Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to body shape correcting clothing with a hip correcting function.

Traditionally, highly elastic pants were comfortable and comfortable to wear, but the silhouette was not very flattering. In particular, because the abdomen and buttocks were not compressed, the body shape was exposed and often spoiled the beauty. Furthermore, it was possible to adjust the body shape by wearing corrective underwear such as girdles under the pants, but these gave a strong feeling of pressure and were not comfortable to wear. In order to solve these problems, many pants and skirts that aim to correct body shape have recently appeared by sewing elastic linings onto the backs of pants and skirts using sewing machines.

In addition, pants with a stretch lining made of stretchable fabric are placed below the hips on the left and right rear bodies to promote a hip-lifting function (for example, see Patent Documents 1 to 3), and darts and three-dimensional Pants (for example, see Patent Document 4) have also been disclosed that are provided with structured pockets to enhance the three-dimensional appearance of the hip region.

特開2005-256219号公報Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2005-256219 特開2006-188798号公報Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2006-188798 特開2005-154997号公報Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2005-154997 特開2012-31560号公報JP2012-31560A

However, with the pants using the techniques disclosed in Patent Documents 1 to 3, which have an elastic stretch lining placed on the lower hip area of the back body, the same effect as wearing shapewear can be obtained, but the comfort while wearing them and the ease of putting them on and taking them off are poor. It was inferior in terms of ease of use.
Furthermore, although it is possible to form a three-dimensional shape with the pants in which darts and pockets are arranged in the hip region of Patent Document 4, it is not possible to locally apply pressure, and the body shape adjustment performance is poor. Ta.

Furthermore, among the pants with corrective fabric sold on the market, those with lining sewn on the sides only on the back or front body can cause the sewn areas to tighten as they are worn, resulting in an unsightly appearance. It had the disadvantage of being damaged.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to improve the shortcomings of the prior art and to provide pants that have an excellent hip correction effect and are comfortable to wear.

The body shape shaping clothing of the present invention that can achieve the above-mentioned problems has the following configuration.
It consists of a main body of clothing including at least a front body and a back body, and the back body is composed of a plurality of back body parts joined together, and is a straight line that connects the midpoint of the rise line and the side line, and is parallel to the wading line. A body shape having an irregular joint where at least the grain direction of the ground does not match at the joint boundary between the back body parts or within the back body parts in the lower part of the rise region, which is the region between the midline and the wading line. It is corrective clothing.

According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain body shape correcting clothing that looks the same as normal clothing, has a hip correcting effect, and is more comfortable to wear.

(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 is a rear view of body shape shaping clothing according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a partially exploded view of the body shaping clothing shown in FIG. 1. FIG. 3 is a partially exploded view of the body shape shaping clothing shown in FIG. 1 from another angle. FIG. 4 is a developed view of the front body parts and back body parts of the body shape correcting clothing shown in FIG. 1. FIG. 5 is a partially enlarged view of the back body parts of FIG. 4 after being joined.

Body shaping clothing 1 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention includes a front body 3, a back body 2, and a belt portion 9. The left and right front body parts 3 and back body parts 2 are joined at a center line 5 and a side line 4, respectively. The rise regions 10 of the left and right rear bodies 2 are joined at a rise line 5a, and a fastener (not shown) is provided on the rise line 5a of the rise regions 10 of the left and right front bodies 3. Further, the back body 2 and the front body 3 are joined to a belt portion 9 at a waist line 7. In this specification, the crotch region 10 refers to the region from the waist of a human body when worn, passing through the hips and reaching the base of the buttock groove.

The back body 2 is constructed by joining three back body parts 2a, 2b, and 2c. As shown in FIG. 4, a hollowed out portion 2d, which is formed by hollowing out the fabric of the back body 2, is formed between the back body parts 2b and 2c. Each boundary line between the back body parts 2b and 2c constituting the hollowed out part 2d is hollowed out so that the radii of curvature of some of the opposing parts are different. In addition, in this embodiment, the back body 2 is composed of three back body parts 2a, 2b, and 2c, but is not limited to this and may be composed of more parts. .

