Description

The present invention relates to an engagement tool used to engage an article with another article, and more specifically, for example, a pass case containing a public transportation commuter pass can be detachably attached to the shoulder belt of a school bag, etc. Engagement tools for removably engaging objects in close contact with the body, such as engagement tools for removably engaging mobile information terminal devices, tools, etc. to waist belts, etc. Regarding.

Conventionally, an engaging tool such as a push hook has been used to engage the openable/closeable lid of a personal item such as a wallet, bag, bag, etc. to the main body. A typical press hook consists of a pair of male and female hooks, and by fitting the protrusion of the male hook into the engagement hole of the female hook, the protrusion is fixed in the engagement hole with a predetermined holding force. The engagement is released when an external force exceeding the holding force is applied when opening the lid. In other words, if an external force is applied to the engaged push hook without the user of the personal item noticing, the engagement may be unintentionally released and the lid may be opened inadvertently. In the case of wallets, bags, bags, etc., the lids are opened and closed frequently, and it is relatively easy for users to notice inadvertent opening. Priority was given to ease of engagement and release, and in that respect, there were no particular problems with conventional press hooks.

On the other hand, an item that requires an engaging tool that ensures ease of engagement and release as much as possible and prevents the engagement from being accidentally released due to external force, such as a child storing a public transportation commuter pass. There is a pass case for For children, taking the pass case in and out of their belongings every time they go through the ticket gate may cause the pass case to be lost, so attach a cord-like strap to the pass case and attach it to the belt or handle of the child's belongings such as a school bag or bag, or the belt of the child's clothing. In many cases, measures are taken such as keeping the device connected to the computer. However, although this prevents the pass case from being lost, it does not solve the trouble of having to take the pass case in and out of your belongings. To solve this problem, it is desirable to be able to easily attach and detach a pass case connected by a strap to the shoulder belt of a school bag using an engaging tool that has a simple structure, excellent operability, and excellent durability.

Here, the shoulder straps of the school bag are located on both shoulders of the child, so as long as the pass case is engaged with either the left or right shoulder belt, the child can attach and detach the engaging tool using only the opposite hand. Must be able to operate. In addition, the shoulder belt is located directly below the child's eyes and is viewed diagonally from above, so when engaged, the pass case can be easily engaged by simply touching the shoulder belt with one hand, and when released, the shoulder belt can be easily engaged. It is desirable to be able to disengage with a minimum of simple one-handed movements. Furthermore, considering the use by children who move rapidly, it is desirable that the engagement is not easily released unless a predetermined release action is performed.

The above-mentioned circumstances also apply to applications in which portable information terminal devices such as smartphones and handy terminals, or articles such as work tools are removably attached to a waist belt using an engagement tool. In these cases as well, the engaging tool is located in close contact with the body, and the user usually has to use one hand to grope for the attachment and detachment of the article, so it is easy to engage and disengage. There is a need for an engaging tool that will prevent the object from falling out due to inadvertent disengagement due to body movements, vibrations, contact with the outside, etc.

As an engaging tool that has a simple structure, excellent operability, and excellent durability in place of push hooks, a prior art such as that disclosed in Patent Document 1 has been proposed, for example. In this prior art, when a male hook and a female hook equipped with permanent magnets are brought into contact with each other out of phase, the male hook moves to a predetermined engagement position relative to the female hook due to magnetic force, and the engagement is completed. , to release the engagement, perform the opposite operation.

