The extending region 211c functions as a guide when attaching the instrument body 1 to a ceiling hook or the like.
The lid portion 213 has a recessed region 213a recessed on the front side. As shown in FIG. 8(a), a lock mechanism 27 utilizes the recessed area 213a to lock the screw hole 213b for attaching the hook blade 49 and the attachment of the hook blade 49 to the attachment groove of the hook ceiling. (See FIGS. 2 and 3).
In the locking mechanism 27, when the hook blade 49 is inserted and rotated into a predetermined position in the mounting groove (not shown) of the hook ceiling, the lock portion enters the mounting groove and reverse rotation of the lighting device X is locked, and the recessed area By pressing (operating) the operating portion exposed from the opening hole 213c of the opening 213a, the lock portion exits from the mounting groove and the lock is released.
The covered cylindrical part 21 has a groove 213d in the cover part 213 and a pair of grooves in the cylindrical part 211, as shown in FIG. Each has a vertical rib 211d.

As shown in FIG. 8, the flat portion 23 has a front contact portion 241 that comes into contact with the surface of the outer flange portion 215 of the covered cylindrical portion 21. As shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 6, the flat portion 23 has a plurality of surface abutting portions 241 spaced apart in the circumferential direction, with a chipped portion 242 between the circumferentially adjacent surface abutting portions 241. . In FIG. 6 , the portion exposed by the chipped portion 242 is the outer flange portion 215 of the covered cylindrical portion 21 . The chipped portion 242 is a portion where the covered cylindrical body constituting the covered cylindrical portion 21 is positioned (pressed) within the mold during insert molding. Note that by changing the positioning portion, it is also possible to provide the front contact portion 241 over the entire area without any missing portions. The front contact portion 241 is coupled to the outer flange portion 215 by forming the flat portion 23 (and the groove portion 25).
As shown in FIG. 8, the flat part 23 has an L-shaped part 245 that extends in an "L" shape along the outer peripheral surface and the peripheral edge of the back surface of the outer flange part 215 of the covered cylindrical part 21. A plurality of L-shaped portions 245 are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction. An extension region 211c of the covered cylindrical portion 21 is located between the L-shaped portions 245 adjacent in the circumferential direction. Note that the L-shaped portion 245 is combined with the peripheral edge portions of the outer peripheral surface and the back surface of the outer flange portion 215 by forming the flat portion 23 (and the groove portion 25).
The flat portion 23 has a back contact portion 243 that extends from the L-shaped portion 245 along the back surface of the outer collar portion 215 and comes into contact with the back surface. The back abutment portion 243 protrudes from both circumferential ends of the L-shaped portion 245 or from the circumferential center portion of the L-shaped portion 245 toward the cylinder axis of the covered cylindrical portion 21 . Note that the back contact portion 243 is coupled to the outer flange portion 215 by forming the flat portion 23 (and the groove portion 25). Further, the front end portion 211e of the cylindrical portion 211 projects further to the front side than the outer flange portion 215 so as to fit into the front contact portion 241. This makes it possible to position the mold when integrally molding the flat part 23 on the covered cylindrical part 21, and to perform stable integral molding.
The above-mentioned front contact portion 241 and back contact portion 243 correspond to an example of the contact portion of the present invention, and the outer flange portion 215 of the covered cylindrical portion 21 corresponds to an example of the plate-like portion of the present invention.

4. Manufacture of Base Resin Material The base resin material 2 is an integrally molded product in which a covered cylindrical portion 21, a flat portion 23, and a groove portion 25 are integrally molded.
The covered cylindrical portion 21 is made of a resin material different from the resin material forming the flat portion 23 and the groove portion 25. More specifically, the covered cylindrical part 21 is made of a transparent resin material, such as polycarbonate, and the flat part 23 and the groove part 25 are made of, for example, polypropylene.
The formation of the base resin material 2 will be described below.

(1) Example 1
The base resin material 2 can be obtained, for example, by insert molding or two-stage molding using a covered cylindrical body corresponding to the molded covered cylindrical part 21. Note that the covered cylindrical body corresponds to an example of the resin material of the present invention.
In other words, the method for manufacturing the base resin material 2 includes a first molding process of molding the covered cylindrical part 21, and integrally forming the flat part 23 and the groove part 25 with the covered cylindrical body molded in the first molding process. and a second molding step of molding.
Insert molding can be carried out by placing the covered cylindrical body taken out from the first molding die in a second molding die and molding the flat portion 23 and the grooved portion 25. Note that the first mold has a molding space corresponding to the covered cylindrical body, and the second mold has a molding space corresponding to the base resin material 2.
Multi-stage (multilayer) molding is performed by molding a covered cylindrical body using a first main mold and a first sub-forming mold, and then changing the first sub-forming mold to a second sub-forming mold. Can be implemented. Note that by combining the first main mold and the second sub mold, a molding space corresponding to the base resin material 2 is formed, and by combining the first main mold and the second mold, the flat part 23 is formed. A molding space corresponding to a covered cylindrical body is formed in which the spaces such as the above are closed.