In the body shape correcting clothing 1, the back body parts 2a, 2b, 2c, the front body 3, and the belt part 9 are joined at a joint.
Preferred forms of the joint include sewing by a sewing machine, adhesion, fusing, knotting with a molding knitting machine, and the like. As an example of a preferable form, a sewing method in which the stitches follow the fabric, such as zigzag stitch, interlock stitch, overlock stitch, or backstitch using a sewing machine, is preferable. More preferably, a sewing thread with high elongation, such as a polyester wooly thread, a nylon wooly thread, or a resilon thread, is used as the sewing thread for sewing, since the elongation follows the elongation of the clothing body.

The back body 2 has a so-called irregular joint 2e, which is a joint where the grain direction between the back body parts 2b and 2c does not match at the joint boundary of the joint between the back body parts 2b and 2c.

In this specification, the grain 11 refers to the longitudinal direction of the material that constitutes the body shaping clothing 1. When the material constituting the body shaping clothing 1 is a woven or knitted fabric, the warp direction or wale direction becomes the grain 11 of the ground. By providing an irregular joint 2e at the joint boundary between the back body parts 2b and 2c, a flat fabric can be shaped three-dimensionally to match the shape of the human body, and the grain direction changes at the irregular joint 2e. This makes it easier to obtain localized pressure.

The irregular joint 2e is provided in the rise area 10 of the back body 2, and is located between the rise midpoint 5c of the rise line 5a, that is, the rise midpoint 5c of the rise line 5a from the lowest rise point 5b to the waist line 7, and the side line. 4, and is preferably provided in the lower crotch region 10a, which is the area between the intermediate line 6a parallel to the wading line 6 and the wading line 6. By providing the irregular joint 2e in the lower crotch area 10a, it becomes easier to ensure a shape that follows the roundness of the hips and to adjust the strength of local pressure. In addition, in this specification, the wading line 6 is a straight line extending from the lowest point 5b of the rise, perpendicular to the grain 11 of the ground, and touching the side line 4.

By changing the radius of curvature of at least a portion of the opposing shapes of the back body parts 2b and 2c to be joined, the irregular joint portion 2e can obtain a boundary where the grain directions do not match after joining.
It is preferable that the end portions of the joints of the back body parts 2b and 2c are joints whose grain directions match. Since both ends of the irregular joint portion 2e are joint portions 2f having the same grain direction, there are few irregularities and doubling of the ends, which is suitable for excellent sewing performance. Therefore, it is preferable that the hollow portion 2d is provided only at the center of the joint between the back body parts 2b and 2c.

It is possible to give clothing a three-dimensional shape by using darts or tucks, but with tucks, the grain direction of the parts at the boundary of the joint matches each other, so it is possible to apply equal force in the same direction to the joining area. In addition, since the joint direction is a straight line, the ground grain direction of the parts at the joint boundary are all the same, and it is difficult to form a bent shape. Poor correction function.
On the other hand, with darts, in addition to the fact that the grain directions of the parts at the joint boundary do not match, the amount of hollowing decreases toward the end point of the dart. It is difficult to apply localized and irregular pressure such as matching the ground grain direction of parts and changing the ground grain direction of parts at the joint boundary to a desired position, and the hip correction function is difficult to apply. inferior to
More preferably, the angle between at least some of the opposing ground grains at the boundary of the irregular joint 2e is in the range of 10 degrees to 90 degrees.
For example, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the angle between the ground grains can be measured by measuring the angle between the warp threads of the back body parts 2b and 2c, bordering on the irregular joint 2e or the joint 2f. .

In the body shaping garment 1 of the present invention, the material of the front body 3 and/or the back body 2 of the garment body is preferably a woven or knitted fabric that is stretchable in the vertical and/or horizontal directions. By using a stretchable woven or knitted fabric, more significant effects can be achieved in terms of comfort, athletic functionality, and aesthetics.

The material of the body shaping clothing 1 of the present invention may be either spun yarn or filament yarn, and can be selected according to preference.

As stretchable woven or knitted fabrics, use stretch fabrics made by mixing polyurethane fibers (elastic fibers) with natural fibers such as cotton or wool, recycled fibers such as rayon, or synthetic fibers such as acrylic fibers or polyester fibers. I can do it. In addition, without using elastic fibers, for example, two types of polyester polymers, which are polyesters mainly composed of polytrimethylene terephthalate (hereinafter abbreviated as PPT), are used in at least one of the warp yarn and the weft yarn to increase the fiber length. A polyester stretch fabric using multifilament composite fibers bonded side-by-side along the fibers may also be used.