In the engagement tool according to Patent Document 1, a holding hole 19 is provided in the female hole 13 of the female hook 7, and the opening size is smaller than the outer diameter of the tip circumference of the top portion 5A of the male hook 5. The female hook 7 is configured to be engaged when the rear peripheral portion 8A (shaft) of the protruding edge portion 8 of the male hook 5 is located within the holding hole 19. When the male and female hooks are to be engaged, the engagement is achieved simply by inserting the protruding edge 8 of the male hook 7 into the female hole 13.
JP2017-12723 Publication Publication

However, since the leading end 5A of the male hook 5 is capable of horizontal movement inside the female hook 7, if the leading end 5A accidentally moves to a position overlapping the female hole 13 due to vibration or external force. In this case, there is a risk that the leading portion 5A may come off from the female hole 13 and the engagement may be inadvertently released. Further, when engaged, the leading end 5A must be inserted into the female hole 13 so that the male hook 5 and the female hole 13 are accurately coaxial. This is not a problem when the user can operate the engaging tool from the front, such as on the lid of a bag, etc., but when applying it to the engaging tool of a child's pass case, for example, the child can use one hand to operate the engaging tool from the front. If it is assumed that the pass case is to be engaged with the shoulder belt of the school bag in a state where the user is almost fumbling, the problem arises that the level of difficulty increases.

Further, the engagement tool according to Patent Document 1 is configured such that the leading end 5A of the male hook 5 can rotate inside the female hook 7. When applied to the lid of a bag, etc., it is impossible for the lid to rotate significantly relative to the main body of the bag, etc., and the male hook 5 always faces the female hook 7 in the same direction, making it difficult to release the engagement tool. In this case, it is only necessary to assume an operation of moving the male hook 5 in one direction from the holding hole 19 toward the center of the female hole 13. This "one direction" means, for example, that when the female hook 7 is arranged so that the holding hole 19 is upward, it is downward.

However, when the engaging tool is applied to a pass case that is engaged with the shoulder belt of a school bag, the pass case becomes freely rotatable. Therefore, when a child tries to remove the pass case from the shoulder strap of the school bag by groping, they should not only remove the pass case by pulling it up from the bottom to the top, but also pull it down from the top to the bottom. However, with the engagement tool according to Patent Document 1, the engagement can only be released from the top to the bottom, resulting in a problem that the degree of freedom of operation is restricted.

Furthermore, when the female hook itself is installed on the surface of a bag, etc., as described in Patent Document 1, if it is fixed to a screw using a set screw 12, the angle will not change automatically. It is not practical to screw it onto the shoulder belt. Therefore, the female hook is attached to the shoulder belt using a fixing belt as an accessory, but in that case, if the angle of the female hook changes, it becomes difficult to attach and detach the pass case without much effort. arise.

The above-mentioned problems with the prior art arise not only when the pass case is used as an engagement device to make it detachable from the shoulder belt of a school bag, but also when it is used as an engagement device to make the waist belt of clothing detachable from a smartphone or mobile information terminal. This also occurs when it is used as a tool. In other words, the engagement tool according to the prior art is not suitable for items such as the lid of a bag, where the user can face the engagement tool to some extent when opening and closing, and the user can visually check the engagement and release operations. However, it is not necessarily suitable for articles that are held tightly against a part of the user's body and must be attached and detached with some effort.

The present invention was created in order to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, and is capable of holding an article that is carried in close contact with a part of the user's body so that it can be easily attached and detached even if the user is groping for it. It is an object of the present invention to provide an engaging tool with a simple structure and excellent operability, which is not unintentionally disengaged due to vibration or external force.

In order to solve the above problem, the invention according to claim 1 provides a male hook having a generally cylindrical overall shape and having a circumferential groove between a generally disc-shaped head and a perfectly circular disc-shaped bottom; An engagement tool comprising a generally cylindrical female hook having an engagement hole on the upper surface for engaging the bottom of the male hook, wherein the engagement hole has a major axis slightly larger than the diameter of the bottom; An ellipse whose minor axis is smaller than the diameter of the bottom, and a perfect circle whose diameter is smaller than the diameter of the bottom, and a part of the perfect circle by shifting the center of the perfect circle from the center of the ellipse in the minor axis direction. are overlapped in a shape that protrudes from the ellipse , and below the peripheries of both the ellipse side and the true circle side of the internal space of the engagement hole, there is an outer edge of the bottom part at least as deep as the depth of the circumferential groove. A first permanent magnet is provided at the center of the bottom, and a second permanent magnet is provided at the center of the perfect circle on the inner bottom surface of the female hook. With the male hook tilted, the bottom part is passed through the long axis of the ellipse of the engagement hole, and the peripheral edge of the engagement hole is fitted into the circumferential groove to engage the bottom part into the engagement hole. After that, when the bottom part is brought into contact with the inner bottom surface of the female hook, the center position of the bottom part becomes coaxial with the center position of the perfect circle due to the attractive force between the first and second permanent magnets. The engaging tool is characterized in that the male hook is engaged with the female hook at this position.

