Description

The present invention relates to a connection structure for wall frameworks, and more particularly, to a technique for easily connecting wall frameworks that have been assembled in advance at a factory or the like.

In the two-by construction method (wooden frame wall construction method), uniformly sized square timbers and plywood are joined together to form walls, floors, ceilings, and roof sections instead of columns and beams, so it is a simple construction method that does not require advanced technology. There is no need for it, and construction can now be done without using specialized techniques for conventional wooden buildings.
Highly insulated and highly airtight construction work is required as energy conservation standards are raised, and specialized techniques are required to ensure that roofs, walls, and floor frameworks are insulated and airtight. It was necessary to secure workers who had acquired the correct knowledge and techniques, which was a restriction on construction.

One way to deal with this is to fill the inside of the wall framework with insulation material and perform air-tightening work in advance at a factory or the like. By using this method, there is no need to secure a worker to fill the airtightness and insulation material. However, since the inside of the wall framework is filled with a heat insulating material, when fixing the wall framework to a floor or the like, it becomes impossible to fix the wall framework from the inside with nails or the like.
As a new fixing method, fixing the floor etc. and the wall framework from the outside with metal fittings etc. could be considered, but this would increase the number of work hours and may change some of the appearance, so it is not the best method. I could not say it.
Therefore, there was a need for a construction method that could easily construct a wall framework that had been pre-assembled in a factory, including filling it with airtightness and insulation materials, without requiring specialized skills, while also maintaining its external appearance. .

Various techniques have been proposed in the past to address such problems. For example, a technique for constructing a wall framework made in a factory (see Patent Document 1) has been proposed and has become a publicly known technique. More specifically, when constructing a wall framework made in a factory, the connecting member attached to the lower end of the wall panel on the outdoor side and the connected member attached to the foundation are fixed, and the connecting member is hidden. This is to attach the finishing cover.

However, the structure according to the present prior art uses metal fittings, which increases the number of work steps, and the finished cover may cause differences from other construction parts and change the appearance, and the above problems have not been solved.

First, for comparison with the present invention, a conventional structure in the two-by construction method will be described with reference to FIG.
It shows the relationship between the floor surface and the wall frame connected to it. Structural plywood 41 is fixed onto the floor joists 40 and the end joists with nails or the like. Next, the wall framework (without heat insulating material) consisting of the lower end portion 13, the upper end portion 12, the vertical frame 11, and the exterior board 14 is fixed to the end joist with nails K via the structural plywood 41.
After fixing the wall framework (without heat insulating material), the inside of the wall framework is filled with a heat insulating material 15, fixed with an airtight sheet 16, and further, the inner wall is fixed.
Filling with insulation material requires specialized skills. Therefore, although the two-by construction method itself does not require advanced technology, it requires specialized knowledge and experience in filling the insulation material, which is a limitation in construction.

This embodiment will be described along with FIGS. 1 to 7.
As the two-bye material, 2x4 material or 2x6 material is mainly used.
The wall frame connection structure 1 is a structure for connecting wall frames 10 that have been assembled in advance using two-by-piece materials at another location such as a factory in a wooden building. The wall frame connection structure 1 is composed of a wall frame 10, a floor joist 40, an inverted L-shaped end joist 20, and a supplementary material 30.
The wall framework 10 is a part that constitutes a wall section. It is assembled in advance at another location such as a factory. The wall framework 10 includes a vertical frame 11, an upper end 12 (hereinafter also referred to as an upper frame), a lower end 13 (hereinafter also referred to as a lower frame), an exterior plate 14, a heat insulating material 15, and an airtight sheet 16.
A frame is constituted by the vertical frame 11, the upper end part 12, and the lower end part 13, and by fixing the exterior plate 14 to the frame, a wall structure is formed. A heat insulating material 15 is filled inside the wall framework between the frames. By covering the indoor side surface with the airtight sheet 16, the inside of the wall framework is filled with the heat insulating material 15 and sealed.
By performing this work in advance, there is no need for specialized techniques to fill the wall framework with insulation material on-site.
However, with this configuration, the inside of the wall framework is filled with a heat insulating material 15 and covered with an airtight sheet 16, making it impossible to drive nails as shown in FIG. Therefore, the structure of this embodiment is necessary.

In this embodiment, a case will be described in which the wall framework 10 is used as a wall framework for the first floor, and the floor joist 40 is used as a floor joist for the first floor.
The floor joists 40 are the base of the structure. A foundation 50 is placed on top of the foundation 51, and a floor joist 40 is placed across the foundations 50. A anti-roll 42 is arranged near the base 50 as a regulating plate to prevent the floor joist 40 from tilting. A heat insulating material 43 is placed on a part of the floor joist 40 by being held by hardware or the like.
An inverted L-shaped end joist 20 is arranged at the end of the floor joist 40.

The inverted L-shaped end joist 20 is the essential part of the present invention. This is a part that supports and fixes the wall framework 10. When viewed from the end, it has an inverted L shape. The inverted L-shaped end joist 20 is composed of a wall framework side plate material 21 and a floor joist side plate material 22, and the end surface of the floor joist side plate material 22 is in contact with the end of the wide surface on the wall framework side.
The floor joist side plate 22 is fixed with nails or screws from the upper wide side of the wall frame side plate 21. The wide surface of the wall frame side plate material 21 is located at a position corresponding to the lower end portion 13 of the wall frame 10 through the structural plywood 41.
The wide surface of the floor joist side plate material 22 is located at a position corresponding to the end of the floor joist 40 and is in contact with it.
A horizontally extending groove surrounded by the wall frame side plate 21, the floor joist side plate 22, and the base 50 is created on the lower side of the wall frame side plate 21 on the outdoor side.
Using this groove, the wall framework 10 and the wall framework side plate material 21 are fixed with nails K diagonally from the outdoor side on the wall framework side plate material 21 side. In other words, the wall framework 10 is fixed from diagonally below on the outdoor side.

