intervals and partially along the periphery of at least some of the plurality of bonded sections 14. By the pressing operation using the notch 16, the spaces between the plurality of adhesive parts 14 of the peel-off piece 13 are partially lifted up, and the peel-off piece 13 is gradually and easily peeled off from the surface of the front plate 5.

Such a stacked body plate 10 is constructed by peeling off the unsealing peeling piece 13 from the front plate 5 through the plurality of notches 15, and removing the unsealing peeling piece 13 from the body piece 11 along the perforations 12. , the body piece 11 becomes swingable and the ceiling cover plate 9 can be opened. When the ceiling cover plate 9 can be opened, the wrap roll 20 stored in the cosmetic case 1 can be handled freely, and the wrap film 22 of the wrap roll 20 can be pulled out by a predetermined length.

Each side plate 17 is formed into a rectangular shape with a size corresponding to the opening side of the cosmetic case 1, and is bendably connected to the short side of the bottom plate 2 via a fold line. adjacent to the wrinkle smoothing section 30 during box manufacturing). A tapered tongue flap 18 that overlaps the back side of the ceiling cover plate 9 is bendably connected to the tip of each side plate 17 via a fold line, and these side plates 17 and the tongue flap 18 are connected to the L when the cosmetic case 1 is assembled. bent into a letter shape.

The cosmetic box 1 having the above configuration is formed by punching coated cardboard, which is paperboard for folding cartons, and includes a bottom plate 2, a front plate 5, each inner flap 6, a back plate 8, each inner flap 6A, a ceiling cover plate 9, A predetermined design that enhances product value is printed on the entire visible surface (outer surface) of the stacked body plate 10, each side plate 17, and each tongue flap 18, as necessary.

As shown in FIG. 2, the wrap roll 20 includes a winding core 21 that is slightly shorter than the bottom plate 2 of the cosmetic case 1, and a transparent strip-shaped wrap film 22 is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the winding core 21 for about 20 to 50 m, or It is wound around 50m to 110m, and is stored in the gift box 1 so that it can rotate freely. The winding core 21 is formed into a cylindrical shape using a predetermined paper, and is exposed from both sides 23 of the wrapped wrap film 22 .

The wrap film 22 is formed into a flexible thin film using, for example, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which has excellent heat resistance, water resistance, adhesiveness, etc., a softener, a stabilizer, etc. After being pulled out for a predetermined length across the upper end and the wrinkle smoothing part 30, it is cut from either the left or right side part 23 by the cutting blade 3 of the presentation case 1, and is used for food packaging.

Regarding the relationship between the lengths of the cosmetic case 1 and the wrap roll 20, generally, when the length of the cosmetic case 1 is between 231 mm and 235 mm, the wrap film width of the wrap roll 20 is 22 cm, and the wrap film width of the wrap roll 20 is 22 cm. When the length of the box 1 is 311 mm or more and 318 mm or less, the wrap film width of the wrap roll 20 is set to 30 cm. Further, when the length of the cosmetic case 1 is 463 mm or more and 466 mm or less, the wrap film width of the wrap roll 20 is set to 45 cm.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the pair of wrinkle smoothing parts 30 are punched and formed on both sides of the upper end of the front plate 5 of the cosmetic case 1, adjacent to the inner flap 6 and the side plate 17 during assembly, and are placed on the wrap roll. By slidingly contacting both side parts 23 of the wrap film 22 pulled out from the wrap film 20, the wrap film 22 functions to guide the side parts 23 of the wrap film 22 outward, smooth out wrinkles at least on the side parts 23, and prevent irregular overlapping. . Each wrinkle smoothing portion 30 has a center point CP near the upper side of the front plate 5, and by drawing an arc around this center point CP, the wrinkle smoothing portion 30 is directed toward the adjacent inner flap 6 or the side plate 17 during assembly. It is curved into a smooth fillet that gradually descends according to the shape of the fillet.

As shown in FIG. 5, the radius r of the wrinkle smoothing section 30 is determined from the viewpoint of appropriately smoothing out the wrinkles on the side part 23 of the wrap film 22, regardless of the height of the cosmetic case 1 (the height of the front plate 5). The range is 1 mm or more and 13 mm or less, preferably 1 mm or more and 12 mm or less, and more preferably 8 mm or more and 10 mm or less. This is because if the radius r of the wrinkle smoothing section 30 is less than 1 mm, the sliding contact area between the wrinkle smoothing section 30 and the wrap film 22 becomes narrow, and a sufficient wrinkle smoothing effect cannot be expected from experimental results. . On the other hand, if the radius r of the wrinkle smoothing section 30 exceeds 13 mm, experimental results show that the wrap film 22 will come into excessive sliding contact with the wrinkle smoothing section 30, resulting in wrinkles.