According to this configuration, when the male hook is tilted relative to the female hook and inserted with its bottom toward the elliptical side of the engagement hole, the bottom passes through the long diameter portion of the ellipse of the engagement hole, and as it is, the first, Due to the attractive force between the second permanent magnets, the bottom portion comes into contact with the inner bottom surface of the female hook, and is further moved in parallel to a position coaxial with the perfect circle of the engagement hole, thereby completing the engagement. In other words, the user can simply bring the circumferential groove of the male hook into contact with the vicinity of the circumferential edge of the oval side of the engagement hole without having to precisely align the bottom of the male hook with the position coaxial with the engagement hole of the female hook. By just doing this, the female hook is engaged semi-automatically by the action of the attractive force between the first and second permanent magnets, so that engagement can be easily achieved even with a fumbling operation.

In addition, when the male hook is engaged with the female hook, its bottom part can move horizontally inside the female hook along the axial direction connecting the centers of the ellipse and perfect circle of the engagement hole. Because the circumferential groove is always engaged with a part of the periphery of the engagement hole on either the oval side or the perfect circle side, the bottom of the male hook will fall out of the engagement hole if left as it is. The engagement will not be released inadvertently.

On the other hand, since the major axis of the elliptical part of the engagement hole corresponds to the diameter of the bottom of the male hook, when the center of the bottom of the male hook is approximately coaxial with the center of the elliptical part of the engagement hole, the male hook should be moved upward. The bottom of the male hook can be removed from the engagement hole only when the male hook is tilted either downward or downward. In other words, the engagement of the engaged tool cannot be released by simply sliding the male hook, but by sliding the male hook fully toward the elliptical side of the engagement hole and diagonally turning the true circular side. It can be released only when the male hook is lifted, and when the oval side of the male hook is lifted when the circumferential groove and the circumferential edge of the oval side are disengaged by sliding it toward the true circle side.

The invention according to claim 2 is the engagement tool according to claim 1, wherein the male hook has a first tapered surface inclined upward on the bottom periphery thereof, and a first tapered surface inclined upwardly on the upper surface periphery of the engagement hole. The present invention is characterized in that it is configured to include a second tapered surface that slopes downward toward.

By providing the first tapered surface, even if the height of the internal space of the female hook is small, the male hook can be easily tilted with the bottom surface of the male hook in contact with the inner bottom surface of the female hook. Thereby, the height, that is, the thickness, of the female hook can be reduced, and the engaging tool can be made more compact. On the other hand, by providing the second tapered surface, when the outer edge of the bottom surface of the male hook comes into contact with the upper peripheral surface of the engagement hole of the female hook, the first tapered surface on the male hook side Since the second tapered surfaces face each other, the male hook can smoothly engage the female hook, making the engagement operation easier.

If both tapered surfaces were not provided, the bottom surface of the male hook and the peripheral edge of the engagement hole of the female hook would both have cross sections corresponding to their respective thicknesses, so the thickness of the cross section of the bottom surface would be It becomes possible to engage the engagement hole only after completely passing through the thickness of the cross section of the engagement hole. However, by providing both tapered surfaces, the thickness of the bottom surface and the peripheral edge of the engagement hole can be reduced, so after tilting the male hook and the tapered surfaces contact each other, As long as the peripheral edges intersect with each other, the bottom can immediately enter the engaging hole. That is, the presence of both tapered surfaces increases the margin (clearance) in the mutual positional relationship that allows the bottom surface and the engagement hole to engage with each other, making the engagement operation easier.

