Description
Claims (19)
- 被験者の1つ以上の呼吸パラメタに関する情報を搬送する出力信号を生成するように構成される1つ以上のセンサ、及び
前記1つ以上のセンサと動作可能に接続される1つ以上の物理的コンピュータ処理器
を有する睡眠段階決定システムにおいて、前記1つ以上の物理的コンピュータ処理器は、コンピュータ可読命令により、
前記出力信号に基づいて、前記被験者の個々の呼吸の1つ以上の呼吸特徴を決定する、
前記出力信号に基づいて、一定の時間期間からなる複数のエポックの各々において、呼吸事象の有無を検出する、
異なる既定の時間長からなる複数の移動する時間ウィンドウの各々にわたり前記1つ以上の呼吸特徴の分布を決定し、前記時間ウィンドウの各々は、異なるエポックを中心とする、
前記エポックを中心とする前記時間ウィンドウに対する前記呼吸特徴の分布及び中心とする前記エポックに対する検出される前記呼吸事象に基づいて、睡眠段階分類器モデルを用いて、前記中心とするエポックの各々に対する前記被験者の睡眠状態を決定する、並びに
前記睡眠状態を示すフィードバックを供給する
ように構成される、睡眠段階決定システム。 - 複数の前記時間ウィンドウの少なくとも1つは、少なくとも60秒の長さを有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記出力信号は、非脳波(非EEG)信号である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記1つ以上の呼吸パラメタは、前記被験者の呼吸努力を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記1つ以上の呼吸パラメタは、前記被験者の呼吸気流を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記睡眠段階決定システムは、CPAP装置を有し、前記CPAP装置は、被験者の気道に送出するための加圧される呼吸可能なガス流を生成するように構成される圧力生成器をさらに有し、前記1つ以上の物理的コンピュータ処理器は、前記圧力生成器と動作可能に接続され、前記1つ以上のセンサからの前記出力信号に基づいて、前記被験者の気道への前記加圧される呼吸可能なガス流の送出を制御する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記個々の呼吸の1つ以上の呼吸特徴は、呼吸の持続時間、吸気の持続時間対呼気の持続時間、最小及び最大流量値、及び/又は個々の呼吸の1回換気量を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 睡眠段階決定システムの作動方法において、
前記睡眠段階決定システムの前記1つ以上のセンサが、被験者の1つ以上の呼吸パラメタに関する情報を搬送する出力信号を生成するステップ、
前記睡眠段階決定システムの1つ以上の物理的コンピュータ処理器が、前記出力信号に基づいて、前記被験者の個々の呼吸の1つ以上の呼吸特徴を決定するステップ、
前記1つ以上の物理的コンピュータ処理器が、前記出力信号に基づいて、一定の時間期間からなる複数のエポックの各々において、呼吸事象の有無を検出するステップ、
前記1つ以上の物理的コンピュータ処理器が、異なる既定の時間長からなる複数の移動する時間ウィンドウの各々にわたり前記1つ以上の呼吸特徴の分布を決定するステップであり、前記時間ウィンドウの各々は、異なるエポックを中心とする、ステップ、
前記1つ以上の物理的コンピュータ処理器が、前記出力信号に基づいて、呼吸事象の存在を検出するステップ、
前記1つ以上の物理的コンピュータ処理器が、前記エポックを中心とする前記時間ウィンドウに対する前記呼吸特徴の分布及び中心とする前記エポックに対する検出される前記呼吸事象に基づいて、睡眠段階分類器モデルを用いて、前記中心とするエポックの各々に対する前記被験者の睡眠状態を決定するステップ、並びに
前記1つ以上の物理的コンピュータ処理器が、前記睡眠状態を示すフィードバックを供給するステップ
を有する方法。 - 複数の前記時間ウィンドウの少なくとも1つは、少なくとも60秒の長さを有する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記出力信号は、非脳波(非EEG)信号である、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上の呼吸パラメタは、前記被験者の呼吸努力を含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上の呼吸パラメタは、前記被験者の呼吸気流を含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 圧力発生器が、被験者の気道に送出するための加圧される呼吸可能なガス流を生成するステップをさらに有し、前記1つ以上の物理的コンピュータ処理器は、前記圧力発生器と動作可能に接続され、前記出力信号に基づいて、前記被験者の気道への前記加圧される呼吸可能なガス流の送出を制御する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 被験者の1つ以上の呼吸パラメタに関する情報を搬送する出力信号を生成するように構成される検知手段、
前記出力信号に基づいて、前記被験者の個々の呼吸の1つ以上の呼吸特徴を決定するように構成される決定手段、
前記出力信号に基づいて、一定の時間期間からなる複数のエポックの各々において、呼吸事象の有無を検出するように構成される検出手段、
異なる既定の時間長からなる複数の移動する時間ウィンドウの各々にわたり前記1つ以上の呼吸特徴の分布を決定するように構成される決定手段であり、前記時間ウィンドウの各々は、異なるエポックを中心とする、
前記エポックを中心とする前記時間ウィンドウに対する前記呼吸特徴の分布及び中心とする前記エポックに対する検出される前記呼吸事象に基づいて、睡眠段階分類器モデルを用いて、前記中心とするエポックの各々に対する前記被験者の睡眠状態を決定するように構成される決定手段、並びに
前記睡眠状態を示すフィードバックを供給するように構成されるフィードバック供給手段
を有する、睡眠段階決定システム。 - 複数の前記時間ウィンドウの少なくとも1つは、少なくとも60秒の長さを有する、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記出力信号は、非脳波(非EEG)信号である、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記1つ以上の呼吸パラメタは、前記被験者の呼吸努力を含む、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記1つ以上の呼吸パラメタは、前記被験者の呼吸気流を含む、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記睡眠段階決定システムは、CPAP装置を有し、前記CPAP装置は、被験者の気道に送出するための加圧される呼吸可能なガス流を生成するように構成される圧力生成手段をさらに有し、前記CPAP装置は、前記圧力生成手段に動作可能に接続され、前記検知手段からの出力信号に基づいて、前記被験者の気道への前記加圧される呼吸可能なガス流の送出を制御する1つ以上の物理的コンピュータ処理器を有する、請求項14に記載のシステム。