By using the above-mentioned stretch fabric in the body shaping garment 1 of the present invention, remarkable effects are exhibited in terms of wearing comfort, athletic functionality, aesthetic appearance, etc. The material used for the body shape correcting clothing 1 preferably has an elongation rate in at least one of the vertical and horizontal directions of 5% or more and 80% or less under a load of 1.5 kg, and has an elongation recovery rate of 60% or more. is preferable from the viewpoint of wearing comfort and prevention of deformation.

In this specification, the elongation rate refers to the degree of elongation of the woven or knitted fabric, and the larger this value is, the easier it is to follow the movements of the body when wearing the body shape shaping clothing 1, and the easier it is to put on and take off. be. If the elongation rate of the material of the body shape correcting clothing 1 is less than 5%, there is a problem that the elongation is low, making it uncomfortable and difficult to move when worn.On the other hand, if the elongation rate is more than 80%, it will fit the body, but the silhouette of the body will be affected. It tends to appear on the surface, and the appearance is inferior. More preferably, it is in the range of 15% to 40%.

The elongation rate was measured based on the strip method of method A (constant speed elongation method) of JISL 1096 "Testing methods for general woven fabrics."
That is, the method for measuring the elongation rate is as follows. Three test pieces of 5 cm x 30 cm were taken in the vertical and horizontal directions, and using a constant speed extension type tensile tester with an automatic recording device, the grip distance was set to 20 cm, and the test pieces were gripped to remove slack and tension. Fix it. The sheet was stretched to 14.7 N (1.5 kg) at a pulling speed of 20 cm/min, the grip interval was measured, and the elongation rate LA (%) was determined using the following formula, and expressed as the average of the three sheets.
Elongation rate LA (%) = [(L1-L)/L] x 100
L: Grasp interval (mm)
L1: Grip interval when extended to 14.7N (mm)

In this specification, the elongation recovery rate refers to the degree of recovery in which the fabric that has been stretched due to body movements quickly returns to its original state. It does not lose its shape easily, and its shape does not easily change before and after wearing. In the body shaping garment 1 of the present invention, the elongation recovery rate of the material is preferably 60% or more, more preferably 80% or more. If it is lower than 60%, the stretch of the fabric in convex parts of the body such as the buttocks and knees will not recover and the material will become stretched, impairing its aesthetic appearance.

The elongation recovery rate was measured based on the strip method of Method A (repeated constant speed elongation method) of JISL 1096 "Testing Methods for General Textile Fabrics".
That is, the method for measuring the elongation recovery rate is as follows. Three test pieces of 5 cm x 30 cm were taken in the vertical and horizontal directions, and using a constant speed extension type tensile tester with an automatic recording device, the grip distance was set to 20 cm, and the test pieces were gripped to remove slack and tension. Fix it. It is stretched to 80% of the elongation rate (LA in the previous section) determined separately at a pulling speed of 20 cm/min, left for 1 minute, returned to its original position at the same speed, and left for 3 minutes. After repeating this operation 10 times, it is stretched again at the same speed to a load greater than the initial load. The residual elongation was measured from the recorded load-elongation curve, and the elongation recovery rate LB (%) was determined by the following formula, and expressed as the average of three sheets.
Elongation recovery rate LB (%) = [(Lb1-Lb)/Lb] x 100
Lb: Length on the chart corresponding to 80% elongation of elongation rate LA (mm)
Lb1: Length of chart corresponding to residual elongation after 10 repeated elongations (mm)

In the body shaping clothing 1 of the present invention, it is preferable that the rate of change in the distance between the waist and the buttocks in a standing position before and after wearing is -3% or less. If the rate of change in the distance between the waist and the buttocks is -3% or less, it is recognized as having a body shape adjustment effect.
The distance between the waist and the buttocks in a standing position before and after wearing the body shape correcting clothing 1 can be measured using a three-dimensional measuring instrument manufactured by Sun Engineering Co., Ltd., and the rate of change before and after wearing it was determined by the following formula. .
Rate of change (%) = (Distance between waist and buttock groove after wearing - Distance between waist and buttock groove before wearing) / Distance between waist and buttock groove before wearing x 100