The outdoor side edge of the wall framework side plate material 21 is a position that overlaps the outdoor side of the lower end portion 13 of the wall framework 10 in a top view.
The length in the vertical direction of the inverted L-shaped end joist 20, which is the sum of the thickness of the wall frame side plate material 21 and the length in the longitudinal direction of the floor joist side plate material 22, is the same dimension as the length in the vertical direction of the floor joist 40. . When the length of the inverted L-shaped end joist 20 is shorter than the length of the floor joist 40, the length is adjusted using the height adjustment material 24.
The wall framework 10 is supported by structural plywood 41, inverted L-shaped end joists 20, and floor joists 40.

The supplementary material 30 is used to fill the gap between the inverted L-shaped end joists 20 and the foundation 50 after the wall framework 10 is fixed with nails K from the lower side of the wall framework side board material 21, and the floor joist side board material 22 is hidden. It is inserted like this.
The end surface of the wall frame side plate material 21, the wide surface of the supplementary material 30, and the side surface of the base 50 form a plane on which the exterior material 32 is installed.
The outer plate, which is the exterior material 32, is provided so as to cover at least the supplementary material 30.
The exterior material 32 is made of plywood of the same quality as the exterior board 14, and by making the colors and the like similar, the exterior board 14 and the exterior material 32 can be recognized as one piece from the outside.
The supplement 30 may also bear part of the load of the wall framework 10.

The process of constructing the wall frame connection structure 1 will be explained along with FIG. 5.
The wall frame side plate material 21 and the floor joist side plate material 22 are fixed with nails K so that they form an inverted L shape. By using the wall frame side plate material 21 and the floor joist side plate material 22 as members of the same size, arrangement and management can be facilitated (FIG. 5(a)).
The inverted L-shaped end joist 20 is fixed to the end of the floor joist 40. If the length of the inverted L-shaped end joist 20 and the length of the end of the floor joist 40 are different, the height adjustment material 24 is used to adjust the length. The inverted L-shaped end joist 20 is fixed to the floor joist 40 using two nails K (FIG. 5(b)).

A structural plywood 41 is passed over the inverted L-shaped end joists 20 and the floor joists 40 and fixed. From above, the wall framework 10 is temporarily placed on the outdoor edge of the structural plywood 41. Fix the wall framework 10 with nails K from diagonally below the outdoor side of the inverted L-shaped end joist 20 (FIG. 5(c)).
A supplementary material 30 is inserted into the gap formed between the inverted L-shaped end joist 20 and the foundation 50, and is fixed to the floor joist side plate material 22 of the L-shaped end joist 20 with nails K. If the supplementary material 30 bears part of the load, the vertical dimensions should be precisely matched (FIG. 5(d)).
The structure is completed by attaching the exterior material 32 (FIG. 5(e)).

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to construct a wall framework that has been preassembled in a factory without specialized skills, and even a carpenter with only knowledge of conventional construction methods can construct it, thereby increasing the number of craftsmen who can perform construction. This makes construction work more efficient.

Nails K are driven into each of the first floor wall framework 10 and the second floor wall framework 10 from the corresponding wall framework side plate material 21 side.
With this configuration, both the first floor wall framework 10 and the second floor wall framework 10 can be easily fixed from the outdoor side.
Figure 3(b) shows the structure of the wall framework and the roof.
The wall framework 10 of the roof portion can be easily fixed by driving a nail K into the upper end 12 of the wall framework 10 from the rolling stopper 42 at the end of the tarp 60.

FIG. 4(a) shows the structure of the wall framework and the joints at the protruding corners.
When fixing the wall frames 10 to each other at the corners, the vertical frame 11 on one side of the wall frame is made into an L-shape, and the structure is fixed from the outside. By filling the L-shaped gap with the supplementary material 30, high quality can also be achieved at the corners.
FIG. 4(b) shows a structure in which wall frameworks are connected to each other.
The vertical frame 11 on one side of the wall frame is formed into an L shape and is fixed from the outside. With this method, even when connecting wall frameworks, it is possible to use a wall framework in which a heat insulating material and an airtight sheet have been incorporated in advance.
FIG. 4(c) shows a structure in which the roof frames meet each other at protruding corners.
The structure is such that the roof frame on one side is L-shaped and fixed from the outside. With this method, when connecting the roof frameworks, it is possible to use roof frameworks in which insulation and airtight sheets have been incorporated in advance.

The effect on the load in this embodiment will be explained along FIG. 6.
FIG. 6(a) is a cross-sectional view of a portion without floor joists 40 in this embodiment. FIG. 6(b) is a cross-sectional view of a portion of the conventional structure without floor joists 40.
In this embodiment, the part where the floor joist 40 is not provided is supported by the inverted L-shaped end joist 20 and the supplementary material 30, although it is supported by the structural plywood 41, and covers an area of more than half of the bottom of the wall framework 10. In addition, since the floor joist side plate 22 of the inverted L-shaped end joist 20 is located on the center of the wall framework 10 in the thickness direction, the wall framework 10 can be supported extremely stably.
In contrast, in the conventional structure, the wall framework 10 is supported only by the conventional end joists 72 via the structural plywood 41, and the conventional end joists 72 are not located on the center of the wall framework 10 in the thickness direction. Therefore, distortion of the wall framework 10 may occur over time.
Therefore, the structure of this embodiment has the effect of reducing distortion over time.

It is understood that the wall frame connection structure according to the present invention has great industrial applicability in terms of improving the efficiency of the two-by construction method.