In the above configuration, when pulling out the wrap film 22 from the cosmetic case 1 to prevent food from drying out or oxidizing, as shown in FIG. Open the ceiling cover plate 9 of the cosmetic case 1 facing upward, pull out the wrap film 22 to the required length from the wrap roll 20, close the ceiling cover plate 9 of the cosmetic case 1, and then tilt the cosmetic case 1 outward. The food is covered and wrapped with the wrap film 22 that is pulled out.

At this time, the wrap film 22 is pulled out while the both side parts 23 are guided by the curved sides of the wrinkle smoothing part 30 and pulled toward the outer side plate 17. Such tension stretches the wrinkles of the wrap film side portion 23 and effectively prevents the occurrence of irregular overlapping caused by the wrinkles, so that the wrap film 22 faces the linear cutting blade 3 as a surface, and the wrap film 22 becomes really easy to cut.

After the food is covered and packaged with the wrap film 22, the wrap film 22 facing the cutting blade 3 of the bottom plate 2 is pressed against the side part 23 and cut from the side part 23, so that the wrapping work is quickly completed and the food is not dried or oxidized. can be prevented.

According to the above configuration, the wrinkle smoothing section 30 of the cosmetic case 1 smoothes the wrinkles of the wrap film side portion 23 and eliminates the overlap, thereby reducing the force required for cutting the wrap film 22 by the linear cutting blade 3. I can do it. Therefore, even if the cutting blade 3 is made of resin and simply joined to the bottom plate 2, the cutting blade 3 can be effectively prevented from falling off the bottom plate 2 of the cosmetic case 1. Further, there is no need to wind the wrap film 22 around the core 21 without wrinkles, and there is no need to particularly change the winding state of the wrap film 22, so there is no need to change the existing rewinding equipment.

Furthermore, since the wrinkle smoothing section 30 is a smooth arc without irregularities or steps, it is possible to prevent the wrapping film side section 23 from being damaged and hindering the packaging operation. Furthermore, when the cutting blade 3 is made of biodegradable resin, it is safer than metal, and separation and disposal after use is also safe and easy.

Incidentally, a plurality of saw blades 4 may be continuously formed in the longitudinal direction on both sides of the cutting blade 3 of the above embodiment. Further, in the above embodiment, the wrinkle smoothing portions 30 are formed on both sides of the upper part of the front plate 5 of the cosmetic case 1, but the wrinkle smoothing portions 30 are not limited thereto. For example, the wrinkle smoothing part 30 may be formed only on one side of the upper part of the front plate 5, if necessary. Further, a plurality of perforations 7 may be formed horizontally or lined up at an angle on the surfaces of the inner flaps 6 and 6A.

Further, a plurality of adhesive portions 14 may be formed side by side at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the back surface of the peel-off piece 13, but a plurality of adhesive portions 14 may be formed side by side at predetermined intervals on the surface of the front plate 5. You can also do that. Furthermore, cutouts 16 may be formed at predetermined intervals at least along the longitudinal direction of the surface of the peel-off piece 13, partially along the periphery of all the adhesive parts 14.

Figure 0007429526000001

[Results]
In the case of Examples 1, 2, and 3, the wrinkle smoothing part of the cosmetic case smoothed out the wrinkles on the sides of the wrap film to some extent, so the force required to cut the wrap film was reduced compared to the conventional method, and the force was sufficient for practical use. It turned out to be effective. In addition, in the case of Examples 4 and 5, the area of sliding contact between the wrinkle smoothing section and the wrap film was expanded, and the wrinkle smoothing section appropriately smoothed out the wrinkles on the sides of the wrap film, thereby eliminating the wrinkles. By eliminating these wrinkles, it was possible to significantly reduce the force required to cut the wrap film.

On the other hand, in the case of Comparative Example 1, the wrinkle smoothing part was not punched out on the front panel of the cosmetic case, and the conventional cosmetic case was used as is, so the wrinkles that occurred on the sides of the wrap film could not be smoothed out at all. As a result, strong force had to be applied to cut the wrap film. In addition, in the case of Comparative Examples 2 and 3, although the wrinkle smoothing part was formed by punching, the radius of the wrinkle smoothing part was not in the range of 1 mm or more and 13 mm or less, so the wrinkles on the side part of the wrap film could not be smoothed out by the wrinkle smoothing part. First, it was not possible to reduce the force required to cut the wrap film compared to the conventional method.