In the body shaping garment 1 of the present invention, it is preferable that the rate of change in the angle between the buttock groove and the thigh in a standing posture before and after wearing is -3% or less. If the rate of change in the distance between the buttock groove and the thigh is -3% or less, it is recognized as having a hip correction effect.
The angle between the buttock groove and the thigh in a standing position before and after wearing the body shape correcting garment 1 can be measured using a three-dimensional measuring instrument manufactured by Sun Engineering Co., Ltd., and the rate of change before and after wearing it was determined by the following formula.
Rate of change (%) = (Angle between the buttock groove and thigh after wearing - Angle between the buttock groove and thigh before wearing) / Angle between the buttock groove and thigh before wearing x 100

The body shaping clothing 1 according to the first embodiment is provided with a reinforcing portion 8 that enhances local pressure. FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating a reinforcing portion of the body shape shaping clothing shown in FIG. 1. As shown in FIG. 6, the reinforcing portion 8 includes a first reinforcing material 8a shown in FIG. 6(a) and a second reinforcing material 8b shown in FIG. 6(b). In the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6(c), the second reinforcing material 8b is laminated on the first reinforcing material 8a, but the second reinforcing material 8b is not limited to this. The reinforcing material 8b may be laminated on the back body 2. More preferably, the second reinforcing material 8b is disposed between the first reinforcing material 8a and the back body 2 so that the presence of the second reinforcing material 8b is difficult to notice. Note that the body shape shaping clothing 1 of the present invention may not include the reinforcing portion 8. FIG. 7 is a rear view of body shape shaping clothing according to a modification of Embodiment 1 of the present invention. Body shape shaping clothing 1A shown in FIG. 7 has the same configuration as body shape shaping clothing 1 except that it does not include reinforcing portion 8.

At least a part of the reinforcing part 8 is arranged in the crotch area 10 from the wading line 6 to the waist line 7 of the back body 2, so that it can cover the hip area of the human body when worn and reinforce pressure on the hip area. preferable. More preferably, at least 50% or more of the total area of the reinforcing portion 8 is disposed in the crotch region 10. When the area of the reinforcing portion 8 disposed in the crotch region 10 is less than 50%, the pressurizing area of the hip portion is small and the hip correction performance is poor.

Further, it is preferable that the reinforcing portion 8 is disposed so as to cover at least a portion of the irregular joint portion 2e. By arranging the reinforcing portion 8 to cover the irregular joint 2e, the irregular joint 2e is less noticeable in appearance, and it is easy to maintain an appearance similar to normal clothing. A more suitable coverage of the irregular joint portion 2e by the reinforcing portion 8 is 50% or more of the length of the irregular joint portion 2e.

The reinforcing portion 8 may be attached by any method such as sewing by a sewing machine, joining with a molded knitting machine, gluing, or fusing, but sewing by a sewing machine is preferable in terms of washing durability, texture, and workability. preferable.

The material of the first reinforcing member 8a is not particularly limited, but considering the dimensional stability, good compatibility with the material, and the fact that the presence of the reinforcing part 8 is difficult to notice when wearing the body shape correcting clothing 1, the material of the first reinforcing member 8a is not particularly limited. It is preferable that the material is the same as that of the front body 3 and/or the back body 2 of the main body.

The second reinforcing material 8b is preferably made of a material with a lower elongation rate than the first reinforcing material 8a. As a result, it is possible to further increase the pressing force in the three-layer region in which the back body 2 and the reinforcing portion 8 made up of the first reinforcing material 8a and the second reinforcing material 8b are laminated, resulting in excellent hip compensation performance. suitable. The preferable elongation range of the second reinforcing material 8b is 1% or more and 20% or less in the strip method of method A (constant speed elongation method) of JISL 1096 "General Textile Fabric Testing Methods".