Furthermore, the bottom surface of the male hook can pass through the engagement hole only in the major diameter part of the ellipse that constitutes the engagement hole of the female hook, but since the major diameter part of the engagement hole is naturally curved, the male hook Depending on the thickness of the bottom surface, the passable range becomes narrower and the difficulty of the engagement operation increases. However, if the thickness of the bottom surface is made thinner by providing the first tapered surface, the margin (clearance) will be expanded in the passable range at the major diameter portion, so that the engagement operation will become easier.

The invention according to claim 3 is the engagement tool according to either claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the head of the male hook is provided with a protrusion that protrudes outward in a radial direction. It is characterized by:

The protrusion serves as a mounting part for attaching an article such as a pass case to the male hook with a strap or the like, and also serves as a point of action with its tip located at a position away from the center of the head of the male hook. . When the user holds and moves the article by hand, force is transmitted to the male hook through this point of action, making it easier to engage the male hook by tilting it.

The invention according to claim 4 is the engagement tool according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the female hook includes a substantially rectangular base plate on the bottom side thereof, and the base plate It is characterized in that a pair of recesses are provided at both ends of the mating hole in the long diameter direction to face each other.

Female hooks with a substrate on the bottom side have a larger bottom area, so even when the male hook is tilted either up or down to attach or detach the engagement tool, the stability of the female hook is ensured, making it easier to engage and detach. The release operation becomes smooth. Furthermore, when the female hook is attached to the shoulder belt of a school bag using the fixing belt, the fixing belt is held by the pair of opposing recesses and the female hook is prevented from tilting. Since the direction is maintained, the engagement/disengagement operation of the engagement tool becomes smooth.

According to the engagement tool of the present invention, even when the female hook is attached to a position close to the body and difficult for the user to see, the male hook can be attached and detached with a simple groping operation. In addition, the engaged male hook cannot be released by simply sliding it; either push the male hook upward along the axis of the engagement hole and then pull it away diagonally upward, or move the male hook 180 degrees. Since the engagement can be released only by rotating it upward and then pulling it apart diagonally downward, it is possible to prevent the engaged article from accidentally falling off due to vibration or external force.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view showing a state in which an engagement tool 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied to a pass case P, FIG. 2 is a right side view, and FIG. 3 is a rear view. The engagement tool 1 consists of a male hook 10 and a female hook 20, and is attached to either the left or right side of the shoulder belt (not shown) of the school bag by a fixing belt B attached to a base plate 22 provided on the back surface of the female hook 20. will be installed on the Further, it is connected to the pass case P by a strap S1 passed through a strap hole 15 provided in a projection 14 projecting downward in the figure from the head 11 of the male hook 10. A child, who is a user, can grasp and operate the pass case P by hand, bring the male hook 10 into contact with and engage the female hook 20, and hang it, or release the engagement and remove it. Note that the strap S2 in the figure is a string to prevent the separated pass case P from being lost, and is not a component of the present invention itself.

4 is a plan view of the engaging tool 1 in an engaged state, FIG. 5 is a side view of the same, FIG. 6 is a plan view of the male hook 10 alone, and FIG. 7 is a sectional view thereof. The male hook 10 has a generally cylindrical shape as a whole, and a circumferential groove 13 that goes around the outer periphery is provided between a generally disc-shaped head 11 and a perfectly circular disc-shaped bottom 12 whose diameter is slightly smaller than the head 11. ing. A first tapered surface t1 that slopes upward is provided on the periphery of the lower surface of the bottom portion 12, and a third tapered surface t3 that slopes toward the circumferential groove is provided on the periphery of the lower surface of the head 11. Further, the head 11 is provided with a protrusion 14 projecting downward in FIG. 1, and the protrusion 14 is provided with a strap hole 15 passing through the protrusion 14. Furthermore, a first permanent magnet m1 is embedded in the bottom portion 12 so as to be coaxial with the axis of the substantially cylindrical shape of the male hook 10. Note that the taper angles of the first tapered surface t1 and the second tapered surface t2 are appropriately set based on the relationship between the height of the male hook 10 and the height of the internal space of the female hook 20, which will be described later.