(2) Example 2
For the base resin material 2, for example, filling of the first resin material corresponding to the covered cylindrical portion 21 and filling of the second resin material corresponding to the flat portion 23 and the groove portion 25 are performed at the same time. It can be obtained by Note that "at the same time" here means that after one of the first resin material and the second resin material is filled, one of the resin materials solidifies (becomes in a state where it can maintain its own shape). This means that the other resin material is filled up to the point where the other resin material is filled.
That is, the method for manufacturing the base resin material 2 includes the step of manufacturing the base resin material 2 by molding the covered cylindrical portion 21, the flat portion 23, and the groove portion 25 at the same time.
For example, a mold having a first molding space for the covered cylindrical part 21 and a second molding space for the flat part 23 and the grooved part 25 is installed such that the first molding space is located on the lower side. However, this can be carried out by injecting a predetermined amount of the first resin material into the first molding space from below, and then injecting the second resin material into the second molding space from above.

(1-4) Flat part The flat part 23 has a circular shape when viewed from the front side, but may have other shapes such as a square or a rectangle.
Although a part of the back surface of the flat part 23 serves as a power supply holding part that holds the power supply unit 4, a part of the surface of the flat part may serve as a power supply holding part that holds the power supply unit.
When the lighting device does not include a power supply unit (separate power supply unit structure, etc.), the inner recessed portion 231 and the outer recessed portion 232 of the flat portion 23 may have an annular shape as a whole.
(1-5) Groove-shaped portion Although the base resin material 2 has the groove-shaped portion 25, it may not have the groove-shaped portion. In this case, this can be carried out by engaging the protective cover side attachment part 54 and the transparent cover side attachment part 813 on the front side of the flat part 23.
(1-6) Contact portion A front contact portion 241 and a back contact portion 243, which correspond to an example of a contact portion, are formed on the light source holding portion (flat portion 23) and correspond to an example of a plate portion. Although the outer flange portion 215 was formed on the attachment member holding portion (the covered cylindrical portion 21), the contact portion and the plate portion may be provided on opposite portions.
That is, the inner peripheral side portion of the flat portion corresponds to the plate portion, and the abutting portion may be formed at the opening side end of the covered cylindrical portion 21.
Furthermore, the contact portion and the plate-like portion may be provided on both the light source holding portion and the mounting member holding portion.

(2) Light Source Unit The light source unit 3 has a circular shape when viewed from the front side, but may have other shapes such as a square or a rectangle depending on the shape of the lighting device. Although the light source unit 3 includes three light source modules 31A, 31B, and 31C, it may be configured with one, two, or four or more light source modules.
Although the light source module 31 includes a wiring body 35 corresponding to a substrate by a plurality of spaced conductive pieces 37, the wiring body may be replaced with a substrate made of an insulating material and provided with a wiring pattern.
Although the embodiment does not describe dimming lighting of the light source unit 3, it may or may not have a dimming function. When providing a dimming function, it can be implemented by providing a dimming circuit, for example, in the power supply unit.
In the embodiment, color adjustment lighting of the light source unit 3 is not described, but the light source unit 3 may or may not have a color adjustment function. When providing a color adjustment function, it can be implemented by providing a plurality of types of LED elements with different light colors and providing a color adjustment circuit, for example, in the power supply unit.
Although the light source unit 3 includes the LED element 33, it may include other light emitting elements.

(3) Power supply unit The power supply unit 4 houses a power supply board 47 on which a plurality of electronic components (46) constituting the power supply circuit 42 are mounted inside the power supply case 41. For example, the power supply board is made of a base resin material. The power supply board may be covered with a power supply cover. Further, as a measure against burnout, non-combustible paper may be inserted between the power supply circuit 42 and the power supply case 41.
The number of power supply boards 47 may be one or more. For example, a board on which the dimming circuit is mounted and a board on which the color adjusting circuit is mounted may be provided separately from the power supply board. The electrical connection between the power supply unit 4 and the light source unit 3 can be made, for example, by bringing a metal body inserted through the base resin material 2 from the power supply board into contact with a metal body of the wiring body (or board) of the light source unit 3, or by A cable may be used to connect the board and the connector provided on the wiring body (or board).

(4) Protective Cover The protective cover 5 has an inner cylindrical portion 52 and an outer cylindrical portion 53 extending in the central axis direction, and the inner cylindrical portion 52 is attached to the covered cylindrical portion 21 of the base resin material 2, and the outer cylindrical portion 53 are fixed to the base resin material 2 in a state that they fit into the groove-like portions 25 of the base resin material 2, respectively.
However, for example, the protective cover has an inner flange that extends radially inward from the inner circumference of the annular bulge 51 and an inner flange that protrudes radially outward from the outer periphery of the annular bulge 51. It may have a protruding outer flange portion, and may be fixed to the base resin material in a state in which the inner flange portion is in contact with the inner peripheral portion of the flat portion, and the outer flange portion is in contact with the outer peripheral portion of the flat portion. Further, as long as the annular bulging portion 51 can be directly fixed to the base resin material 2, the protective cover may have a structure that does not include the inner cylindrical portion 52 and/or the outer cylindrical portion 53.
The annular bulge portion 51 has a recessed portion 511 that supports circumferentially adjacent (opposing) portions of the three light source modules 31A, 31B, and 31C from the front side, but the light source unit may not be mounted with another structure. As long as it can be pressed against a flat portion, it does not need to have a recessed portion.
The fixing portion 56 of the protective cover 5 for fixing the protective cover 5 to the base resin material 2 with screws is provided adjacent to (connected to) the protective cover side mounting portion 54 in the circumferential direction. It may be provided so as to be spaced apart from the mounting portion 54 in the circumferential direction. In this case, the screw hole portion 255 of the base resin material 2 also needs to be provided at a location corresponding to the fixing portion 56.