The area of the second reinforcing material 8b is preferably smaller than the area of the first reinforcing material 8a. With this configuration, there is a region of only one layer of the back body 2 without the reinforcing part 8, a region of two layers in which the back body 2 and the first reinforcing material 8a are laminated, and a region of the back body 2 and the first reinforcement layer. A three-layer region in which the material 8a and the second reinforcing material 8b are laminated, that is, three types of laminated structures can be obtained. In the resulting laminated structure, the pressure increases in proportion to the number of layers, so the area where you want to increase the pressure the most has a three-layer structure, the area where you want to increase the pressure a little has a two-layer structure, and the area where normal pressure is applied is a two-layer structure. By having a single layer structure, local pressure can be applied to a predetermined region, and the correction function can be further enhanced.

The second reinforcing material 8b is preferably provided in the lower part of the crotch area 10a from the intermediate line 6a parallel to the wading line 6, so that the pressure to push upward the lower part of the hip area where the hip thickness is concentrated is more effective. It is suitable for increasing.

In this embodiment, the reinforcing part 8 is composed of a first reinforcing material 8a and a second reinforcing material 8b, but is not limited to this, and can be composed of one reinforcing material or three or more reinforcing materials. It may also be constructed from a reinforcing material.

In the body shaping garment 1 of the present invention, the reinforcing portion 8 has its bottom and left and right sides joined to the back body 2, functions as a pocket with an open top, and is arranged symmetrically on the left and right rear body 2. From the viewpoint of the appearance of covering the irregular joint part 2e and the viewpoint of providing functionality as a pocket, it is preferable to arrange the reinforcing part 8 on the outside of the back body 2, but the reinforcement part 8 is not limited to this. 8 may be placed inside the back body 2 in contact with the human body.

The body shape correcting clothing 1 of the present invention has the back body 2 and the front body 3 configured so that the dimensions in the hip region are smaller than the human body dimensions of the wearer, so that the hip region of the clothing main body stretches when worn and the accompanying pressure is applied. can be obtained.
As a preferable dimensional design, the total dimension of the intermediate line 6a of the front body 3 and the back body 2 is set to a specific clothing size defined by a specific clothing standard (however, the total dimension of the intermediate line 6a of the front body 3 and the back body 2 is is shorter than the median value of the hip size range (which is the clothing standard and clothing size used as a reference when designing the clothing).

Here, the specific clothing size defined by the specific clothing standard refers to the clothing standard and clothing size that were used as a reference when designing the body shape correcting clothing 1.
Examples of clothing standards include JISL4002 (1997 edition) and 4003 (1997 edition) ``Sizes of clothing for boys (girls)'', JISL4004 (2001 edition) and 4005 (2001 edition) ``Sizes of clothing for adult women (boys)'' , JISL 4006 (1998 edition) "Foundation size", and JASPO standard sizes (adult men, adult women, juniors) defined by the Japan Sporting Goods Industry Association (JASPO). The clothing size may be expressed by any display method such as body type classification display, singular display, range display, etc. For example, when designing the body shaping clothing of the present invention based on the range indication M size of JISL4004 (2001 edition) "Adult female clothing sizes", the hip size range of that standard is 87 to 95 cm, so The median hip measurement range for a specific clothing size defined by the clothing standards is 91 cm.

In addition, the body shape correcting clothing 1 of the present invention may have a specification in which the side line 4 does not have a joining part and the boundary between the back body and the front body is integrated. Further, a waist belt may be provided, or a gusseted cloth may be provided below the crotch line 5a to improve mobility. In addition, the length of the clothing itself can be long, half-length, short to the wading line, etc.

(Embodiment 2)
Next, body shape shaping clothing according to Embodiment 2 will be described. FIG. 8 is a rear view of body shape shaping clothing according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention. FIG. 9 is a partially exploded view of the body shaping clothing shown in FIG. 8. FIG. 10 is a partially exploded view of the body shape shaping clothing shown in FIG. 8 from another angle. FIG. 11 is a developed view of the front body and the back body of the body shape correcting clothing shown in FIG. 8. Below, the main differences between the body shape shaping clothing 1B according to the second embodiment and the body shape shaping clothing 1 of the first embodiment will be explained.