FIG. 8 is a plan view of the female hook 20 alone, and FIG. 9 is a sectional view thereof. The male hook 10 has a generally cylindrical shape as a whole, and has an engagement hole 21 on its upper surface into which the bottom 12 of the male hook 10 engages, and an internal space 23 between the male hook 10 and the inner bottom surface 22 . The height of the internal space 23 from the inner bottom surface 22 to the lower surface of the engagement hole 21 is slightly larger than the thickness from the lower end of the circumferential groove 13 of the male hook 10 to the bottom surface of the bottom portion 12. A second permanent magnet m2 is buried directly under the inner bottom surface 22 at a position to be described later.

The permanent magnets m1 and m2 are attached from the bottom 12 side of the male hook 10 and from the inner bottom surface 22 side of the female hook 20, respectively, so that the exposed surfaces of both permanent magnets m1 and m2 are in direct contact with each other. However, in this embodiment, the permanent magnet m1 is inserted from the head 11 side of the male hook 10, and the permanent magnet m2 is inserted from the bottom side of the female hook 20. A very thin partition wall is provided between the permanent magnets m1 and m2 so as not to inhibit the mutual attraction between them. In the case of the former mounting method, there is a risk that both permanent magnets m1 and m2 may come off from the mounting location due to the repetitive action of the magnetic attraction force during continuous use of the engaging tool 1. However, with the configuration of this embodiment, since the partition wall is present, there is no fear of it coming off, and durability can be improved.

FIG. 10 is a schematic diagram showing the shape of the engagement hole 21 and the bottom 12 of the male hook 10, p1 in the figure indicates the center of the bottom 12 of the male hook 10, and 13a indicates the circumferential groove 13 of the female hook 20. Indicates the position of the groove bottom. The engagement hole 21 has a shape in which a horizontally long ellipse E and a perfect circle C are superimposed on each other in the figure. The center p2 of the ellipse is the center point of the line segment connecting the two foci of the ellipse E, and the major axis of the ellipse E is 17.5 mm, which allows the diameter of the bottom 12 of the male hook 10 to pass through, and the minor axis is 16.3 mm. There is. On the other hand, the perfect circle C is a circle with a diameter of 15 mm with the center p3, and the center p3 of the perfect circle is shifted from the center p2 of the ellipse by 1.5 mm in the minor axis direction. The permanent magnet m2 is buried directly under the inner bottom surface 22 of the female hook 20 so as to be coaxial with the center p3 of the perfect circle. Note that the numerical values (unit: mm) in FIG. 10 indicate preferred dimensions when the diameter of the bottom 12 of the male hook 10 is 17 mm, but the dimensions are not necessarily limited to this dimension, and the dimensions of the entire engagement tool 1 are It can be set arbitrarily depending on the size.

Next, FIG. 11 shows a state in which the position of the bottom part 12 of the male hook 10 engaged in the engagement hole 21 has been changed. Figure A in FIG. 11 shows a state in which the male hook 10 is moved to the upper end of the ellipse E, and the groove bottom 13a of the circumferential groove 13 is engaged with the upper edge of the engagement hole 21. At this time, the center of the bottom part 12 is p1 is located above the center p2 of the ellipse E on the axis. FIG. , the center p1 of the bottom part 12 and the center p3 of the perfect circle C overlap almost coaxially, and at the same time, the peripheral bottom 13a engages with the lower end of the engagement hole 21, and the engagement tool 1 is completely engaged. shows.