In the body shaping clothing 1B, the back body 2B is constructed by joining two back body parts 2a and 2g. As shown in FIG. 11, the back body part 2g has a hollowed out part 2d' formed by hollowing out the fabric. The hollowed out part 2d' has a shape that constitutes the hollowed out part 2d, that is, straight lines 2j-1 and 2j-2, and straight line 2j-3, with respect to the straight line 2h connecting the joint ends shown by the dotted line in FIG. and 2j-4 are hollowed out asymmetrically.

In the back body 2B, the joint between the two back body parts 2a and 2g is a normal joint where the grain direction of the ground matches. On the other hand, the joint where the opposing straight lines 2j-1 and 2j-2 and the straight lines 2j-3 and 2j-4 of the hollowed out part 2d' formed in the lower rise region 10a of the back body part 2g are joined, This is an irregular joint 2e' in which the grain directions do not match at the joint boundary. By forming the hollowed part 2d' so that the straight lines 2j-1 and 2j-2 constituting the hollowed part 2d' are asymmetrical to the straight lines 2j-3 and 2j-4, it is possible to You can get boundaries that do not match.

By providing an irregular joint 2e' in the lower rise region 10a of the back body part 2g with a hollowed part 2d' having an asymmetrical shape with respect to the straight line 2h connecting the joining ends, flat fabric can be transformed into a human body. It is possible to obtain body shape shaping clothing 1B that can be three-dimensionally molded according to the shape and that adds local pressure by changing the grain direction at the irregular joint 2e.

In the body shape correcting clothing 1B, the reinforcing part 8 is arranged to cover the entire irregular joint part 2e', but the coverage rate of the irregular joint part 2e' by the reinforcing part 8 is the same as in the first embodiment. It is sufficient if it is 50% or more.

The body shape shaping clothing 1B has a reinforcing portion 8 like the body shape shaping clothing 1 of Embodiment 1, but as shown in FIG. 12, the reinforcing portion 8 may not be provided. Body shape shaping clothing 1D shown in FIG. 12 has the same configuration as body shape shaping clothing 1B except that it does not include the reinforcing portion 8. Further, in the second embodiment, the opposite sides of the hollowed out part 2d' are joined to form the irregular jointed part 2e', but the arranged position of the back body part 2g is changed without providing the hollowed out part 2d'. The irregular joint portion 2e' may be formed by joining the fabrics in a pinched state.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to Examples and Comparative Examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The quality of the material of the body shaping clothing and the material of the reinforcing portion used in the Examples and Comparative Examples was evaluated in the following manner.

(Quality evaluation method)
(1) Elongation rate The elongation rate of the material was measured according to the strip method of method A (constant speed elongation method) of JISL 1096 "General textile testing methods". That is, three test pieces of 5 cm x 30 cm were taken in each of the vertical and horizontal directions. Using a constant speed extension type tensile testing machine with an automatic recording device, the grip interval was set to 20 cm, and the test piece was fixed to the grips to remove slack and tension. The sheet was stretched to 14.7 N (1.5 kg) at a pulling speed of 20 cm/min, the grip interval at that time was measured, and the elongation rate LA (%) was determined by the following formula and expressed as the average of the three sheets.
Elongation rate LA (%) = [(L1-L)/L] x 100
L: Grasp interval (mm)
L1: Grip interval when extended to 14.7N (mm)

(2) Elongation recovery rate The elongation recovery rate of the material was measured according to the strip method of method A (repeated constant rate elongation method) of JISL 1096 "General textile testing methods". The residual elongation was measured from the recorded load-elongation curve, and the elongation recovery rate LB (%) was determined using the following formula, and was expressed as the average of three sheets.
Elongation rate LB (%) = [(Lb1-Lb)/Lb] x 100
Lb: Length on the chart corresponding to 80% elongation of elongation rate LA (mm)
Lb1: Length of chart corresponding to residual elongation after 10 repeated elongations (mm)

(3) Angle between the grains of the ground The angle between the warp yarns with the boundaries of the joint 2f, irregular joints 2e and 2e' shown in FIGS. 4 and 11 was measured. In the irregular joints 2e and 2e', the maximum angle was the ground grain angle.