When engaging the male hook 10 and the female hook 20, as shown in (1) to (4) in FIG. 21 (1), engage the upper part of the circumferential groove 13 with the upper circumferential edge of the elliptical E part (2), and bring the bottom 12 into close contact with the inner bottom surface 22 of the female hook 20 (3). . Then, the bottom part 12 slides in the internal space 23 of the female hook 20 due to the attractive force of the permanent magnets m1 and m2, and the center p1 of the bottom part 12 and the center p3 of the perfect circle C of the engagement hole 21 overlap, and the circumferential groove 13 The lower part of C engages with the periphery of the lower part of the perfect circle C, and the engagement is completed.

By configuring the engagement hole 21 in such a shape, when the male hook 10 is engaged with the female hook 20, no matter where the male hook 10 is located on the axis, the bottom 12 of the male hook 10 and the female hook 20 are connected. A portion L is formed where a part of the circumferential edge of the engagement hole 21 overlaps, and the two are always in a state of engagement, so the bottom part 12 of the male hook 10 will not come out of the engagement hole 21 if left as it is, and it will not come out accidentally. The engagement is never released.

In addition, as shown in the embodiment, the engagement hole 21 not only overlaps the ellipse E and the perfect circle C with their respective centers p2 and p3 shifted, but also overlaps the ellipse E and the perfect circle C. may be connected by tangents (not shown) provided on both sides. With this configuration, the overlapping portion L shown in FIG. Not only can it be smoothed, but the shape of the engagement hole 21 eliminates the edge shape that occurs at the intersection of the ellipse E and the perfect circle C, so it is possible to prevent changes in shape due to wear caused by contact with the male hook 10 during operation. Therefore, the durability of the engagement tool 1 can be further improved.

(4)。 When releasing the engagement between the male hook 10 and the female hook 20, the user can choose two different release methods. First, the first release method is to grasp the pass case P attached to the engagement tool 1 and hanging downward, and release the engagement as it is, which is the procedure shown in FIG. 13. That is, when the male hook 10 in the engaged state (1) is pushed up until the circumferential groove 13 engages with the upper circumference of the ellipse E portion of the engagement hole 21, the center p1 of the bottom portion 12 overlaps the center p2 of the ellipse E. The lower part of the bottom part 12 can pass through the ellipse E (2), and when the male hook 10 is pulled diagonally downward while pulling up the lower part of the bottom part 12 (3), the bottom part 12 separates from the engagement hole 21 and is no longer engaged. Released (4).

(4)。 On the other hand, the second release method is to rotate the engaged pass case P with the engagement tool 1 and release the engagement upward, which is the procedure shown in FIG. 14. First, the pass case P attached to the engagement tool 1 is rotated 180 degrees upward (1). As a result, the male hook 10 is in an engaged state with the projection 14 to which the pass case P is attached facing upward by rotation, but the upper part of the bottom part 12 of the male hook 10 is not engaged with the upper peripheral edge of the engagement hole 21. Not (2). Then, when the pass case P is pulled forward, the upper part of the bottom part 12 of the male hook 10 is pulled diagonally forward. At this time, the lower part of the bottom part 12 is in a state of engagement with the lower part of the circumference of the perfect circle C of the engagement hole 21, but since the lower surface of the bottom part 12 is provided with the first taper t1, the slope of the first taper t1 causes the bottom part is pulled out while sliding upward, and the engagement is released (3). Then, by pulling down the pass case P diagonally downward, the bottom portion 12 is disengaged from the engagement hole 21, and the engagement is released (4).

Comparing the two release methods, the first release method normally allows you to release the engagement by grasping the object hanging below the engagement tool 1, but after pushing the male hook 10 upward. Requires an operation to pull it forward. On the other hand, in the second release method, it is necessary to once rotate the article above the engaging tool 1, but after that, the engagement can be released by simply pulling down the article diagonally downward and forward. According to the engagement tool 1 according to the present embodiment, it can be smoothly released using either method, but the former method is preferable for items with a certain size and weight, such as mobile information terminals. In the case of a small and light article like the pass case P of the embodiment, the latter release method is more suitable.