(4) Rate of change in distance between waist and buttocks The distance between the waist and buttocks in a standing position before and after wearing the body shape correcting clothing was measured using a three-dimensional measuring instrument manufactured by Sun Engineering Co., Ltd. The rate of change in was calculated using the following formula.
Rate of change (%) = (Distance between waist and buttock groove after wearing - Distance between waist and buttock groove before wearing) / Distance between waist and buttock groove before wearing x 100
The average value of measurements taken by 10 subjects wearing the same clothing size was used as the evaluation result, and -3% or less was considered good.

(Example 1)
A body shaping garment 1 shown in FIG. 1 was produced using the front body 3 and back body 2 of FIG. 4 and the reinforcing portion 8 of FIG. 6. The material of body shape correcting clothing 1 is a twill fabric made of 89% cotton, 8% polyester, and 3% polyurethane. The elongation rate of the twill fabric used was 25%, and the elongation recovery rate was 70%.
First, patterns of the front body part 3 and the back body parts 2a, 2b, and 2c were prepared, and the patterns were cut so that the grain direction of each part was the length direction of each part. As shown in FIG. 4, the front body 3 is composed of one front body part on each of the left and right sides. As shown in FIG. 4, the back body 2 has rear body parts 2a, 2b, and 2c divided into three parts on the left and right sides, which are provided on the left and right sides of the crotch line 5a. A belt portion 9 is provided at the upper end portions of the front body 3 and the back body 2.

In addition, an irregular joint 2e is provided in the lower crotch region 10a of the back body 2. The irregular joint 2e was formed by providing a 2 cm difference in the radius of curvature of the opposing shapes of the rear body parts 2b and 2c. Both ends of the irregular joint 2e, that is, the start and end of the joint of the back body parts 2b and 2c, are the joint 2f and the joint 2f, where the radius of curvature of the opposing shapes is the same, and the grain direction of the joint is the same at the joint boundary. did. Further, the irregular joint portion 2e and the reinforcing portion 8 were arranged so that the reinforcing portion 8 covered 60% of the length of the irregular joint portion 2e.
The reinforcing part 8 is composed of a first reinforcing material 8a made of the same material as the back body 2 and a second reinforcing material 8b made of 100% cotton plain weave with an elongation rate of 2%. It is arranged within the rise region 10. The second reinforcing material 8b is disposed at the lower end of the first reinforcing material 8a, that is, within the lower crotch region 10a, between the back body 2 and the first reinforcing material 8a, and The area of the reinforcing material 8b was set to be 40% of the area of the first reinforcing material 8a.

The front body part 3, the back body part 2, and the reinforcing part 8 were sewn together using a sewing machine to produce body shape shaping clothing 1.
The hip correcting properties and wearing comfort of the obtained body shape correcting clothing 1 were evaluated according to the evaluation criteria shown in Table 1. The total hip dimension of the front body and back body was 88 cm, which was lower than the median value of 91 cm in the hip dimension range of the JIS standard. Table 2 shows the evaluation results for Example 1.

Figure 0007415554000002

The body shape shaping garments of Examples 1 to 4 had an irregular joint 2e in the lower crotch region 10a, resulting in body shape shaping clothing with excellent hip compensation performance and wearing comfort. In addition, the body shape correcting clothing of Examples 1 to 3 has excellent sewing properties and further improves hip correcting properties by arranging the joint parts 2f having the same grain direction at both ends of the irregular joint part 2e. It has become body shape correcting clothing. Furthermore, the body shape correcting clothing of Examples 1 and 2 further improved hip correcting properties by providing a reinforcing portion.
On the other hand, the body shape correcting clothing of Comparative Example 1 is comfortable to wear due to the irregular joint 2e being provided at the upper part of the crotch area 10; The ratio changed in a positive direction, and the garment became a figure-shaping garment without hip-shaping properties. In addition, the body shape correcting clothing of Comparative Example 2 uses a material with a low elongation rate and elongation recovery rate, omits the arrangement of the irregular joint part 2e and the reinforcing part 8, and has the hip dimension at the center of the JIS standard hip dimension range. By designing the garment to exceed this value, it became a body shape-shaping garment that was neither comfortable to wear nor had hip-shaping properties.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION This invention can be utilized as a body shape correction garment which corrects a wearer's hip shape.
